The Twilight Council, a board comprised of the reigning royals from both the human and elf kingdoms (and occasionally the eldest child on either side) is a justice system put in place upon agreement on both ends, should anything happen involving altercations between both species, such as a situation being mishandled. Given the truce between the two nations, such meetings are few and far between, but they do happen.
