A pretty overused name, but it's cool. It matches his appearance alright.

Appearance: Firy orange with tabby markings and amber eyes.

Simple. It fits his name, but it also isn't the most unique appearance. Bonus points for the amber eyes, people normally don't use those in main ocs. (Assuming he is a main oc..)

Personality: confident, extremely nice, helpful, smart, outgoing

No flaws? Come on, he can't be perfect. While these are good traits to have, especially for a deputy, when an oc is too perfect... they become a Mary Sue. Or, in the warriors universe, basically.... Firestar.

Back story: as a kit he was exiled from ShadowClan along with his sister(nettlekit) and his mother (ivydawn) because Olivestar made a new rule that every queen has to hunt for themselves and his mother Disagreed so they went to join thunderclan and he grew up to be a fine young warrior.

This is very short. Just like the last oc, I'm not given much information to work with. This backstory is cool, I like how he was forced to leave, but that is the only event explained in this backstory.
