This is cute! You see Dust- a bit, but not Dusty. I'm glad that it isn't Duststripe, because the "stst" is hard to say. So Dustystripe is much better.

-stripe is used very often in the books, but you don't actually see it often in ocs. This name is cute, I've never seen it before.

Gender: tom

Looks: Brown with sandy stripes on his cheeks, forehead, and back with a sandy tail tip and blue eyes.

I love this except for the blue eyes. I think I've already made it pretty clear that I don't like blue eyes.

Anyway, this is AWESOME! You don't see brown and sandy together, like, ever. This is very unique, I adore it.

Clan: Rainclan

Pretty overused, but oh well. I imagine it rains a lot there. Perhaps it's a rainforest or something?

Personality: Timid, shy, doesn't like meeting new cats. When he's around nice and friendly cats he'll warm up to them and become this silly and loyal friend

Not many flaws. Shy and timid is seen a lot, but more in she-cats than toms. God forbid a tom is the shy one XD

Anyway, yeah, add a few more flaws and he's good. This is a nice personality, I like how he warms up to nice cats.

Backstory: He was born like a normal kit in a clan. His siblings played and laughed along with him. At this time he was really friendly and just wanted to play. Once he became an apprentice, everything changed for the worse. He couldn't catch any prey for weeks. His siblings began to tease and bully him. They'd push him around or hunt him like prey. His clan began shunning him, like an outcast. The only cats who'd talk to him is his mentor, medicine cat, and the leader. Soon he began to stop being so friendly, and almost fell into depression. Them this one cat started helping him. Soaringmoon taught him a certain way to hunt, and he caught a mouse. She began helping him with different ways of hunting and fighting, and they grew close to each other. Once he became a warrior, he wanted to do everything with her. Then one day, they confessed their love.

Simple and cute. You don't see many ocs who are awful hunters, so I love this. Why did Soaringmoon know a hunting technique that his mentor somehow didn't? Oh well. This is a very simple backstory, which is very nice.

I give him 9/10. He needs a bit more flaws, but other than that, I adore him. Maybe change his eye color to something like yellow; it would look good with the sandy stripes. That's all :P
