Cold is one of my favorite prefixes ever, but I've seen this name way too much. It's just.. Not original, I'm sorry. -heart is overused.

»A very dark grey she cat (nearly black, like Crowfeather, but a little lighter, with barely noticeable black stripes and a white 'flash' on chest and white tail tip. Icy blue eyes which seem quite intense against her dark colored fur.

She looks really cool, I like the barely visible black stripes. It's cool. But uh.. The icy blue eyes.. You KNOW what I'm gonna say about those. Bla bla, overused, bla bla, unoriginal

I'd suggest a different bright color like yellow, gold, or orange. They'd still stand out against her fur.

»BloodClan, her collar is black with razor sharp dog teeth and ripped in various locations, mostly near the outside or near the teeth (as the collar wasn't made with the teeth on it, they were stuck in there ripping the fabric of the collar)

OH BLOODCLAN!!! BloodClan ocs are really underused. I like the collar, it's cool.

»Slightly distant and seemingly cold hearted. She has never had any friends claiming she doesn't need them and no one wants to be her friend anyway. She goes straight from annoyed to a menacing, icy calm, the face she often shows in battles to make her enemy fear her more. She is secretly claustrophobic.

I guess that's where the name Coldheart came from lol. She seems very stereotypical for a BloodClan cat tbh. I like the menacing calm, that's.. Really cool.

»She was left in a cardboard box on a human's doorstep. However she was alone and the human did not accept her as he was out on vacation. She escaped from the box into a world of many cats' greatest fears but managed to survive, if only barely. During a bad famine one year where more humans spread out rat poisoning (they were her main food) she earned her place in BloodClan so she wouldn't starve to death. She couldn't think of leaving now even if she wants to because she would be kílled for betrayal.
Thankfully for her she was able to escape in the middle of the battle against the forest clans, sensing they were outnumbered. She now lives a life as far away from the clans as possible, as a loner. She has been unable to get her collar off. 

Oh, that's really cool. I like that she didn't really want to be a BloodClan cat. I love this backstory tbh, don't change anything.

»She had a tentative relationship with a loner Tom called Glade but, after finding herself pregnant with his kits or more accurately kit.

7/10. Her name is overused. Her personality seems stereotypical. The dang ice blue eyes... But I also love her backstory, and her fur color is nice. Overall, she's what I would call "eh, alright."
