Cute. It's not the most unique of names, but I like it! The suffix -flower is overused, but overused doesn't necessarily mean bad.

Gender: she-cat

Appearance: Slightly fluffy white fur and green eyes

Plain white obviously isn't the most unique of appearances, but hey, it matches her name. But wouldn't you like a more unique appearance? Maybe gray dapples on her paws or something simple like that. Or keep it plain! Whatever!

I love medicine cats. Littlecloud is my favorite. That's all.

Clan: RainClan

A but common, but with original Clans, it's a fairly good name. I imagine them living somewhere where it rains a lot.

Personality: A shy, sweet cat who mainly wants to care for her Clan. Once you get to know her she becomes more talkative and hot headed. She was very stubborn as an apprentice.

Seems like a very typical medicine cat. I like how you mentioned stubbornness as an apprentice; because that's how many apprentices are. Shy and sweet medicine cat tho.. Is a bit cliche? At least from what I've seen.

Backstory: Icyflower originally wanted to become a warrior and train with her sister, but StarClan had a different path for her and she began training as a medicine cat soon after starting her warrior training.

Reminds me of someone... I wonder who... Oh wait........ Jayfeather, is that you?!

But actually I see noting wrong with this backstory. It's fine.

Well good, at least there are no forbidden medicine cat relationships. We do not need more of those.

She's a pretty good cat. Maybe 7/10. She's got a general backstory and personality, her name and appearance are plain. The appearance is the only thing I'd recommend changing; maybe just add some light gray somewhere.
