Fireheart was on his duties as always but not only on duties but having a sharp eye on Tigerclaw as well the deputy of Thunderclan(Tigerclaw's in Thunderclan while Cinderpelt is an apprentice right? We who cares this is a fanfiction!:)  One would says the deputies are good but Tigerclaw no.... That devil in deskise. He will forever be weary or the strong tom who forced his friend to leave the clan. Fireheart clears his mind a little and looks to the side... Cinderpaw well.... Cinderpelt. Fireheart mental face palmed himself.
She's not an apperentice anymore!
Fireheart loved Cinderpelt very well but Sandstorm loves him! How he didnt notice was his guess but Cinderpelt pointed it out to him. Fireheart holds back some tears as he grooms himself in the warrior's den. She must not love him if she pointed out that Sandstorm loves him
"She just want to be a great friend... That's why she point that out! She's not an apprentice so we can be mates!"
Fireheart quivkly muttered pouncing up on his paws with a smile and heads to the medicine cat den and walks in calling her name sweetly
"Cinderpelt...."
Fireheart looks around calling again than turns around as he hears paw steps quicken then

                       *THUMP*

Fireheart is knocked over by a grey-ish blur and looks around dizzly.
"Oh Starclan! Im so sorry Fireheart! Please for give me!!"
Fireheart knew that voice all to well
"Cinderpelt!"
He chirps happily andlicks her cheek as she gets off him he was holding some catmints hin her mouth which he had to say smelt very good.
"So..w-what are you doing in here are you hurt??"
She says a bit panicked
"No no! Im not its ok! Im just wanted to.... Are you ok?"
Fireheart says as she sniffed him and gasped look at his shoulder
"What is it?"
"Oh no! Yo-you I-- IM SO SORRY!! You have a small ragged rock in your shoulder!"
She panicked quickly grabbing some leaves from on of the piles near the back of the den.
"What..."
He looks at his shoulder and gasped as he suddenly feel pain in his shoulder and falls to his side hissing. (you know the saying if you dont notice the wound you dont feel the pain yeah that's basically what happened to Fireheart)
"Aah! It ok Fireheart I got you!!"
She says running back to him a few leaves in her mouth that she was chewing into a goopy substance. Another one was on her paw. She bends down and opens her mouth slightly to bite the rock and remove and then she lays the leaf on her paw on the wound to clean off some blood than bends down and licks the wound getting the substance on his cut. Fireheart flinched at it hissing
"Sorry"
Cinderpelt muttered as she chewed more leaves in her mouth and repeating.
"Thanks Cinderpelt... It really stangs..."
"Yeah that means it working she says then sees a shadow looming over her and looks up to see Sandstorm who looked shocked at this
Here it comes....
"Are you ok?!"
She shouts. Fireheart nods and looks at Cinderpelt who looked a away
"Y-you're able to walk... but don't do any large action like quickly jolting your arm."
Fireheart nods and gets up and looks at Sandstorm in shock as she ran her tail over his shoulder to his chin then flicked it up walking away with swaying hips.
Fireheart blushed not from excitement it but from embarrassment
Great.... He doesnt like me....
Cinderpelt's heart was lefted broken as she watched him walk away with her. Sandstorm turns back with a smitk on her face as she guides Fireheart outside the camp. Cinderpelt let some tears slide down her face as she looks back into her den and looks up to see Yellowfang
"Yellowfang! W-when did you get here?!"
"I've been here since Fireheart walked in. He woke me after yelling your name mutiple times... Then you bumped into him. Healed him. Sandstorm came and yada yada all other things like that."
"Oh..." Cinderpelt says sitting down then yelps quickly rising back up looking at her near her flank(near the side of a animal or animal tush. It's like the hip but closer to the bOoTy) her tongue rubbing up against a sharp object that dug in her skin causing her to flinch
"Oh no..."
"What is it?"
Cinderpelt blushed (YEAH THATS RIGHT BLUSHING CATS!!!!)
"WHAT'S WTONG?!"
Cinderpelt covered her face with one paw on the top of her muzzle
"If you don't tell me I'll look at it myself"
Yellowfang hissed standing up. Cinderpelt blushed harder and quickly sat down, somehow FORGETTING THE ITEM IN THE SIDE OF HER FLANK!!!! She hissed standing bavk up and backing away as Yellowfang stepped near. She tired to make a run towards the exit of the den but Yellowfang was faster then she looks quickly speeding around Cinderpelt blocking her from escaping her ragged tail wrapped around Cinderpelt's neck as she makes her way behind Cinderpelt
"Oh my Starclan! Cinderpelt! Why couldn't you just tell me!"
She hissed. Cinderpelt sighs
"Because! Its in an awkward sPot!"
Cinderpelt gasped as Yrllowfang pulls the rock out then went to chew some leaves for the wound. Cinderpelt sighs as Yellowfang licks the med on her wound and stung but she deserved that. Suddenly Fireheart comes back in and gasped
"Oh geez---i didnt---uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
"Fireheart it's not what it looks like!"
Fireheart stares. Yrllowfang rolls her eyes
"You have a dirty minf you know that right?! She has a wound after sitting on a rock! Im putting some herbs on it!!"
"Oh..."
"FOR SHAME!!!"
"Yellowfang please...."
Cinderpelt muttered. Yellowfang finishes and goes back into the corner and sleep
"Im going to collect some herbs ok?"
"Mmm"
Yellowfang says falling asleep. Cinderpelt leaves the den as Fireheart followed
"Can i come with?"
"Sure....but what about Sandstorm?"
"What do you mean?"
"Um...nevermind come on!"
"Yay!"

