Everything was perfect right now. Nothing else mattered. Hau and I were moving our lips together until I felt a vibration and heard the ringing of my phone. Who it was— I could care less, but Hau pulled away
"You gonna get that?" I simply shook my head, once again craving for another kiss. Hau smiled at me, placing his lips on mine again. The ringing had stopped leaving us in peace. I was hesitant to pull away and answer the call once it began to ring again.

"This better be good." I mumbled under my breath. "Hello?"

It was Guzma who seemed to be irritated. "You have to come, now." I looked at Hau.

"I'm... busy."

"I don't care. We need to talk."

"We are right now."

"Very funny. Get your ass over here now."

"No. I really mean it. I'm not going. Whatever you need to tell me you can tell me right now." I told him sternly. The other line went dead silent before I heard a staggered sigh.

"Remember that simple job I gave you?" I groaned rubbing my temple.

"You give me multiple jobs, how am I supposed to know which one you're talking about?" On the other end Guzma grumbled something. I couldn't make it out.

"The last one I gave you, genius!"

"What about it?" I was beyond annoyed at this point. Guzma drives me crazy sometimes. It's always when I have something to do that he has to ruin it.

"Well, apparently the victim got away. Why is that?"

My mind went back to those idiot grunts. What are they even good for?! They always have to screw up something for crying out loud. "I left the grunts in charge of her."

"Well, then being the boneheads they are let her get away."

I put a hand to my face. How is that even possible?! I left three grunts with her. Then again, they are dense as hell. "Why are you calling me th—"

"Because you're the numbskull that left the idiots with her! If you want something right you have to do it for them!"

I gritted my teeth together, "That's so typical of you..." I clenched my hand into a fist, wanting so badly to punch something right about now. Hau was right next to me though, I didn't want to lash out in front of him. "Blame it on me.. of course. Can't blame it on those brainless grunts." I pulled the phone away from my ear, holding the speaker to my mouth. "I'm tired of you Guzma." I spat out, hanging up on him. I shoved my phone in my pocket looking up at Hau who had a concerned expression on his perfect features.

"You okay?"

"I'm fine. A kiss would help me feel better though." Hau leaned forward planting a kiss on my cheek. I would've preferred he kissed my lips again, but it was better than nothing.

<< really short chapter! Sorry I just wanted to get at least something out..I haven't updated this book in a while. I've been occupied with another book and as you can see I'm not good at juggling stories. I'll try to update this story more often >>
