I'd say that this is definitely not the most unique name, but it definitely describes her appearance. It's simple, not too long, and it makes sense.

So she's just a... Normal cat? That will make for a great storyline, I'm sure XD Joking, it's good to have normal cats. Not every cat has to be a freaking hero. But like.. Hasn't at least something special happened to her? A family death? Epic battle? Anything?

Well, I'd rate this.. 6/10? The name isn't all that unique, which is fine, but if I could suggest a name change I'd definitely keep the prefix. It fits her looks. Maybe Spottedcloud, Spottedwing, Spottedstream? Something that isn't too overused.

She doesn't have much of a backstory, but I'm sure you didn't tell me absolutely everything. It's completely fine if she doesn't have a developed backstory, but yeah XD

And the personality, yeah.. Add more flaws. Maybe.