Skip to night fall because that how long they were out :<>

Cinderpelt held some blue berries (*cough cough* purple berries *cough*) in her mouth, Fireheart carring some other different herbs in his mouth as they chatted then Fireheart remember he wanted to ask Cinderpelt something
"Um.... C-Cinderpelt?"
"Hmm?"
"C-can.... Im mean do you...want to me mates?"
The berries drop out of her mouth as she looks at him in shock.
"I.... Fireheart...."
She giggled and says
"I would love to!"
Fireheart smiles happily
"Real----"
"But...."
She looks down
"But..?"
"I'm a medicine cat... I cant have a mate... I can't have kits..."
She cries a little
"I love you I really do but my role in the clan keeps me from getting a mate or having kits and passing on my genes... Please understand...."
Fireheart puts his items down and whisper sweetly into her ear
"No one needs to know...."
And licks her tears away. She smiles and says
"Yeah... They don't but still... Yellowfang can see almost everything..... If I came back to the camp with you at a late time she's going to start wonder what's going on"
"Yeah...."
The two pick up their herbs and went back to the camp and placed it inside the medicine cat den. Before Fireheart went off to sleep she quickly kissed Cinderpelt on the lips so no one will in know then runs off to the fresh kill pile. Cinderpelt smiles walking into the den in a daze
"Hupf!"
Cinderpelt quickly looks in the corner to see Yellowfang smirking at her
"So that's what you two were up to."
"W-what! No no! We were getting herbs and then he kissed me here! Promise!!! Nothing more then that!!!"
"I believe you, you don't look like you did....things. But you DO know you cant do that right?"
"Yes... Are you going to tell?"
"No. When I die I'll make sure no one knows. No one"
Cinderpelt smiles and hugs him
"Go ahead and be mates with him BUT DON'T HAVE ANY KITS!"
Cinderpelt nods more and run off to eat with him. She sighs
"I hope no one will know about you two... But Sandstorm.."
As Fireheart and Cinderpelt ate together Sandstorm hopps on Cinderpelt and slaps her
"H-hey!!"
"SANDSTORM!!"
"STAY AWAY FROM MY TOM!!!"
"Were not even mates!"
"We will be!"
She yells and bites Cinderpelt's hurt leg causing her to wail in pain. Bluestar comes out and yells
"YOU CAN NOT  HURT A MEDICINE CAT!!!"
"She's to closes to my tooooooooom!!!"
"I'm not your tom!"
Bluestar hissed and tackles the she-cat to the ground
"Dont make me hurt you!"
Sandstorm looks up at Bluestar sighs
"Fine..."
"The two are just freinds! Get you head out of the the clouds!"
Sandstorm squirms from under Bluestar and runs out of the camp hissing. Fireheart quickly holds Cinderplet in his paws
"Are you ok???"
"Yeah...."
Cinderpelt hugs him and whispers
"Will you protect me from her Fireheart?"
"Of course I will! I wont let her hurt you"
And as he said he did for many moons he kept here sfae from Sandstorm who got exiled for teaming up with Tigerclaw to kill Bluestar. Oh yeah! Tigerclaw also got exiled :)

Welp there it is... It not that good i know... Sorry it took so long I dont ship Fireheart and Cinderpelt that much so... Yeah There you go!
