"His name is Bat Hound" Citizen Cold explains as he enters the room with a cup of water.

Wally flinches seeing Captain Cold's alternate self.

"Relax kid, I'm one of the good guys." Citizen Cold reassures as he gives Wally the water.

"Where am I?" Wally asks.

"The Hall of Justice, our HQ." Citizen Cold replies.

"But the Hall of Justice was destroyed!" Wally exclaims.

Citizen Cold gives him an worried looked. He must of came from an harsh world.

"Well, this place is fine." Citizen Cold explains.

Wally nods as he just holds the water, not even touching it. He was afraid Cold did something to it. Cold notices this and takes the water from Wally. Cold drinks the water to show there was nothing wrong it.

"See? I'm fine, now drink up you look dehydrated" Citizen Cold said shoving the water back into Wally's hands.

After an few minutes, Wally drinks the water. Citizen Cold sits on the edge of the bed.

"How about you and I talk. You did say you were in an Alternate Dimension before passing out." Citizen Cold explains as Batdog sits on his lap.

"I'd rather not." Wally mutters still drinking the water.

"You don't trust me, I get it. I use to rob people for an living before turning over an new leaf." Citzen Cold admits.

"Then what's is it kid?? We can't help you if we don't know the problem!" Citizen Cold said.

The more Wally talked to Cold, the more felt comfortable he felt. Something Wally thought he would ever do especially to enemy's doppelgänger. Wally even opened up about his girlfriend and mentor. Citzen Cold listened to every word Wally said, he believes him.

"And like I said I woke up injured here, I think someone knocked me out." Wally explained.

"Not exactly, Kyle." Blue Beetle said with a heavy sigh. "He said he's from an Alternate Dimension, but he looks like an younger version of Flash. I'm telling you, Kyle, it's uncanny" Blue Beetle explains.

Kyle Rayner looks at the computer.

"You think he was from the past?" Kyle asks.

Blue Beetle nods.

"If you saw him like me, Firestorm, and Citizen Cold did, you would think the same thing." Blue Beetle said. "We saved him from Killer Frost. Afterwards, we brought him here after he fainted.

Firestorm enters the room with what appeared to be a woman who wore an all black bat costume. Her face and hair were completed covered.

"Is everyone here yet?" Firestorm asks.

"No, not yet." Green lantern said before looking at the woman. "Hi Batgirl." He said with an hand wave and smile.

"Ted, what's wrong ?" Firestorm asks.

"What is it?" Green lantern asks concerned.

"Our new friend's cells are decaying-or unstable- from being in our earth. If he stays here too long...then his body will disintegrate." Blue Beetle explains.

"He really is from an diffent dimension!" Firestorm said.

"How do we explain this to him?" Green Lantern asks unsure.

"We're gonna have to tell him calmly" Blue Beetle said with an sigh.

"What?! The kid is gonna die!" Citizen Cold shouts as he marches in the room looking very upset.

Green Lantern walks up to him calmly.

"Snart, you need to calm down. It won't do the kid any good." Green Lantern said calmly.

"You can't ask me to relax when a kid's life is in danger!" Snart sneers.
