I went to the dinner where I worked to tell him the news. I took Angelique with me but had to cover her whole body so no one could see her cause I knew they'd know she wasn't human.

"Hey David." I said, walking into his office when I seen Clear sitting on his desk.

"Oh hey Athena. Looks like you didn't get my call. You've don't work here anymore." He said.

"We've known each other since I was a kid and you just replace me like that. Well since your no longer my boss I can say it. Haha jerk jokes on you I'm pregnant again and due soon. So I can't work anyways and guess who's never gonna see the baby you. Oh and by the way I'd a steer clear of the wolf packs. Their probably gonna have you on their hit list. I walked out to Angelique who was patiently waiting for me reading a book.

"Okay baby I'm done lets get out this joint." I said, grabbing my bag. When Merry walked over.

"Girl your a lot more gutsy then I thought. The place has really gone down hill since she came here. Practically everyone quiet when they heard you were fired and more half the customers stopped coming. Everyone loves you but hates her. You should have told me you were pregnant again." She informed me.

"Well don't worry I took care of it I called my grandfather and puddin so he's about to get his cake and eat it." Angelique replied, she called Leo puddin. He absolutely adores her. When she was in the hospital he held her hand and never left her side. She has the biggest crush. The other pack members think it's adorable. We met Leo's pack after she got out of the hospital. They all loved us and welcomed us with open arms. They were excited when they found out I was pregnant. When Leo, Jeremy, and members of both packs walked in. The whole dinner got silent when they walked in. They walked straight over to us. Me and Angelique hugged Jeremy.

"So how's my favorite granddaughter doing and why don't you take that off." He said, kissing our heads. She nodded. Taking off her long coat revealing what she really looked like.

"Puddin." She yelled jumping at Leo latching onto him. We laughed. Leo flushed bright red.

"Hey angel. You know I asked you to quiet calling me that I found my partner." He said, she let go.

"Well what ever Leo I thought you wouldn't care since I'll be leaving tomorrow." She informed him turning her back towards him.

"Leaving?" I asked.

"I signed up for the hunters academy. Grandfather asked me if I wanted to and I said yes. It was supposed to be a surprise." She exclaimed.

"Baby you should have told me. You do know they pick your partner for you?" I questioned. She nodded.

"He's already been chosen his name Zechariah. He's a big male giant warrior top of his class. Although I have absolutely no idea what a warrior is." She said, pulling out a folder. She handed it to me.

"Its his information. We've talked over the phone almost every night. He's really nice, polite and he's excited to meet me." She informed me. I opened the folder it revealing a picture of him. He was a handsome young male with tan skin, bright violet piercing eyes, and dark hair. I flipped it looking at all his information. He was in the most advanced classes. He was 6'7, weighed over 200 pounds because of all his muscle, and an amazing fighter. He scaled to be the strongest and most intelligence student. He was high in demand but turned them all down. He was an amazing leader. Good with kids? Very gentle natured and stern. Very loyal and had very strong protective instincts. But what caught my eye the most was. He only wanted to settle for one partner when he could honestly have as many as he wanted.

"Impressive in fact to impressive. Good pick but why'd they pick you for him?" I asked.

"Actually he requested me to be his partner. He said he like how mysterious and powerful I was. Plus he's really interested in my personality and attitude. He told me he picked me because I'm one of a kind." She informed me, taking the folder and putting it away.

"Well I'm proud of you sweetie we all are." Jeremy said, hugging her she kissed his cheek. Then she hugged me kissing my cheek.

"Well you better get home its getting dark and I'll deal with your old boss." He said, so we said, our goodbyes and left. We went home. We walked in to be greeted by the smell of grams cooking. We walked into the kitchen to a full table of food.

"There's my girls I was wondering how long you were gonna take." Malika said, hugging and kissing us. Then we sat down for dinner and ate our fill.

"That's one thing I'm going to miss grams cooking." Angelique said, we laughed. Then she yawned.

"I'm so tired. I'm going to bed." She said, getting up she kissed and hugged us. Then she walked up stairs. When the phone started ringing. I got up and walked over to the phone.

"Hello." I answered.

"Hello is this Athena this is Dr. Cross?" They asked.

"Yes, Dr. Cross its Athena." I replied.

"Well I'm sorry to inform you this but one of the nurses mixed up your results turns out your not actually pregnant." He informed me. I hung up. Walking back over to the table.

"What's wrong baby?" Malika asked.

"Apparently the nurse mixed up my results and turns out I'm not actually pregnant. Sorry baby." I said, looking down.

"It's okay baby that just means we can try again." He answered hugging me tightly and kissing me.

"Sorry mom." Angelique yelled.

"Damn that girls got good hearing." He blurted making me chuckle. Then he picked me up, carried me to our room and....
