"I will be watching your progress," Lucifer spoke before disappearing.

I looked around the room to see I was now alone. Within a blink, I was kicked across the room. I let out a painful groan as I hit the hard cold floor. I stood up and looked to see there were 3 guys in front of me. I looked around to see there were more guys.

Right...10 demons.

They all came charging at me and I quickly flashed behind one of them before breaking his neck. I then flashed next to the other one and reached inside his back and ripped out his heart. A hand roughly grabbed my shoulder from behind and I quickly grabbed his hand before twisting it followed by breaking it then his neck. Three down, seven to go.

I quickly flashed towards one of the guys and tapped his neck as I was now using my ice power. He swung around to which I ducked causing him to miss his punch. I touched his arm and saw he was now trying to brush off my touch as his whole body was now freezing over like an ice statue. I flashed towards another one and went to rip his heart out but he had caught my hand mid-air. I went to punch him with my free hand but was stopped mid-way as another guy was now holding me down from the side. I kicked him in the balls causing him to release me. I quickly reached into the guy's chest in front of me and pulled out his heart. I turned to the guy who was by my side and ripped his head of his body.

I was then tossed up and tackled to the ceiling. My back was against the ceiling as a guy was on top of my landing punches after punches. I kicked him off me and saw him coming to charge back at me. I focused my powers and the whole room shook as a huge ice spike rose from the ground and penetrated through the guy towards me. I rolled over as the spike crashed into the ceiling next to me. I saw another guy flying up towards me and I flashed across the room. I built up ice walls all around the room setting up a maze. I made a clone ice sculpture of myself and planted it around the maze. I heard something shatter across the room and I flashed through to the next side to see a guy was standing in front my broke ice sculpture. As he turned around, I ripped his heart out. Great, two more.

A loud piercing scream echoed through the room and I covered my ears as it was growing higher and painful. I watched as all the ice walls shattered in front me revealing two of the guys. Each on opposite sides of the room. They both looked at me before charging towards me. I quickly looked around and thought fast. I put up ice walls again but in a different maze before flashing somewhere else in the room. 

The loud piercing pitch bounced through the room again and since he was busy with that, I flashed over behind him and dissembled his head from his body. The room shook and within a blink, the maze of ice shattered to pieces. I quickly looked around to see the guy across the room charging at me. I ran full speed and charged towards him. We both tackled each other and I threw a punch before kicking him off me. I leaped on top him and ripped out his heart. Breathing heavily, I got off him and looked around the room to see bodies just laying around. Even the ceiling was smudged with blood.

A lock clicked across the room and I looked to see the door had opened. I let out a tired huff as I got off the floor and headed to the door. I couldn't see through it since it was cloaked with fog. I walked through it and looked to see I was in the lobby of my mansion. I looked behind me to see the door was now closed. I open it and saw my driveway was out there.

"Sky!" a voice came behind me. I turned around to see James with a smile on his face. My eyebrow rose in confusion as I was just in a room filled with 10 demons. He then tackled me with a hug to which I hesitantly hugged him back. "Hi," I mumbled in confusion.

He chuckled and placed me down, "Not happy to see me?" he asked.

I stared at him to see him smiling. "I don't know. I mean how are you here? I was just in a different room and now I'm in the house and-" I paused and looked around to see the lobby was empty, "Where is everyone?" I asked.

"Mission and are you sure you're feeling okay?" he asked feeling my forehead for a fever. I swatted his hand away, "Yes. I still don't know how I'm here. Unless you're not real," I trailed off.

James stared at me for a second before laughing. "That's funny. What drugs are you on," he playfully replied. "Right," I mumbled still examining him. I reached for his hand expecting my hand to pass through him but it didn't. He was real.

"Remember that time I was so sick you gave me a bath and got in the tub with me to keep me company and so I wouldn't cry," I recalled as I was lying to test him. He let out a laugh, "Yeah. I can't believe you remember that," he spoke smiling.

I nodded, "Same, especially since it didn't happen," I hissed before breaking his neck. Everything was now fading and within a blink, I was staring at a white light. I looked around to see I was laying on the floor in a dimly light room. I looked over to see a guy laying on the floor next to me as he was now dead. I heard a click and looked to see a door was now unlocked. Still confused as to what test that was, I got up and headed to the door. Walking through the fog, I found myself surround in complete darkness. Not like the darkness where you eyes would adjust. It was more like pitch black.

I felt the air swiftly move behind me causing me to spin around to see nothing. I closed my eyes and listen closing. Footsteps can charging from the left and I quickly put myself in a ice box. It quickly shattered and I was now in a choke hold. Keeping my eyes closed, I imagine what the person was doing and how it would play out like normal combat right. I flipped him over causing him to slam on the floor in front me. I reached down and punched him in the pitch dark before I was now the one putting him in a choke hold. I tightened my grip and broke his neck. Something clicked and I open my eyes to see the lights were now on and the guy was laying on the floor in front me. I walked over to the door and walked through only to meet a familiar face.

"Really?" I huffed out of tiredness. The smirk stood on his face as he nodded. "I'm not going easy on you, Sunshine so you better be ready," Axel spoke as he was in the center of the room. I nodded in understand and got into fighting position. He just stood in the middle of the room and closed his eyes. He inhaled, then exhaled before opening his eyes. His eyes were now longer human. They were pitch black and I felt like Axel was long gone.

