Chapter 1: Dreams of Traveling!

(A/N: Heads up, most of (Y/N)'s childhood, flashbacks, and training are made in ChatGPT).

-No One's P.O.V-

In the quaint city of Robetta, where the gentle breeze carried the scent of flowers and the laughter of children echoed through the narrow streets, a young (Y/N) (L/N) found himself immersed in a world of imagination. It was a lazy afternoon, and he sat by the window in his cozy room, engrossed in a dusty old book titled "Tales of Endless Journeys."

The book, worn with time, contained vivid descriptions of far-off lands, magical creatures, and the adventures of brave travelers. As (Y/N) turned the pages, his eyes widened with wonder, captivated by the tales of exploration and discovery.

As he delved deeper into the enchanting narratives, his mother, Mishiki (L/N), entered the room with a warm smile, her eyes reflecting kindness and concern.

Mishiki: What are you reading, my little adventurer?

Mishika asked, tousling (Y/N)'s hair affectionately.

(Y/N), his eyes still fixed on the book, replied...

(Y/N): It's about traveling, Mom. I want to see the world like the characters in these stories.

Mishiki's gentle laughter filled the room.

Mishiki: Ah, my dreamer. You're just like your father and his books. Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?

(Y/N), feeling a bit uncertain, shrugged.

(Y/N): I'm not sure yet.

Just then, Jiron, his father, walked into the room with an air of quiet wisdom. His gaze, as perceptive as ever, fell upon the book in (Y/N)'s hands.

Jiron: Traveling, eh?

He remarked, a faint smile playing on his lips.

Mishiki joined the conversation,

Mishiki: Our (Y/N) wants to be an adventurer like you, dear.

Jiron, leaning against the doorway, shared a knowing look with his son.

Jiron: Well, traveling isn't always easy. It has its ups and downs. But the experiences are worth it.

Intrigued, (Y/N) looked up from the book.

(Y/N): You traveled too, Dad?

Jiron nodded, his eyes distant with memories.

Jiron: Before you were born, I roamed the world as a wizard. Saw magical wonders, faced challenges, and met fascinating people.

(Y/N)'s eyes gleamed with admiration.

(Y/N): Really? Tell me more!

Jiron chuckled,

Jiron: Perhaps you'll experience it yourself one day. Your friend Elaina loves to travel too, doesn't she?

(Y/N) nodded enthusiastically,
(Y/N): Yeah, we always talk about going on adventures together.

Mishiki, with a mischievous twinkle in her eye, teased,

Mishiki: Maybe you two will travel the world hand in hand.

(Y/N) blushed but smiled at the idea. Jiron, noticing his son's excitement, offered a piece of advice,

Jiron: If you want to travel, study hard. Knowledge is a wizard's greatest companion.

(Y/N) nodded, his determination growing.

(Y/N): I will, Dad.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over Robetta, the family shared a moment of quiet contentment. The seeds of wanderlust were planted in (Y/N)'s heart, nurtured by the stories of far-off lands and the encouraging words of his parents. Little did he know, the pages of his own adventures were yet to be written, waiting to unfold in the vast tapestry of the world.

-Time Skip, (Y/N). Age: 14 Years Old-

Fourteen-year-old (Y/N) (L/N) stood in the vibrant garden of his home, the morning sun casting a warm glow on the celebration that had taken place to honor his and Elaina's success in the magic exams. The air was filled with a sense of accomplishment and anticipation for the future. (Y/N)'s parents, Mishiki and Jiron, beamed with pride as they congratulated their son on passing the exams.

Mishiki, with her usual air of kindness, hugged (Y/N) tightly.

Mishiki: My little wizard, you've made us so proud! A feast to celebrate your success was the least we could do.

(Y/N), a bit overwhelmed by the attention, grinned and replied,

(Y/N): Thanks, Mom. It was amazing!

Jiron, his perpetually cool demeanor softened by the moment, nodded approvingly.

Jiron: You and Elaina did exceptionally well. Now, comes the next step – finding a master to guide you on your journey.

As the family enjoyed a hearty breakfast, (Y/N) couldn't help but express his thoughts about the other examinees.

(Y/N): You know, Dad, the others were a bit weak. I couldn't help feeling a bit proud."

Jiron, ever perceptive, raised an eyebrow.

Jiron Ah, the arrogance of youth. I noticed that during your exams. Let me share something, (Y/N). Never underestimate your opponents, and don't let success cloud your judgment.

