"Bumblebee stop the car!" Tessa yelled out, "now listen here, Missy!" Bee whirred through the radio, Swiftdagger revved her engine as she came to an arupted stop as Bee had cut the breaks in front her.

"What the hell is going on?" You asked her as you hopped off just as Tessa scrambled out of Bee's alt mode. "I'm not leaving without my dad!" She cried out as tears were streaming down her face.

"Tessa...we were given orders.." you began softly as your heart ached for her. You knew exactly how she was feeling and you would do the excat same thing if you were in her shoes.

"He needs us. He can't do it alone!"

"We were given orders." Swiftdagger growled as she transformed into her cyberwolf form. "I promise Prime I'd keep you all safe."

"And what about my dad?!"

"Tessa let's just get-"

"No, Shane!" Tessa fired back, yanking her arm free from his hold. Swiftdagger snarled, transforming into her human self. "Listen here, I am in charge of you, and what I say-"

"Haven't you ever been afraid of loosing someone? Or are you just cold hearted like the rest of them?!" She spat as you quickly got inbetween them.

"YOU, have no idea what I have lost." She spat, her eyes glowing a furious red. "Tessa...please let's not do this here.."

"And what if Optimus was in danger? Or what if Bee was in danger? You're telling me you wouldn't do anything to help?" She asked angrily, looking at both you and Swiftdagger.

"He's all I have left.." she said inbetween gritted teeth as more tears rolled down her cheeks.

Swiftdagger sighed, stepping back as she morphed back into her cyberwolf form. "If we do this, we need a plan." She informed as she looked over at you with a steady gaze.

"You better have my back on this whenever Bee and I get scolded at."

"Cross my heart." You replied with a smile as your team huddled up to come up with a plan. I just hope this will work..

"Alright! You know the plan! Let's roll out!" Swiftdagger hollered out as she transformed back into the black motorcycle, you quickly jumped on and in matters of seconds you were flying down the road.

The finally battle came into view, "oh my god..." you said breathlessly as you saw took in the entire scene of what was happening. 'Optimus! Optimus we're here!'

'(Y/n)?! Why are you here?!' Optimus said within your bond. For the first time ever, you could hear the fear within his tone.

Bee speeds into the scene, causing gravel to shoot out from under his tires. As he made a sharp turn both Tessa and Shane run out of Bee's alt mode.

"She never listens. Never." Cade said out of breath, as he turned his attention back to Lockdown, firing as many shots as you could at the bounty hunter.

"You know the plan! Go!" Swiftdagger yelled out as she came to stop for you to quickly jump off and follow both Shane and Tessa. Swiftdagger revved her engine loudly before transforming into her cyberwolf form and leaped into action.

"I gave you an order!" Prime shouted at Bee as the yellow Bot transformed into his bi-pedal mode, sliding on his knee and ped as he flipped over a black canister and white pick up truck at Lockdown's direction.

As Lockdown dodged the attack Bee then lunge at him, kicking his stomach and back, throwing him down to the ground.

Lockdown snarled as both Cade, and Swiftdagger made the ultimate team up as they charged forward towardd Lockdown abd fired at him.

Before Lockdown could attack Bee, he kicked him at the centre of his chestplate, taking him off gaurd as Cade moved to a stack of white packaged items for cover.

Bee whirred angrily at Lockdown finally managed to land a hit on the yellow hot, sending him flying backwards into a metal rack.

"Get out of here now!" Cade shouted at you, Tessa and Shane as you stood by the white tow truck. "New plan" you yelled through the chaos as you turned to your team.

You ran to the driver's side of the white tow truck; hoping the keys were there, but to your avail they weren't. Fuck! You clenched your jaw, ripping off the cover from under the steering wheel and got to work on hotwiring the large vehicle.

"Shane! I want you to drive this thing, Tessa and I will do the rest!" You ordered out just as the truck engine roared to life. "How is this truck going to help us?" Shane said, as he scrambled to get into the truck.

You turned your head to see Optimus as he watched helplessly as his team struggled to fight Lockdown. He roared with anger as he continued to struggle with removed his own sword that periced between his shoulder and chestplate.

"We're going to use tow hook of the truck to get that sword out of Optimus." You exclaimed as you looked back at Shane, leveling your gaze with his.

He clenched onto the steering wheel and nodded, "let's do this." You forced a smile and hopped in the truck along with Tessa.

He put the truck in drive and sped towards Optimus.

"You little pest!" Lockdown spat as he fired at Bee some more. Swiftdagger snarled, charging at the Bounty hunter. He snarled, swiping at her; sending her flying into a stack of black canisters.

"Hey, you! Hey!" Cade snarled as the large mech looked at over at him with a smug look painted on his faceplate.

"Cade, all of you, get out of here! This is my fight!" Optimus ordered as continued to helplessly break free from his sword. His blue optics locked onto yours, '(Y/n), please you must go! Lockdown will kill you!'

Tears weld in your eyes, 'I'm not leaving you. We are in this together. Forever and always.'

Cade ran for cover behind the brick pillar as both Bee and Lockdown fired at each other, smoke from their guns and debris filled the air.

