Tickets - Romaine
**So like...Theatre!Tremaine AU? Like, he grew up as a theatre kid, but his family's poor so they can't go see shows in New York or West End, so Roshan buys them tickets to a show for one of their first dates? Let me know what you think!**
"Hey."
"You look so handsome."
Tremaine blushed at Roshan's greeting statement. "Shut up," he mumbled, unable to keep a smile from tugging at his lips. "Where did you want to go today anyway?"
"Well, now that you mention it..." Roshan grinned. "I was thinking we could go see a show on the West End?"
Tremaine's laugh was one of pity. "Ro, come on, don't be a tease. You know I can't afford that."
"But you want to see a show there someday, don't you?"
Tremaine looked at him, finally. "More than anything," he said shyly.
"Well, in that case," he said, pulling an envelope from the breast pocket of his suit.
"Ro, what-"
"I never did tell you that my family was pretty well-off, did I?" Roshan asked with a knowing smile as he ran his thumb along the underside of the envelope's seal. "And if I were to ever spend our wealth on anyone, I'd want it to be you."
Tremaine's jaw dropped. "You didn't."
"Oh, I did, babe." He pulled out two tickets for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, center orchestra seats.
"Holy shit," Tremaine whispered subconsciously. "Are you serious?" his eyes began to sting with tears.
"I would hope so," Roshan chuckled, his heart melting at his boyfriend's excitement.
"This is...Ro, this is amazing!" Tremaine cheered, immediately launching himself at Roshan and wrapping his arms around him. Roshan grinned and returned the hug, letting his eyes fall shut.
"I love you, Tremaine," Roshan whispered. The first time those words had ever been exchanged between them.
A silence, as if to let the importance of the statement settle in.
"I love you too, Roshan,"