A curious (Y/N) asked,

(Y/N): What do you mean, Dad?

Jiron leaned back, reminiscing.

Jiron: In my youth, I let my ego get the best of me after a certain loss. It took humility and acceptance to truly grow. Learn from my mistakes, (Y/N). Be proud but not arrogant. There will always be those stronger than you.Mishiki: Your father is right. Humility is a virtue. It makes you open to learning and growing, no matter how skilled you become.

Mishiki chimed in as if to support her husband's words.

(Y/N), taking the advice to heart, nodded.

(Y/N): I'll keep that in mind, Mom, Dad.

The feast continued, filled with laughter and warmth, until a knock echoed through the (L/N) household. Elaina, with her usual spirited demeanor, stood at the door, a smile playing on her lips.

Elaina: (Y/N), are you home?!

Curious, (Y/N) stepped outside.

(Y/N): What's going on, Elaina?

Elaina's eyes sparkled with determination.

Elaina:I need to find a master to take me as an apprentice. Let's go through the city and ask around. I can't think of anyone better to help me with this than my best friend!

(Y/N), without hesitation, agreed.

(Y/N): Of course, Elaina. I'm with you all the way.

And just ike that, both (Y/N) and Elaina went off around in the streets of Robetta to look for a master for Elaina to become a fully apprentice witch.

...

In the bustling streets of Robetta, (Y/N) and Elaina are seen wandering around to look for a witch who has skills.

And now, the two youngsters are stepping at a random door and see a symbol of a witching, indicating that a witch is in there.

(Y/N): So, should we start here?

Elaina: *Nods* Yeah.

Elaina decided to knock on the door and wait for a repose until the two of you heard a mature woman's voice.

???: Coming!

The door opens, revealing a adult woman who seemed to be in her early 30s' and has a golden hair.

Golden-Haired Witch: Yes, what is it?

Elaina: U-Um, *Bows* I'm Elaina, and I just passed the magi-

Elaina was then interrupted by the witch slamming the door in front of you and Elaina.

(Y/N): *Surprised* That was...unexpected. Let's try find another one.

-Time Skip-

But even with all the help you supported Elaina and going through the streets of Robetta to look for the witches, none of them didn't even bothered to take Elaina in to be their apprentice, which was an instant rejection.
And now, the two of you were returning back home on the way.

Elaina: *Sigh* This sucks...Sorry for wasting your time, (Y/N).

(Y/N): *Optimistic* No need to be sorry, we can find another witch again.

Your optimistic made Elaina felt better.

Elaina: Thanks, (Y/N). I'll see you later.

(Y/N) *Smiles* Yeah, see you.

And just like that, you and Elaina parted ways together.

-At the (L/N) Household-

When you arrived back at home, Mishiki, noticing the subdued atmosphere, asked...

Mishiki: How did it go, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): *Sigh* Well, Mom, not great. No one in the city was willing to take Elaina as an apprentice. She's feeling pretty down about it.

Mishiki's face fell with disappointment.

Mishiki: That's unfortunate. I hope she finds a mentor soon. But what about you, (Y/N)? Have you found a wizard who could teach you some master magic?"

(Y/N), realizing he had neglected his own search in his eagerness to help Elaina, scratched his head sheepishly.

(Y/N): I, uh, didn't really think about it. I was focused on Elaina.

Just then, Jiron entered the room, sensing the conversation.

Jiron: Ah, (Y/N), always putting others before yourself. But don't forget about your own growth. Have you considered finding a master?

(Y/N): *Shook his head* I haven't, Dad. I was too caught up in helping Elaina.

Jiron: *Chuckles* Well, you might want to consider it. In fact, when I was around your age, I had a master, an old man with eternal life. He lives on a small island not too far from here.

You perked up at the idea.

(Y/N): A master with eternal life? That sounds interesting. Do you know where the island is?

Jiron nodded and handed you the map.

Jiron: Here you go. Fly to this island on your Nimbus, and you might just find the mentor you're looking for.

You gratefully accepted the map and said...

(Y/N): Thanks, Dad. I'll head there right away.

Summoning his Flying Nimbus, (Y/N) soared into the sky, following the map toward the distant island where an ageless wizard awaited. Little did he know that this journey would not only enhance his magical prowess but also open doors to new experiences and challenges that lay ahead on the mystical island of eternal life.

...

