Historic Event: In 2006 a young lady named Crystal Nunn was suffering from serious depression and felt she needed someone to confide in and ease the pain. She decided to write a letter to her hero, Stephen Fry, who himself had gone through stages of depression.

Life can be so tough,

When nothing seems to fit,

Little seems to be fulfilling.

Think of moods and feelings,

As being similar to weather;

You can't change it.

But it will be sunny one day.

One day, moods they will pass.

Accept how it feels in life.
