It's been a couple months since meeting Dallas, and your schedule of patrols is back to normal.

Well... Almost...

Your optics narrow as you doubtfully consider your human
friend's request.

"Please Y/n? I'll never bother you again!" Russel looks up at you, his little eyes pleading as he tries to convince you to drive him to his human school.

"And you would want me to drive  you home as well?" Nodding your helm thoughtfully, you agree with a smirk. "I'll do it."

"Oh in that case could you please drive me to work?" Dallas exits her trailer, in the process of tying the strands on her small helm together to keep theem out of her way.

"Sure Dallas, why not." Rising from your crouching position, you scan the area for Bumblebee, only to see him in a peaceful recharge close to Drift and Optimus.

"Hey Fixit, could you tell Bee that I'm dropping the humans off if he wakes up?" You adress the little orange bot as he leaves the Alchemor and he tiredly nods his helm without speaking.

"Okay then. Get in guys!" You swiftly transform, sparing a quick glance first to Sideswipe as he shifts in his recharge and mumbles your name.

With a hidden smile and blush, you open your doors, and your holoform fizzes to life.

Dallas happily takes the passenger seat, while Russel tosses his bag in your backseat before climbing in.

Your engine purrs satisfyingly as  you pull out of the scrapyard, and you swiftly drive down the road, enjoying the feeling of your tires against the asphalt.

"The kids at school are going  to be so jealous of you Y/N! None of them have cool rides like you." Russel's excited voice voice draws a laugh from both you and Dallas, and the kid blushes in embarrassment as the two of you giggle at his happiness.

"Russel was right, those kids were jealous of your alt mode. I could see it on their faces." You and Dallas snicker as you leave the school grounds, and she leans back against your seat with a pleased sigh.

"You alright little one?" You angle your mirror to see her face, and she slowly nods.

"Yeah. I suppose it's just a little odd to be close to people after my parent got in that accident. I'm used to being alone."

Understanding floods you. She lost others that she cared about just like you. Perhaps you could make her feel better.

Just as you're about to speak, you get a comm from Bee, worry tinging his usually cool voice.

:Y/n? A couple of old friends just got here.. And one's looking for you? His designation is Coil.