Amidst the endless expanse of the sky, (Y/N) sat perched upon his magical cloud, the Flying Nimbus, making his way towards the island where the ageless wizard resided. The wind whistled through his hair as he gazed down at the world below, lost in a nostalgic reverie.

As the Nimbus glided through the clouds, (Y/N)'s mind drifted back to a time when his magical abilities first manifested. It was during his early adolescent years when he and Elaina were deeply engrossed in their magical studies.

-Flashback-

In a quaint corner of the village of Robetta, (Y/N) and Elaina gathered their magical books and scrolls, eager to explore the wonders of the arcane. The air buzzed with the anticipation of discovery as they sat in a secluded spot, surrounded by the serenity of nature.

Elaina, with a mischievous grin, teased...

Elaina: Come on, (Y/N), let's try something fun today.

(Y/N), always up for an adventure, raised an eyebrow.

(Y/N): What do you have in mind?

Elaina pointed to a passage in their magical textbook.

Elaina: Summoning magical creatures! Wouldn't it be cool if we could summon something at our will?

(Y/N) nodded in agreement, flipping through the pages.

(Y/N): Yeah, let's give it a shot.

The two friends focused their energies, attempting to summon a small, non-threatening creature. After a few attempts and shared laughter, something unexpected happened. A swirling mist enveloped (Y/N), and to his surprise, a cloud materialized beneath him.

Elaina's eyes widened in astonishment.

Elaina: Whoa, (Y/N), you summoned a cloud!

Stunned, (Y/N) looked down at the newly formed Flying Nimbus beneath him.

(Y/N): I... I didn't mean to summon a cloud. How did this happen?

Elaina laughed before saying...

Elaina: Well, looks like you've got your magical transportation now. Flying Nimbus, I dub thee!

(Y/N), still perplexed by the sudden manifestation, cautiously sat on the Nimbus. To his surprise, it responded to his every thought and command.

-Flashback End-

Back on the Nimbus, soaring through the skies towards the island, (Y/N) couldn't help but smile at the memory of that fateful day. The Flying Nimbus, born out of an accidental summoning, had become a steadfast companion on his journey. It was a testament to the unpredictable nature of magic and the enduring bond he shared with Elaina.

As the island approached on the horizon, (Y/N) couldn't help but marvel at the twists and turns his magical journey had taken. Little did he know that the lessons learned with Elaina and the unexpected summoning of the Flying Nimbus would play a crucial role in the adventures that awaited him on the island of the ageless wizard.

As (Y/N) reached the mystical island, he was greeted by a serene landscape filled with ancient trees, vibrant flora, and an air of magical tranquility. At the heart of the island stood a modest cottage, and in its vicinity was the dwelling place of the 350-year-old wizard.

(Y/N) landed gracefully in front of the wizard's cottage, dispersing the Nimbus with a wave of his hand. The quaint dwelling exuded an aura of mystique, surrounded by the serene beauty of the island. Taking a moment to collect himself, (Y/N) approached the front door and knocked with a sense of anticipation.

The door creaked open, revealing the old wizard with a long white beard and piercing eyes that held the wisdom of centuries. The wizard, dressed in a simple robe, looked at (Y/N) with a mixture of curiosity and amusement.

Old Wizard: Well, well, what do we have here? A young traveler gracing my humble abode.

Said the wizard mused with a twinkle in his eye.

(Y/N) smiled, offering a polite bow.

(Y/N): Greetings, sir. My name is (Y/N) (L/N), and I've come seeking guidance in the magical arts. I heard you might be able to help.

The wizard scrutinized (Y/N) for a moment before breaking into a hearty laugh.

Old Wizard: Ah, (Y/N) (L/N), is it? You've got a bit of your father's spirit in you, don't you?

(Y/N), surprised by the wizard's observation, nodded.

(Y/N): You know my father?

The wizard chuckled, gesturing for (Y/N) to enter.

Orlan: Come, come. Let's have a little chat. Names are important, aren't they? I am Orlan, the Eternal Sage. Your father, Jiron, and I go way back.

Inside the cozy cottage, (Y/N) took a seat, his curiosity piqued. Orlan, with a twinkle in his eye, began speaking...

Orlan: Your father and I crossed paths many years ago. He sought knowledge and a deeper understanding of the arcane. We became fast friends during his visit to this very island.

(Y/N) listened intently, absorbing the tale of his father's connection with the Eternal Sage. Orlan continued...

