Okay so here are my rules:

Rule 1: Use only your OCs. Do not copy anyone's oc and only use other people's if they want a rating and let you.

Rule 2: Do not ask for a rating unless you are sure you want one. I might be picky.

Rule 3: Try and fill out the entire form (unless it says that it's optional), the more detail the better.

Rule 4: No limit on how many ocs you can enter.