Lockdown let out a snarl, grabbing Bee's ped as he tried to kick his faceplate. He grasped on tightly as he then swung him around, smashing his body against a stack of wooden pillars. "This is my fight," Lockdown snarled as he threw Bee against the ground.

"And you're all going to die!" He added on, "Cade!" Swiftdagger yelled out, as she jumped back into action. Before he could even react she grabbed hold of him, getting them both to cover behind a stone wall just before Lockdown's missile could hit him.

Now it was your turn. Both you and Tessa got rught to work; connecting the cable to the cylinder blocks. Shane put the truck in drive, speeding around the battle zone.

As Shane made a sharp turn around the phone booth, the tow truck cables wrapped around Lockdown's legs, causing him to fall. "Cade!" You cried out as Lockdown tried to take a swipe at him with his sword.

Suddenly Lockdown looked up at you. His green optics glowed with rage.

"YOU."

"Hey!' Cade shouted as he began to fire at him again, shooting him anywhere he could to distract him from you.

"I'm going to kill you!" He snarled with his sword unsheathed, he raised his hand high, aiming his sights towards you. "Over my dead body you scrap peice of metal!" Swiftdagger snarled as she clamped her jaw around his shoulder, tearing the wires that connected with his body armour and protoform.

With her as a distraction, you jumped right into action. You ran towards the cable, reaching to grab the hook but Lockdown stopped you right in youe tracks as he shot at you. The impact sent you flying backwards.

You gasped for air, as you felt the windcrushing pressure at your chest. You were seeing stars as you fall hard onto your back. Your eyes widened as you rolled your side.

"(Y/n)!" You hear Optimus cry out but his voice seemed to have drowned within the chaos. You're vision blurred as you looked to see the bounty hunter coming towards you.

"(Y/n)!" Cade screamed as he fired at Lockdown some more but he was not fazed by it. He had you in his sights, nothing else mattered.

"I've been waiting so long to get the chance to kill you." He spat, optics wide and glowing with a sickening exictiment. "To tear you apart, limb by limb." He added on as he charged up his weapon.

'(Y/n)!'

Tears rolled down your cheeks, you were frozen. You were pumping with adrenaline, yet you were unable to move. So this is it? Your body trembled with fear, your heart beating fast and hard.

'I love you, Optimus. I love you so much and I'm so so sorry...'

With tears in her eyes, Tessa took charge, running to grab the hook. Her hands shaking as she ran. This is for you (Y/n)! She leaped into the air, hooking the hook of the cable to Prime's sword.

"Drive!" She screamed as Shane then pressed on the gas, causing Prime's sword to be released from his chest plate armour.

"Leave her alone!" Cade yelled out as he ran towards you, "Cade..." you croaked as he stood in front of you, firing right as his face. 

Lockdown snarled, "You see my face, your life is done!" He snarled as he stumbled to his knees as Cade fired a nasty blow to his legs.

Lockdown let out a snarled, raising his sword above his head. Cade held you close, shielding you as much as he could. This is all my fault. You closed your eyes, clinging onto Cade; taking in one final breath.

Suddenly you hear a strangled cry of pain. You gasped, eyes opened wide as you see Optimus, peircing his sword through Lockdown's backstruck and right through his spark chamber and chest plate.

The black mech cough, sinking to his knees, as his large form hovered over both you and Cade. Bright green engeron leaking from the corner of his dermas.

Both you and Cade watched in awe as he sliced his whole faceplate and helm in half. Prime then grabbed his body and he pushed it to the side.

"Yeah!!" Shane screams out in victory, Cade turned to look at yoi, giving you a tight hug. Shakily you hug him back as tears pour from your eyes.

Prime looked down at the both of you, before looking right at Cade, "honour to the end."

"Optimus..." you said softly as Cade helped you stand back up. "(Y/n)..." he said softly, his optics saddened as he knelt down in front of you. "I almost lost you..." he added on, his voice trembled with every word.

"I could've lost you too." You forced out, doing your best to hold back the sob. "I'm...I'm just glad you're okay." He replied, a servo reaching out towards you, he gently extended a finger to catch the tear that rolled down your cheek.

You cleaned into his touch, the metal was cold yet comforting against your skin. "I love you.." you both said at the same time, causing you both to smile.

Suddenly, Optimus aimed his sights towards the sky just as multiple missiles were being fired towards you and your team.

"We got prototypes!" You hear Swiftdagger yelled out as Optimus hovered of you and Cade's family. "Quickly! I'm setting off Lockdown's grenade. Hold on tight." Prime exclaimed as he stabbed the grenade to one of the cylinder blocks as you all held onto each other.

Optimus securely wrapped his arm around you and suddenly you were air borne. From below you could hear the grenade blow up, killing off the remaining prototypes and the factory to bits.

In a matter of seconds, you felt the strong impact of Optimus finally landing at the bridge. Slowly as the dust cleared. You were surrounded by the Chinese military. Tessa quickly stood up and wrapped her arms around Cade, holding him tightly.

"Kind of nice being your hero for a change." Cade choked out as he fought  back tears as he hugged Tessa.