Orlan: Jiron was a remarkable young man, full of ambition and a thirst for wisdom. We shared many conversations about the intricacies of magic, the balance of nature, and the mysteries of life.

As Orlan spoke, (Y/N) couldn't help but feel a deeper connection to his father's past and the magical heritage that ran in his family. The conversation between the young apprentice and the ageless sage continued, bridging the gap between generations and weaving a tapestry of knowledge that would shape (Y/N)'s magical journey in unforeseen ways.

Under the tutelage of the Eternal Sage, Orlan, (Y/N) embarked on a journey of magical discovery. The humble cottage on the secluded island became a sanctuary of knowledge, where the air was filled with the whispers of ancient spells and the secrets of the arcane.

-Small Time Skip-

After a couple of minutes in the conversation and sharing stories, (Y/N) begins his training with Orlan outside the cottage.

Orlan: Now, (Y/N), let's start with a fundamental offensive spell, Arcane Bolt. Focus your energy through the staff, channel it into a burst of magical energy, and release it toward the target. It's a moderate burst, capable of knocking back or staggering lesser magical creatures.

(Y/N) took a deep breath, his staff held firmly in his hands. With Orlan's guidance, he concentrated his magical essence and unleashed the Arcane Bolt. A burst of energy surged forth from the staff, crackling with power. Orlan nodded in approval...

Orlan: Good, good. You have a natural affinity for this.

Orlan: Now, defensive spells are equally crucial. Let me teach you Mystic Veil. It cloaks the user in a semi-transparent veil, enhancing evasion. Increases agility and evasion for a short period, allowing you to avoid attacks more effectively.

(Y/N) absorbed the instructions, practicing the motions with his staff. The veil materialized around him, granting a subtle shimmer to his form. Orlan observed...

Orlan: Excellent. The key is to trust your instincts and let the magic flow through you.

-Time Skip-

Orlan, the Eternal Sage, believed in a holistic approach to magical training. Beyond the arcane spells, he emphasized the importance of physical and mental conditioning, literature, and endurance. The island became (Y/N)'s training ground, reminiscent of the days when Master Roshi guided young warriors like Goku and Krillin at the Kame House.

...

Physical Training:

On the sun-kissed shores of the island, (Y/N) found himself engaged in rigorous physical exercises. Orlan, with a staff in hand, guided him through martial stances and fluid movements. The rhythmic crash of waves provided the backdrop to the training, as (Y/N) honed his body to synchronize with the ebb and flow of magical energy.

Orlan: Physical strength is the foundation of a wizard's prowess. A resilient body supports a resilient mind.

...

Mental Conditioning:

Inside the cottage, surrounded by ancient texts and artifacts, Orlan delved into the intricacies of magical theory and history. (Y/N) immersed himself in the vast sea of knowledge, developing his mental acuity.

Orlan: A wizard's mind is his most potent weapon. Sharpen your intellect, for every spell is a manifestation of thought.

...

Literature Study:

Under the shade of a wise old tree, (Y/N) delved into magical literature, exploring grimoires and scrolls that chronicled the exploits of legendary wizards. Orlan emphasized the importance of understanding the rich tapestry of magical lore.

Orlan: Knowledge is the key to unlocking the full potential of your magic. Learn from the wisdom of those who came before you.

...

Endurance Challenges:

On mist-covered hills and through ancient groves, Orlan led (Y/N) on endurance challenges. The young wizard navigated treacherous terrains, testing both his physical and magical stamina.

Orlan: Endurance is the bridge between theory and practice. A tired mind is a weakened mind. Build the stamina to endure the trials that await," Orlan counseled.

-Time Skip-

As days turned into weeks, the routine continued. Each day brought new challenges, pushing (Y/N) to the limits of his abilities. Yet, amidst the physical exertion and mental stimulation, Orlan's teachings carried a profound wisdom that extended beyond magic.

...

Orlan's Magical Advice:

One day, Orlan gathered (Y/N) for a special conversation...

Orlan: Always remember these words, (Y/N): Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty! That is the way of a true wizard. We must master the art of peace in addition to the art of war! The path of magic is not just about power; it is about balance and harmony. The magic within you is a reflection of your inner self. Nurture it with diligence and care.

With those words, Orlan bestowed upon (Y/N) a philosophy that transcended the boundaries of mere magical prowess. The island, once a training ground, became a sanctuary where (Y/N) honed not only his magical abilities but also his character.

