Serena's POV
I wake up just like any other day and sit there in my cell that's how it's been for the last 2 years. But today it will not be like any other I know that.
Oh! Where are my manners allow me to introduce myself. I'm Serena Yvonne. Now allow me to show you how this all started.
Flashback
2 years ago. SomeWhere along route 13
I'm crouching behind my hero/crush: Ash Ketchum and my friend Clemont who is a massive nerd.
"Are you sure about this Ash?" I whisper
"Positive. They messed with the wrong person!" He says with hardly any emotion. Wait before you call him a jerk allow me to explain. His partner Pikachu and a lot of his other Pokémon got stolen by a band of criminals that call themselves Team Rocket.
"Okay let's move." Ash says creeping forward.
"Wait! The future is now thanks to science. Clemontic Gear on." Clemont says pulling out a small drone
"I have invented a super silent spy drone that if explodes like my other inventions can be used as kamikaze." He explains.
"Okay fire it up."
Clemont flips a switch on the remote and the drone starts to hover in place silently before shooting off into the rocket base before us.
He pilots it using the camera system on the drone and finds a way to enter without being seen.
"Ok let's go." Ash says taking out a silenced glock 17 and moving forward towards the building.

We manage to get inside the building and to the main office where evil himself lurks.
Ash opens the door and points his gun at the chair behind the desk that's turned around so it's facing the back wall.
"It's over Giovanni you've lost now give me back my Pokémon!" Ash says
"Are you sure about that boy." We hear as the chair spins around revealing a man in a black dress suit with a red R sewn into the chest pocket, holding a Thompson sub machine gun. He lowers the gun so its pointing at us, Me to be specific.
"I'm gonna make you suffer for being a thorn in my side for years!" Giovanni exclaims as he squeezes the trigger I practically see the bullets flying towards me until something or someone jumps in the way and takes the bullets for me. The force pushes them back knocking me down backwards. I notice who it was.
"Ash?" I say shocked.
He laid in my lap bleeding out from small bullet wounds in his abdomen.
"S-Serena? Is that you?"
"Yes I'm here what is it?" I ask concerned.
"I remember now." He says
"All of it." He finishes
"Serena I-I *cough* l-love you."
"I wasn't sure b-before and when I found out I was nervous."
"Oh Ash I love you too." I say.
"S-Serena I have to tell you something come in closer." He says before coughing up blood
"Y-Yeah?" I say leaning closer to him. All of a sudden he kisses me on the lips.
I was shocked at first but then I melted into it. Before long I tasted something metallic all of a sudden I realised that it was blood. He falls back and his head bangs on the metal floor, blood falling from his still open mouth.
"Sorry to interrupt such a touching moment but I have to go now." I hear Giovanni say
"Rhydon Hyper Beam."
There's an explosion and I hear a helicopter come up to the gaping hole in the wall.
"So long 'hero'." He says laughing and stepping on to the Helicopter.
"NOOO!" I scream crying. Clemont comes over to try and comfort me but it doesn't work. I break down onto Ash's cold body pounding on his chest yelling.
"You can't die!" And "Don't leave me!"
Clemont pulls me back he's surprisingly strong then again he has to be in order to carry around all the machinery that he does. He picks me up bridal style while I'm struggling against him yelling.
"Let me go! I'm not leaving him!"
Eventually we get outside and he submits and puts me down.
I immediately try to run back to Ash but the Building blows up, knocking me out.

And That Is How The World Lost The Last Hero.
Flashback end
All that happens and Team Rocket appears in Lumiose with a freakishly strong Pokemon and an Army.............
No one could stop them. Even Diantha fell to their power. We were either killed or thrown in prison.

I'm the only one of the gang left. Clemont was killed by his own Pokemon after the Freak Pokemon mind controlled them using hypnosis. Even little Bonnie was zapped to death by Dedenne who was also controlled. And you know how Ash died.

We all have given up hope.
Where is Arceus when you need him?

I'm snapped out of my thoughts by an alarm and loud yelling.
"Intruder Alert. Intruder Alert."
"Protect the prisoners!"
"Where is the intruder?!"
"He was right here-GAGH!"
*Gun Fire* *Screams* *Silence*
"Greninja,Cut."
The last one was right in front of me.
I look up to see a Greninja and a trainer in a brown cloak that covers their head but barely covers their pants. I also noticed that the prison bars are cut,
I'm Free!
"W-Who are you?" I ask my hero.
"I have no name." He replies in a deep voice that completely lacks emotion.
"Come On did you have any Pokemon?" He asks
"Y-Yes three." I reply
"Lets go get 'em." He says grabbing my hand and pulling me up. He's really strong so he pulls me into a hug.
I get a flashback of two years ago. After I recover and come back to my senses, We run down the hall to the storage room. We get to the door and I try the handle.
"Locked." I state
"Step aside." He says, I do so. And he hits the handle so hard that it breaks I also notice his hand was glowing blue.
"Unlocked." He says pushing the door inwards. We walk in the room and there were cages full of Pokemon.
We get to searching.

After a while I find my Pokemon
(being Braixen,Sylveon,and Pancham.)
And 'X'(Yes I'm gonna call him X) finds their PokeBalls. I recall them and we continue through the base rescuing prisoners and taking out Rockets.

About 2-3 hours later we get out of the base with the freed prisoners and make a run for it.

Over the next year we set up a camp in Santalune Forest and continue rescuing prisoners from all over Kalos.
We practically raise an army from the ground up. In a few years we march on Lumiose City. The Capitol Of Team Rocket.
