Krystle has a trifle with Karan on their way to the venue of the meeting. Karan challenges her to get the deal for him. She is shocked but manages herself. She can't lose before the man who considers everyone as machines and doesn't even respect the ladies in his staff. Krystle is not the kind to let him rip off her self confidence. She knows that Karan only wants to pester Krystle because she answered him on the very first day of work. She dared to open her mouth in front of him and he's avenging his insult. As they reach the hotel, Krystle and Karan reach into the conference hall and she finds some brochures and she already gets the gist of the conference. Krystle smiles to herself and then soonish the meeting starts.

The tender that Karan has filled is of a Fashion company, and if they get the tender, they'd be on the top 5 fashion companies. They'd feature as a prime company in all the fashion shows organized by the company. Also, they'd get major projects with this company maned -- Global Fashion Hub. Krystle knows that this will be profitable for them as a company. She can't let the company suffer for her personal grievances.

As other delegates begin to suggest their points, Krystle stands up at her place and glances at the owners of the company. She smiles at them gently and begins to speak. It seems like she has all the points in her head and she will keep her points so nicely that no-one could deny them. She's quite confident, after all she is there to make her own name. She can't let Karan take all the credit to himself.

"Since the companies will collaborate, my take on this professional relationship is that all he decisions should be taken equally Neither you nor we have the rights to decide the date of any event or the tenure of any project. Without seeing the demands, I cannot say that I will complete the project in 6 days because you said so. Neither can you push me to finish it, because we work for quality not for money and fame. At least I believe as, as an employee of Tacker Associates." Krystle says and Karan is in awe of her.

"I'd be glad if my time is asked for. Just because you or my boss has said that I'll do something in this much time, I am sorry, I won't do it!" She glances at both Karan and the owners of the other company.

"And secondly, we should discuss everything openly. Our individual projects shouldn't be affected if we do this merger." Krystle says while looking at the owners and other people.

"Sounds good, Ms Dsouza. What else do you look forward to working with us?" One of the owners ask.

"These are not any conditions, Sir. It is simple that we don't want to lose our individuality. You know what it means, I suppose. So, while working with you, we'd love if we could do everything together. Losing individuality isn't good I feel. What do you feel?" Krystle asks softly.

"You're right, Ms Krystle. I am impressed. You've proved that you can work on our project and as an individual too. Your boss must be happy with your work." one of the two men says.

"Ah! That I don't know, Sir. If we win this tender, then maybe, yeah! He might be happy. " Krystle smiles confidently.

"You're the only one to say all that we look for in any company. You've told that you won't lose your individuality and it matters to us Ms Krystle. So...." The man says and then looks at Krystle.

"So, you guys get the tender! We promise you will not lose your individuality. " They smile at Krystle.

She chuckles with joy and shakes hands with the owners. They hand over the file towards Krystle and Karan after signing it. Karan is astonished but they sign the deal and as per the company owners, they've signed the deal for the next 5 years. Soonish, they leave the office taking all the files and they drive back to Karan's office.

The journey to the office is silent enough. Neither Karan said anything, nor did Krystle. They reach the office and she begins to move to her desk when Karan calls her. She is surprised but follows Karan into his cabin. He asks her to sit which is surprising for Krystle. She looks at him and his words leave her surprised.

"Ms Dsouza, you're truly the woman of your words. You've done what you said. I am impressed!" Karan says, praising her.

"Really! You're saying it!! But didn't you challenged me?" Krystle rolls her eyes at him.

"Yep,I did! And I take my words back. You're perfect for our company." He says while looking at her coyly.

Krystle is astonished at the moment while Karan adds something which leaves her surprised and touched at the same time.