(Y/N): *Smiles* Thanks, old timer.

Orlan nodded in acknowledgement until (Y/N) looks at the horizon of where the country of Robetta is.

Orlan: Hm? Is something the matter, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Hmm...I should go check on Elaina, and see if she's training well. The last time I heard about her training with Miss Fran wasn't quite well what she thought it was.

Orlan paused for a few moments before saying...

Orlan: I see. Go check on her. I'll be waiting for you once you get back.

(Y/N): Thank you.

(Y/N) summoned the Flying Nimbus as he quickly flew off to head back to Robetta.

-Small Time Skip-

It only took a few minutes of arriving back to Robetta, you noticed the clouds are getting cloudy today and you felt the raindrops raining down you.

(Y/N): Ah crap...

As soon as you said that, you hear a faint sound of explosions and colorful lights coming from where Elaina and Miss Fran are in the woods.

(Y/N): Oh no...

This alarmed you as you quickly commanded your Flying Nimbus to check things out.

Once you arrived there, you arrived to see a slight bit of destruction in the area and you see Elaina who is battle damaged as she is at the mercy of Fran.

You were shocked at the situation, and worry for your best friend's safety until you pulled out your staff out of caution.

(Y/N): Elaina!

You called out to her name as she and Fran looked up at you and see that you were descending down with the Flying Nimbus until you aimed your staff at Fran.

Fran: W-Wait! This is a misunderstanding!

(Y/N): Please get away from her!

You commanded as Fran simply steps back with her hands up while holding her wand in her right hand until you cautiously approached Elaina to her aid.

(Y/N): Elaina, what the hell happened?

You asked in concern, but only you can hear her catching up her breath while being shaken until Elaina's tears began to fell out of her eyelids. And out of nowhere, Elaina stars hugging you with her arms wrapped around you and starts crying her eyes out.

This surprised you until you hugged her back to comfort her and you can feel her wet tears stained on your clothes.

Fran then approaches you with a guilty expression.

Fran: (Y/N)...I can explain...

You let out a sigh before asking her.

(Y/N): What did you do?

Fran pauses for a moment before saying.

Fran: I only wanted her to fight me to test her skills, and...I didn't expect her cry.

(Y/N): *Mildly-Angry* What did you expect...?

As Fran was about to speak up more, but Elaina gets into the conversation through her tears.

Elaina: Please stop messing around! You were having fun teasing me!

Fran: I wasn't having fun at all...!

Elaina: You were never planning on making me a witch! I hate you! I hate you all! Even though I believed in you and endured everything...I believed that everything would work out...But you're just the same as those Robetta witches!

You then decided to stop the drama.

(Y/N): Elaina, that's enough. Look, I share what you feel, but...

Elaina: But what?! I trusted her! You acknowledged me...but not her...

(Y/N): Elaina, stop. Calm yourself...

Elaina grits her teeth as she held tightly onto you with her breath shaking. You then turned back to Fran.

(Y/N): Miss Fran, please explain yourself. Why go through the trouble of fighting Elaina and putting her into a whole month of during chores without teaching her anything?

Fran pauses for a few moments before speaking up with a smile.

Fran: Well, to tell you the truth, I was doing all this because Elaina's parents asked me to.

This surprised both you and Elaina at the revelation.

Elaina & (Y/N): What?

-Flashback-

Elaina's Father: If she keeps going like this and becomes an adult, there might come a day when she's unable to recover...

Fran: That's why you want me to take her as my apprentice and teach her about failures and setbacks?

Elaina's Mother: Yes...

Fran: *Hesitating* But...

Elaina's Mother: Of course, we aren't asking you to do this for free, Miss Fran.

Elaina's Mother then places a small pouch of coins on the table.

Elaina's Father: *Munches on the food*

Fran: Oh, dear! I'm not a witch who can be enticed by money...

-Flashback End-

Fran: *Speaking to Elaina* I grudgingly accepted your parents' request. At first, I thought I'd put you through extraordinary trials so that you would learn about setbacks. But you never balked at working hard in order to achieve your goal, you're talented, and you understand very well how people see you. I thought it wouldn't do any good to give you trials because you would just endure them and rise again. But...that's also your main problem.

(Y/N): *Tilts in confusion* What do you mean by that, Miss Fran?

Fran: It's because Elaina endured too much.

The answer that you and Elaina heard caused your eyes to widen in surprise.

