After awhile of looking around the room, I was tired of staying on the bed. as soon as I stood up I felt dizzy again and I was about to fall when a pair of arms helped me to lay down again, and all of a sudden darkness took over me.

"Run beta, Run never come back" I woke up in a jolt with a scream. I looked at the watch beside my bed it was already morning, so I stood up and went to the bathroom to have a quick shower. When I came out, I saw Sapna was already in my room with the breakfast tray in her hand. she sat on the chair and asked me if I was the one who screamed and she knew it was me, so no chance of lying to her "Yes it was me, I had a nightmare again, but this time I remember, someone was telling me to run away from there and never come back" I said in one breath. Sapna looked at me in concern then she said "Sorry yesterday was so messed up that we could not even ask your name, so what's your name?". I smiled at her and replied "Its okay it happens, I am Noor". She also smiled at me and gave the tray filled with fruits to me, and I ate hungrily. Hey, don't judge me I didn't eat well yesterday. After sometime od silence, she broke the silence while asking me, "You know what month are we in?"

And I quickly replied to her "of course I know, its November". When I just answered, Zohib entered the room with a stressed look which was strange, "Sapna, I need to talk to you". "Me too" she said that and both went out of the room. Strange what's wrong. My eyes landed on the balcony which is hidden by the curtain. First I didn't notice any movement behind it, but when I looked more closely I felt again someone is watching me. I stood up and walked near the curtains and opened it, no one was there, I think I need a rest. After awhile I thought to read a book when I spotted one.

I was half way through my book when the room door jerked opened, and came in Sapna and Zohib, so I relaxed but their face were pale. I asked them "what happened?" with a hesitation in my voice. They looked at each other then at me "I don't know how to tell this, I cant" Sapna said and went out of the room, but Zohib stayed and just looked at me for a while and I got irritated of this crap so I asked "Will you tell me or just stand there", I snapped at him, and he calmly sat on the chair and said "Wait give me time to process all the information first" I sighted and my eyes landed on the balcony again and I could see a movement behind the curtains. I looked at Zohib who was in his thoughts, so I stood up and went to the curtain but before I could do anything I heard Zohib say "Remember when Sapna asked you what month are we in and you said casually, its November?" I simply turned to him who was now looking at me and said "Yes, why what about it?" He nodded at me and came towards me while saying "Promise me when I say this you won't panic". I looked at him with a weird face "Pro..." I could not finish my word and I heard a gun shoot which came shooting to Zohib and he fell on the floor. I was shocked,paralyzed, what just happened? Sapna came running in the room. She looked at me and then looked where I was looking "No!! What happened here!?" She shouted and ran to him. I saw a phone laying on bed, so I took it and dailed the hospital. After 5min I heard the ambulance siren, so I went running to the door and opened it for the nurses to take Zohib in the ambulance. Sapna told me to stay at home and she went in the ambulance too with Zohib.
I stayed home it was already night and Sapna didn't return from hospital, and that is not good because here hospitals don't accept anyone to stay there at night time. I was in my room reading the unfinished book which I was reading in the morning when I heard a noise of a glass break. I got scared but anyway went to see from where it came from. The sight in front of me, made me paralyzed, I could not move. Their was a guy hooded searching for something, gods knows what. After sometime I felt him looking at me, he came towards me and raised his hand, and I moved my face to the left with my eyes closed, but nothing happened after awhile of staying in that position, I opened my eyes to see no one there. I felt more scared so I run to my room and locked the room. I went to bed and sat their, Sapna didn't return yet. Who was he I was in my thought when someone knocked on the door. I ignored it at first then I heard Sapna calling me to open my door, so I was relieved that it was only her. I slowly walked to the door and opened it to see Sapna with bloodshot eyes, she entered in my room without saying a word and set there. I sat on my bed and waited for her to talk. The silence was eating me so I asked her "How is your brother?" After sometime she said "He is fine know, the bullet just touched his body so nothing big..." After a pause she asked "Noor, honestly tell me how did this happen?" I hesitantly replied "I really don't know how did this happen, he asked me to promise that I would not panic when he tells me something which he could not tell me. I am sure you know what he wanted to tell me so tell me what is it?" I asked her after explaining everything. I left the part that someone had broke in the house as she is already stressed. After sometime of hearing me she said "Yah I know what it is." She sighted and told in one breath "By the accident that happened by my brother, you are suffering with short term memory lose, which cost you to only have the memory of 7months back, thats why you think we are in November, but we are in June not November. That also you remember some staff, not everything. And another information is that Zohib went to your house, but it was locked no one was there." She paused again and looked at me, I was still just trying to process everything what she said. After sometime she asked me "Are you sure that its your house, like did you move to somewhere else or something?" I looked at her and said "Iam sure about this". She sighted and stood up to leave, but stopped as if she remembered something. She turned to me and asked "what is your surname?" I immediately answered "Wahab, why?"."We will be going to the police station tommorow, so be ready for now take some rest" and left after saying that.
