The next day, you and Icepaw had just finished your fresh-kill. Emberspirit had given a day off because you were out all day yesterday. Which was a relief as it was hotter today, but you were so bored. Icepaw didn't have much to do either. Most the clan were in camp, so you couldn't prank them like you had when you were kits (yeah, you weren't the most well behaved kits in the clan) so you were stuck. Then, the medicine cat, Tigerlight, went out to get herbs. "Let's prank your mentor." you whisper to Icepaw. 

Icepaw recoiled, "I am not pranking Tigerlight.".

You gasp in mock-anger, "How dare you disobey the mighty Y/N!"

Icepaw chuckled and, realising what you wanted, mewed, "Oh, it's easy, I just don't do what you tell me!" before launching at you. You dodge to the side and he only managed to cuff your ears. You leap at him and you both go rolling across the floor. 

"The mighty warrior fights!". You both turn and see Branchpaw and Pondpaw standing there. Branchpaw had been the one that teased you. Pondpaw continued off from Branchpaw, "May we have the honour to join such an incredible fighter?".

You chuckle, "You may.". At your words, they both leapt into the fray, straight at you. They easily bowl you over, pinning you to the ground. Icepaw tries and fails to get them off you. 

Just as you were beginning to lose hope, the weight on you got lighter. Emberspirit had knocked the two apprentices off you, her amber eyes gleaming playfully. The other mentors, except Tigerlight, who was not back yet, shrugged and joined the fray. I can't believe this, you thought, the warriors are joining the play fight. Your mother and father looked at each other then joined in. The rest of the warriors, including Mudtail,the deputy, had been watching but now leapt at each other and rolled in little tussles into the play battle. Just as this managed to sink in, Daisystar appeared out the Talltree. "STOP!" he yowled. 

The clan stopped, your tail drooped,but then, he mewed, "You weren't going to leave out your clan leader, were you?". You laugh and signal with your tail to the other apprentices. They seemed to understand. Then, the four of you leapt on Daisystar, leader of MeadowClan, great fighter, incredible hunter, a cat with nine lives…in a play fight.

You all hit his side, knocking him over. But you weren't beating a clan leader that easily. Daisystar rolled over, knocking the breath out of you. You were rescued by Rainflight, who then leapt away to attack Ambergaze, and you spread out this time. That way Daisystar would not be able to attack you all at once, but you were each knocked over by a warrior. "What in the name of Starclan are you doing?!?!?". A very confused Tigerlight was at the camp entrance, gaping. Well, you thought, I got him after all.