Fran: Please don't feel like all you have to do is bear with everything. If there's something you don't like, fight it. Be able to clearly say "No" when you need to. So you can protect yourself.
Fran says with a smile on her face until Elaina spoke up.

Elaina: Then...the reason you wouldn't teach me magic this whole time...

(Y/N): ...Is because you were waiting to Elaina's patience to break, isn't it?

Fran: *Nods* That's right. Today's test was for the same reason. I really am sorry.

You let out a small sigh before saying...

(Y/N): Well...I'm grateful that you're being honest with the situation, Miss Fran.
Fran: Thank you, (Y/N). How did your training go with the old wizard?

(Y/N): Oh, that. Well...Heh, he trained me through physical, mental, literature, and enduring training on the island.

Elaina: *Shocked* Wait, what? For real?!

(Y/N): Ehehe~! Of course, but I won't let my confidence get to my head, and it's also a way to prepare myself if I'm ready.

Elaina smiles and playfully punches you.

Elaina: You're such a dummy. You've gone training for a month while I got to do with chores, I'm jealous.

Fran: *Chuckles* Don't worry, Elaina. All you're lacking is experience. Now then, this is where the real training begins.

You smiled at Elaina before saying...

(Y/N): Alright, Elaina. Good luck on your training. I'm heading back to Master Orlan's island.

Elaina: *Nods with a smile* Sure thing. Take care, (Y/N).

And just like that, you summoned your Flying Nimbus and headed back to Orlan's island.

-1 Year Later

The morning sun bathed the tranquil island as (Y/N) engaged in the final phases of his training under the guidance of the Eternal Sage, Orlan. The air crackled with magical energy, and each movement of (Y/N)'s staff felt like a symphony of newfound mastery.

As the training session reached its zenith, Orlan, with a wise smile, halted (Y/N)'s actions.

Orlan: Impressive, (Y/N). Your growth has been extraordinary. I believe there's nothing more I can teach you.

(Y/N) bowed respectfully, staff in hand.

(Y/N): Thank you, Master Orlan. Your guidance has been invaluable to me.

Orlan, with a twinkle in his eye, conjured a brooch out of thin air, adorned with intricate magical symbols.

Orlan: Then, (Y/N), as a fully-fledged wizard, you deserve a symbol of your achievement.

(Y/N)'s eyes widened in surprise as Orlan handed him the brooch.

Orlan: Congratulations, Ebony Wizard.

Baffled, (Y/N) looked at the brooch and then at his hair, which indeed had a raven-black hue.

(Y/N): Ebony Wizard? But my hair color...

Orlan chuckled before saying...

Orlan: Titles are more about essence than appearances, young one. Embrace it. Magic doesn't always follow the rules you expect.

With a wave of his hand, Orlan magically inscribed the title on the brooch as was written "Ebony Wizard, (Y/N)", and (Y/N) accepted it with a newfound sense of pride. The title might have seemed mismatched, but the magic that accompanied it resonated with the core of (Y/N)'s being.

In a quiet moment between master and apprentice, (Y/N) turned to Orlan with curiosity.

(Y/N): Master Orlan, I never asked—what is your wizard title?

Orlan's eyes twinkled with ancient wisdom.

Orlan: I am known as Orlan, the Eternal Sage. A title earned through the passage of centuries and the pursuit of knowledge that spans beyond the boundaries of time.

(Y/N): *Smiles with serenity* I see. Well, I'm off, Master Orlan.

Orlan nods as he watches you summoned out your Flying Nimbus and flew off with a smile on his face.

-Back with Elaina-

In the same day at the forest, Elaina has also finished her training and is congratulated by Fran as well.

Fran: Congratulations, Elaina. The Stardust Witch officially acknowledges you as a witch.

Elaina: *Grateful* Thank you very much.

Fran: By the way, about your witch title...How about "the Ashen Witch"?

Elaina: *Amazed* How did you come up with it?

Fran: Your hair is the color of ash.

Elaina was baffled to hear that before saying...

Elaina: Don't you think that's a little too simplistic?

Fran: I thought it was pretty cool, though...

Elaina: *Curious* By the way, why are you called "the Stardust Witch"?

Fran: Because it's cool, of course!

Elaina find it too unpleasant to hear that...

Fran: Well? What do you think about "the Ashen Witch"?

Elaina: *Reluctant* It's fine.