Within a blink, he disappeared from the center of the room. I was then slammed to the floor from behind. I let out a painful groan at the strength Axel had. He had slammed me so hard the ground actually cracked. He then grabbed me by the shirt from behind and tossed me across the room. I watched as my face was quickly coming in contact with the wall. I used my powers to catch myself in midair so I didn't crash into the wall. I turned to see Axel was directly 1 inch away from my face. Before I could flash out, he grabbed me with a grip around my neck.

I grabbed his hand and tried to loosen his grip but he didn't budge. Something in me clicked before within a second, I felt much more powerful. I lifted my leg up and kicked Axel with all my strength causing him to fly back. As he was fly back, I charged at him. He saw me coming and started to charge at me as well. As he got closer, and threw a punch, I took the chance to flash behind him and rip his heart out but was stopped midway when he grabbed my arm. He twisted my wrist and I let out a hiss as I felt the pain. 

I grabbed onto his hand with my free hand and quickly froze his hand over mine before breaking it. He let out a growl and slapped me so hard I flew back. I raised my hand and the room shook as ice spikes were coming out of the floor and ceiling. Axel so this and he quickly flashed out the way before they could penetrate through him. He charged toward me as I was back up against the wall. As he got closer, I thought fast. I waited until he was 1 feet in front me before flashing behind him and releasing spikes from the wall causing him to run into it. As it penetrated him, I reached into his back and quickly ripped out his head.

A click echoed through the room and within a blink, I was in another room. I looked around to see there was nothing. I hadn't even walked into the other room.

"Your final challenge," Lucifer's voice came behind me. I turned to see he was now the one standing in the middle of the room in his demon form. I let out a hysterical laugh, "You expect me to beat you?" I questioned.

"No, but I expect you to do your best," his voice came out rough. I shook my head, "Look, I'm tired and going against you will just kill me. I don't think- AHHH!" I screamed as I threw myself to the floor as he threw a fireball at me. I got off the ground and glared at him, "That almost hit me!" I shrieked.

"So?" he questioned as he opened his palm with another fire ball. I let out a groan, "Lucifer, I really don't want to -" before I could finish, he threw another one directly to my face causing me to flash to the other side of the room. 

I turned to looked at him only to see he was no longer there. "Less talking, more fighting," his voice came behind me before he tackled me to the ground from behind. 

I let out a painful groan and tried to fight back. I was then flipped over and I looked up to see Lucifer in his human form but his eyes were pitch black and his hands were now burning me. I let out a scream and lifted my leg up before flipping him off me. I tackled him to the floor and pinned his hands to the ground. His hands were inflamed and I quickly used my ice power to cool it down but he was just too hot. 

Using all my strength, I dropped the temperature in the room and made covered the whole room in ice. Lucifer's body inflamed and I felt myself getting warm as he was now heating up the whole room. I looked down at him to see he was in demon form again. The room was now becoming hotter and I used everything in me to make the room cold. I tried to freeze him over but as soon as the ice touched him, it would melt. No matter how negative it was, he was able to melt it. I felt myself growing weaker as he was becoming more successful in this fight. I reached for his chest but he held my hand knowing my moves.

I let out a heavy breath as I was now weak and felt out of power. I Lucifer seemed to noticed since he returned back to his human form. Within a swift move, he picked me up from the floor and into his arms. "I told you I couldn't win," I breath heavily. "You weren't suppose to win this one. It was to test your limit," he informed me as he was now carrying me bridal style. I laid my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes.

"If I am this tired with just 5 challenges, I don't stand a chance in battle," I spoke in disappointment and embarrassment. "I hate when you talk like that," he growled. "Like what?" I huffed.

"Like you failed something before you even start it. Sweetheart, this realm I put us in is different from Earth, Hell and all the other realms. The more power you use or the more you fight, the more your energy drain. I honestly didn't think you would of made it past Axel," he admitted.

I let out a chuckle, "Wow, thanks for the trust," I mocked. "Yeah, yeah. But I'm really proud of you babe. You put up a real fight," he spoke.

A smile rose to my face, "Thanks."

"No problem."

A minute of silence went by as I was thinking about the challenges I went through. I opened my eyes and looked at Lucifer. "When I tackled you to the floor, you could of easily picked me up with one hand let along one finger but you choice to say down," I spoke more like a question.

He glimpsed over to me, "Yes."

I thought for a moment. "You could of totally kicked my ass back there," I mumbled. He nodded, "Pretty much."

"I thought you was going to show no mercy?" I asked quoting him. He rolled his eyes before looking at me. "Would you like me to show you no mercy now?" his voice came out playful. I quickly shook my head, "No, I'm fine. Just thinking out loud," I replied.

A smirk rose to his face, "That's what I thought."

I looked around to see we were now in Lucifer's mansion on Earth in the kitchen. I felt myself regaining my energy as Lucifer sat me on top the island on top a towel as I was covered in blood.

"How did it go?" a voice entered the room. I looked behind Lucifer to see Quinn entering the room with a smirk on her face. I looked to Lucifer who was glaring at her. "She did good. Didn't I tell you to go do something?" his voice rose at her.

She quickly nodded before bowing her head, "In your office," she mumbled. Lucifer turned to me before giving me an innocent smile. "I'll be back in a few. Stay put," he spoke before walking towards Quinn.

"Stay here and wait here," he ordered Quinn before walking out.
