¦¦Gladion¦¦
Okay, I admit it. Maybe there were small feelings for Hau. I cannot emphasize the word small enough. It was a small crush that was going to fade away soon and then I could look back at this time and gag or at least that's what I thought. Hau and I were searching for Lillie, Sun, and Moon. So far there was no sign of them. I felt someone grab my arm. I was ready to turn around and slap whoever had touched me, but it was just Moon.
"Oh.. It's just you.."
"Yeah! Are you guys ready?"
"I am!" Sun came running up behind Moon putting a hand around his friend. "Let's go get our seats." Sun nagged a ticket from Moon's hand dashing off to the second floor.
"Wait for me!" Moon yelled, but before leaving grabbed Hau's hand pulling him away. Probably for the best. I sat there waiting for Lillie. I realized, that I had often thought about Hau, it was so constant and it was starting to bother the hell out of me, yet I didn't want to stop myself from thinking of him. This was an awful feeling. Lillie walked in cautiously. She was so anxious all the time. I walked over to her handing a ticket Moon gave to me befor leaving.
"So, I was right?"
I scoffed at her, "No.. I don't know?"
"Aww. I'll take that as a yes."

We tried finding our seats in the crowd of people. It took minutes until we found our seats. The order was: Moon, Hau, Sun, Lillie, Me. It sucked. Everytime someone walked past me to go up the steps and they were holding something they would drop food or a small drop of a drink. I was bored out of my mind. I was regretting coming here, I mean, the battle only last for so long. Lillie practically crawled over me with that ridiculous bag.
"Hau, wanna switch seats?" I groaned shaking my head.
Before I knew it Hau was sitting next to me intently watching the battle. I couldn't on the other hand couldn't have been more unamused.
"Isn't this great Glady?"
I winced, "Yeah.. Sure."
"If this is so boring why'd you come?"
What was I going to tell him? That I did it because there might be a high chance that I like him? Becasue I wanted to be with him and spend time with him? I think not. I ignored the question. I simply looked at him and gave him a small smile.
"Gladion!" I leaned forward in my cheer to peer over at my sister who was pointing at her phone. I clicked my tongue taking my phone out to see a message. Hau, being nosy, leaned on my shoulder to see our text conversation:
I think you should do it. :Lillie
Tell him! :Lillie
I shook my head at her urges. "Tell who? Do what?"
"Nothing. Don't be nosy."

"Oh, oh! And did you see that Pokémon?! It was so strong ad amazing!.. Yeah..!!" Their voices trailed off, at least in my head they did. I was zoned out, thinking of what to do. I've only known this kid for a couple of days, and yet he's managed to peek at my soft interior.. Somewhat soft. I told him things I never told anyone else.
How would I even start? I don't even know if he likes me. He.. probably doesn't and I shouldn't get my hopes up. That never ends well.
"What's on your mind?" Lillie giggled knowingly. We passed by strangers, exiting the Battle Royal Dome.
"Nothing? I don't even know if I like him all that much."
"Ah, so you finally admit it."
"Shut up. I don't know what to do."
"Tell him before it's too late!"
"What? And get rejected? No thanks, I think I'll pass."
"What if he doesn't?"
"And what if he does?"
"Just.. Try. You'll never know. If you don't, you'll probably wonder for the rest of your life what would've happened if you just manned up and told him!"
She had a point. Yet there was a deep pit in my stomach. How could I be gay? Or bi? "I guess I should try.."
"Yes! You should! Go for it!"
"B-but now?"
"I said go!"
"Bu-W-wait!"
"We don't have time to wait! Just go!"
"I need a private place!"
Lillie huffed out. "Fine!"
¦3rd Person¦
The first thing that came to Gladion's mind was the beautiful garden on Ula'ula island. People visited every now and then, but the point was that it wasn't a crowded place, and it had a fairly romantic atmosphere. That's wat Gladion feared. Had he made the meeting spot too sappy? Gladion paced around nervously when he heard a familiar voice. Hau. He looked around admiring the beauty of the garden. "Are you okay, Glady?"
"Yes... Why? What did Lillie tell you?"
"All she said was that you are wanted to meet me here. So, what did you want to meet here for?"
Gladion sat down at a bench near an ice cream shop. He patted hhe spot next to him, and they just starred out at the lake's water glimmering. The sounds of the water flowing down the stream filled the boys' ears.
"I need to tell you something."
"What is it?"
Gladion turned to look at Hau who was looking at him curiously. I wave of realization hit the blond. If this ended in rejection Gladion could lose his only true friend. The one who he felt comfortable enough to tell him about his past. The only person who he could turn to. Gladion forced a smile. "Nothing.."
"No tell me!"
Gladion shook his head, "Really.. I can't."
"Please, Glady?" Gladion said nothing. "Pleease?"
Gladion gave in. This could end with rejection and their friendship could go to the garbage. "Okay, fine. I.." His gave began to heat up, "I think.. Think I might like you.?" Hau froze. "I t-think! Look.. I just... You–"
"Shh." Gladion brought his head back slightly. Hau put a soft hand on his cheek, leaning foward. He pressed his warm, velvety lips against his. Gladion instantly melted into the kiss, turning his head slighty. Hau pulled away with a slightly heated face. "Your lips are soft." Hau smiled at him.
"That means you like me too, right?"
"Yeah." Hau smiled leaning in for another kiss which Gladion happily gave consent to.