"You always were. All my life." She replied as you too began to tear up.

"I love you."

"I love you, too."

Once they pulled away Cade smiled at her. "Let's go home to graduation?"

She let out a shaky laugh as she nodded. "Yeah.."

Cade smiled as he turned to Shane pulling him into a hug. "You're okay, kid. Come here, you're all right." Cade said as you smiled over at them.

In a matter of moments you were pulled into the family hug Cade. "Don't think you're not part of this family (Y/n), because you are." Cade said as you smiled through tears.

Once you all broke apart, Tessa sighed resting her head on Cade's shoulder. "We don't have a home, Dad. It blew up."

"I might be able to help you with that." Joshua said as he walked towards them, as Cade instantly pulled him into a hug.

In a matter of seconds, Bee finally arrived at the bridge along with Swiftdagger right behind him. Just then the Dinobots large appeared from the large buildings and towards the bridge.

"Brave warriors..you are free!" Optimus shouted as they all roared in victory, transforming into their own alt modes.

"I'll ride with you any time, Spike!" Crosshairs shouted as all four Dinobot's charged off, disappearing within the trees.

"This seed belongs to our creators, whoever they are." Prime informed as you turned to look at him. Suddenly you felt uneasy. Something isn't right..

"There remains a price on my head. I endanger you all if I stay." He added on as your eyes widened. What? No..no this can't be happening..

With a raise of his servo, the Seed floated into his grasp. "I shall take it where it can never be found." Prime added on as he held tightly onto the Seed.

"Will we ever see you again?" Cade asked as I worked down a swallow, fighting back the tears.

"Cade Yaeger, I do not know." He replied as he slowly clenched his servos into fists.

"But whenever you look to the stars, think of one of them as my soul." He added on softly as he looked up at the sky and back towards everyone.

"Defend this family, Autobots, as they have you." He exclaimed as he turned towards the sky.

"Defend..all they can be." He finished as you finally manged to speak. "Optimus...Optimus you can't go." You forced out as tears blinded your vision.

"(Y/n)..."

"Please..." you begged as he knelt down in front of you. "Please, please don't leave me." You plead as you couldn't help but finally let the sob escape you.

Your body ached as your body trembled with every heart shattering sob that escaped you. Suddenly his holoform stood in front of you. His eyes dimmed with sadness. He didn't want to leave you either. His spark aching with the very thought of leaving you behind.

"I wish it didn't have to be this way.." he said softly as he reached out to gently cup your face with his hands but you pushed him away.

"You promised me."

"I know.. I know and I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." He replied as he took another step towards you. "If I stay, you know what will happen."

You hated this, just as much as he did. But of course what did you expect would happen. He's the leader of the Autobot's. This sacrifice had to be made by him and only him.

"When will you come back? How will I know that you'll be okay?" You asked with tears as he pulled you into his strong embrace. "I promise I'll find my way back to you." He said softly as you hugged him as tightly at you could.

I can't believe this is it. This is the last time I will ever see Prime. He cupped your tear stained face with his hands. His thumbs gently caressing your cheeks. He did his best to capture every detail within your face, hoping that he'd never forget all your beautiful features.

"I'm going to miss you.." you said softly, resting your hands over his. "I'm going to miss you too..." he replied as you reached out, cupping his handsome face with your hands and kissed him.

You kissed him with such hunger and passion. He kissed you back just as passionately. You clung onto him, holding him as close as you could. This would be the very last kiss you could ever have with him. The last touch, the last hug. Your heart was breaking with every last minute you had with him.

"I love you, (Y/n). I love you so much. Don't you ever forget that." He said softly against your lips as he kissed you on last time.

Tears rolling down his cheeks as you smiled sadly in reply, "I love you too Optimus. Always have, and I always will."

He squeezed your hands tightly, landing a soft kiss on your forehead. "Goodbye, (Y/n)..."

"You know I hate goodbyes.." you said sadly, looking up at him once more. "Think of it more as a 'I'll see you later'."

He smiled warmly, kissing your lips on more time, "I will see you soon, my love."

And with that his holofrom fizzles out, you look up at Optimus. His optics locking onto yours one last time. You swallow hard, stepping back just as he knelt down, and before you know it; he sky rocketed himself into the air once more.

You watched with tearful eyes as you watched your sparkmate soar into the air and towards earth's atmosphere and towards space.

'I love you, (Y/n).'

'I love you too, Optimus.'

You will never know when he will return but a promise is a promise and one day he will come back for you. You turn towards Cade and his family and smiled.

"So...I guess its time to start home renovations?" You asked as Cade smiled, wrapping an arm around your shoulders.

"What an interesting family we got here huh?" You said as you looked up at your Autobot team. Swiftdagger smiled down at you before nuzzling up to Bee.

"Yeah its a pretty fucked up one, but I like it." Crosshairs said with a smug smile.

"There are mysteries to the universe we were never meant to solve.

But who we are and why we are here are not among them.

Those answers we carry inside."

"I am Optimus Prime and this message is to my creators: Leave planet Earth alone. 'Cause I'm coming for you."

2nd book based off TLK.
