"Hold still Greykit!" DappleFern said sternly. "But I'm clean enough for him!" Greykit complained. It was the first time she was going to see her father, BreezeWind.

"What do you think BreezeWind will look like Greykit?" PatchKit asked. Greykit already knew what her father looked like. She didn't want to say it. "I don't know." Greykit said.

Just then, a black tom with Amber eyes came into the nursery. "BreezeWind?" PatchKit said to the black tom. "No I'm just a rouge!" The black tom joked. "Don't scare them now BreezeWind." DappleFern said.

"Ok, ok." BreezeWind said. "These are your kits." DappleFern said, happy. Both Greykit and PatchKit walked on over to BreezeWind. "Hello their my precious kits!" BreezeWind happily said. "

"Did you catch that squirrel all by yourself?" Greykit asked. "Yes I did!" BreezeWind said, proud. "Are squirrels hard to catch?" PatchKit asked. "Sometimes, but not alot of times." BreezeWind explained.

"BreezeWind! BlazingStar needs you!" A ThunderClan cat called out. "Well I best go. BlazingStar needs me for something." BreezeWind said as he walked out of the nursery. But then, he stopped. 'Is he staying?'

"LeafTail said you both woke her up in the warrior's den. Stay out of there. No kits are allowed in there." BreezeWind said sternly. "Ok..." both kits said.

"BreezeWind is just giving you advice! Now you know not to go in there!" DappleFern said. Just then, RedPaw came. "RedPaw!" Greykit ran up to the black tom.

"My name is RedSight now. Starclan has given my name!" RedSight excitedly said. "I'm sure EelSong is proud of you." DappleFern said.

"Can we see the medicine den now?" PatchKit asked. "Why don't we see the elders today. They love meeting kits." RedSight said. "I'll come. I haven't seen LeopardClaw in a while." DappleFern requested.

When they got to the elders den, they saw 4 cats. One of them grooming their fur. "What brings you here RedSight?" A brown tom asked. "Kits!" A black She-Cat exclaimed. "Calm down there LeopardClaw!" RedSight said,Chuckling.

"Sorry! It's been awhile since I've seen some kits." LeopardClaw apologized. "Hello mother." DappleFern greeted. "LeopardClaw is our kin too?" Greykit asked. "Yes, she is. And so is EelSong.

"Which means RedSight has to do all of that lazy badgers work." A red-brown tom said. "Now PineSong. You know EelSong is doing his best." The brown tom said. "FallenWing is right. He tries his best." RedSight said calmly.

While the elders and RedSight and DappleFern were talking, PatchKit and greykit managed to walk away to go to the medicine den. However, they bumped into a grey She-Cat with a pale ginger apprentice.

"Woah! Be careful little ones. We don't want you to be hurt." The grey She-Cat said to PatchKit and greykit. "Who are you? We keep seeing new warriors!" Greykit exclaimed.

"I'm SquirrelHop! And this is my apprentice, SandPaw! She's gonna become a warrior in a couple of days!" SquirrelHop excitedly said. "Just a few more training lessons and I'll be a warrior before you know it!" SandPaw said.

"Who will our mentors be?" PatchKit asked curiously. "That is for BlazingStar to choose." SquirrelHop explained. "Can we see the other apprentices?" Greykit asked. "Why not!" SandPaw exclaimed.

SandPaw padded over to the apprentice den with Greykit and PatchKit to see a white She-Cat sitting next to StormPaw while AdderPaw slept in the den.

"IcePaw, Hey!" SandPaw greeted to the White She-Cat. "SandPaw, hey! StormPaw and me were discussing who will be the better warrior!" IcePaw said. "I'm just saying, I think StoneClaw is the best warrior here. He has experience." Stormpaw argued.

"Oh I forgot to introduce you to Greykit and PatchKit. DappleFern's kits." SandPaw introduced. "New warrior's of ThunderClan. How wonderful!" IcePaw exclaimed.

"Who are your mentors?" PatchKit asked curiously. "My mentor is LeafTail. And AdderPaws mentor is BreezeWind!" StormPaw exclaimed.
"My mentor is LarchFang. I'm going to make him so proud as a warrior." IcePaw said.

"Ok, ok. Let's not brag about our mentors you two!" SandPaw chuckled. "There you are!" A familiar voice said. Greykit turned to see it was RedSight. "Ready for the medicine den?"

"Oh yes! I haven't seen that yet!" Greykit said. "Lets go. Thanks for looking after them SandPaw!" RedSight called. "No problem!" SandPaw said.