Fran: It's decided then.

Fran then aims her hand onto the brooch as she used her magic to crave the brooch with the words written..."Ashen Witch, Elaina". Elaina was amazed by this until Fran puts her hands on Elaina's shoulders...

Fran: Please do your best from now on.

Elaina: Yes, ma'am.

Fran: Well then, I'm off.

Fran says with a gentle smile while Elaina asks of where she is going. Fran then explains that she was actually a distinguished witch from another country.

Elaina: Then, why did you come here?

Fran: There was someone I wanted to meet.

Elaina: *Confused* Someone you wanted to meet? Did you meet them?

Fran: I wish I could stay longer, but there are many people waiting for me back home. Goodbye, Elaina. Let's meet again someday.

Elaina: Yes, ma'am!

Elaina says with tears in her eyes until Fran wiped her tears away. She gives off a smile before flying away on her magic broom. Once she was away, the structure of the house began to disappear as if nothing had ever happened.

Elaina: *Waves* Goodbye, Miss Fran!

As Elaian was waving goodbye to Fran, she then hears your voice from behind.

(Y/N): Elaina!

Elaina turns around to see you riding on the Flying Nimbus until you descended down to her.

Elaina: (Y/N), you wouldn't believe just happened!

(Y/N): Judging by your expression and that brooch, you actually made it.

You said with a smile of acknowledgment.

Elaina: *Nods* Yeah, I did.

Elaina then notices the golden brooch that was attached to your left chest as she smiles of what it means.

Elaina: You've done it as well, huh?

(Y/N): I sure did.

Both you and Elaina shared a celebrating hug for one another.

-Three Years Later-

The morning sun painted the sky in hues of pink and gold as (Y/N) sat with his parents, Mishiki and Jiron, in their cozy home. The air was tinged with a mix of excitement and a touch of bittersweet emotions. (Y/N) had officially turned 18, and the time had come for him to embark on a journey with his best friend, Elaina.

Mishiki: (Y/N), are you sure about this?

Mishiki asked, her eyes reflecting concern as she looked at her son.

(Y/N) nodded, a determined expression on his face.

(Y/N): I'm sure, Mom. It's time for me to explore the world and learn more about magic.

Jiron, always perceptive, added with...

Jiron: Traveling can be both a rewarding and challenging experience. Are you prepared for what lies ahead?

(Y/N): Dad, you and Mom always told me about the wonders and challenges of the world. I've been preparing for this since I was young. Besides, I won't be alone. Elaina will be with me.

Mishiki let out a sigh, her emotions bubbling to the surface.

Mishiki: My baby is all grown up, ready to explore the world. Are you going to be okay?

(Y/N) smiled reassuringly...

(Y/N): I'll be fine, Mom. You and Dad taught me well.

Jiron: Remember the promises, (Y/N). Don't let arrogance cloud your judgment, stay humble, and come back to us one day.

(Y/N): *Nods* I promise, Dad. I won't forget.

Mishiki, wiping away a tear, added...

Mishiki: Take care of yourself, okay? And look out for Elaina too.

As the conversation continued, Elaina's voice called from outside, breaking the emotional atmosphere.

Elaina: (Y/N), are you ready?

(Y/N) stood up, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness.

(Y/N): Yeah, I'm ready!

Jiron, with a teasing smile, handed (Y/N) an empty diary.

Jiron: Take this with you. Document your journey, and who knows, maybe one day it'll make for an interesting read.

(Y/N) accepted the diary with gratitude.

(Y/N): Thanks, Dad. I'll make sure to fill it with incredible stories.

As he prepared to leave, Mishiki couldn't hold back her emotions.

Mishiki: Don't forget about us, okay? We'll miss you.

Jiron: *Teasing* It's like seeing our son getting married, Mishiki. He's all grown up.

(Y/N): *Lightly Blushes* Dad, it's not like that.

With a final goodbye, (Y/N) stepped outside, mounting his Flying Nimbus, a cloud ready to carry him through the skies. Elaina, on her magical broom, awaited him with a bright smile.

Elaina: Ready for the journey, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): *Grins* Absolutely.

As they soared into the open sky, leaving behind the familiar landscape of their hometown, (Y/N) and Elaina embarked on a new chapter of their lives. The promise of adventure, magic, and the unknown awaited them, and with each passing cloud and distant horizon, their journey as the Ebony Wizard and the Ashen Witch began in earnest.
