chapter 10

Alex POV

''UUUGGGHHH'' i moan as fall on my bed in an ungraceful heap .

My back was killing me and since Atlantis and Emerald city ( my other kingdom ) was constantly trying to be broken into they may not be able to get in the city due to the ward but id does weaken them , and me having to fuel them every time is utterly exhausting .

The worst part of it all was the paper work . People from all the world trying to get me to marry then so that they can rule the kingdom . If only they knew that if they married me that  would still be in full control over  the entire Kingdom and my assets .

I rubbed y hands over my face before going to the bathroom to take a shower ......a really long shower i thought as i felt my muscles protesting for y to stand up.

As soon as i step in the shower i fell better , since i am the a child of Poseidon  it does make sense . but it is as if the water is trying to make me feel better comforting me . I must really be tired if I'm starting to tink water can comfort a person.

As i let the warm water run over me my mind drifts to a pair of crimson eyes . Voldemort hasn't contacted me and neither has Nico .

Nico never came to the family dinner , which didn't actually surprise me since he hardly ever attends . I mean who wants to attend a dinner when three quarters of the time they are trying to kill , you cant even drink freely in case someone put poison in your drink and  if they don't do it secretly  the draw a sword on when lest expect it . Luckily for me i am always expecting someone to try and kill me so I'm always on my guard.

I let out a sigh and switch of the shower with a flick of a hand dried myself. I go to closet and remember i have to water something nice because i have busy day ahead of me  and unfortunately there is no training  so i will be stuck in a dress the entire day .

I'm just so glad that I don't have to worry about heals . people may say that I am graceful while in a fight but I am a disaster waiting to happen wearing heels even if it.
