------------------------------------

A little girl with reddish brown hair in messy piggytails, and sky blue eyes - who was no older than three - was running up the stairs to her brother's room. The little girl had fresh bruises and red marks all over her body, she had tears streaming down her face. She ran down the hall and straight into her brother's room, who was on his bed working on homework. Her brother had red spikey hair and green eyes, he was no older than eight.

"Wally!" She questioned opening his door. "Danielle, what's wrong?" Asked Danielle's brother, Wally, quickly running over and hugging her tightly. "D-daddy hit m-me again," Danielle sobbed into his shoulder. Wally picked her up carrying her to his bed and laid down with her.

The next morning, their mother, Mary, came in and dragged Danielle out of Wally's arms. "Come on, get up!" Mary said as she threw Danielle to the ground. Wally quickly stood up and rushed over to Danielle. "Dani!" Wally exclaimed hugging Danielle tightly as tears streamed down her face.

"Let her go, she's a worthless piece of shit and you're just a damn mistake, Wallace!" She told Wally. He had tears in his eyes threating to fall. "Now, get out! BOTH OF YOU!" She screamed, Wally looked at her with few tears rolling down his cheek. Wally tightened his grip on Danielle as he stood up running down the stairs and out to the front yard.

Barry was working on some evidence for meta, when his phone started to ring. Barry glanced at his phone and saw it was from Mary, Iris' sister.

"Hey Mary, what do you need?" Barry asked writing a couple notes down

"I need you to come and pick up - pick up Dani and Wally, please?" Mary asked in a broken voice to sound like she was crying.

"Yeah, what's wrong?" Barry asked concerned, setting his pen down and standing up.

"Something happened and they shouldn't - they shouldn't have to see it." She answered sniffling.

"Ok, I'm on my way right now," Barry told her and hung up the phone, rushing out of Central City Police Department.

----

Wally and Danielle were outside on the front lawn sitting next each other. Danielle was hugging Wally like she would lose him if she let go. Wally looked down the street spotting Barry's car.

"Uncle Barry!" Wally yelled standing up. Barry pulled in the driveway. Wally ran over to the car with Danielle still in hugging him.

Barry noticed that Danielle was desperately holding onto Wally and tears streaming down her face. "Wally, what happened?" Barry asked rushing over to them.

"Mom threw Dani to the ground and called a worthless piece of shit and called me just a mistake and last night daddy hit her," Wally answered still crying. Barry looked him confused. "Are you here to pick us up?" Barry nodded. "Get in the car. I'll be right back, I'm going to talk to your mom." He told them and Wally nodded. "Please don't tell her I told you what happened," Wally told Barry.

Wally walked over to the car opened the door. He sat down on the back seat. "Dani, I have to buckle you in," Wally whispered in her ear and she tightens her grip on Wally. "N-no," she told him shaking her head, "she come back and hurt me."
