When I became a miracle
I had an epiphany
I was able to look back and say

The disowned relatives
The many so-called friends
The ex-boss from the hell hole
Who made the disease worse
My father

Even to this day
Many that continue to mess
With me and try to get
At my soul

For judging me
I forgive you
For throwing me away
Over a difference in opinion
Or just whatever

I forgive you
For plagiarizing my work
I forgive you
For being a condescending dip shit

I forgive you
But I don't forget
I don't do it for anyone
But for me
Those people are no longer in my life
Save for a few

Why do I forgive?
Because I feel like Atlas
Throwing the world
Off of my shoulders

I achieve something
Infinitely more important
Peace within my soul
And that's a beautiful thing
