This isn't a poem but a little message to my mom regarding this very special day, May 13, 2018, aka Mother's Day.

Happy Mother's Day to my amazing and beautiful mommy. Without whom I wouldn't be anywhere and that includes alive. Though a pain in the butt sometimes, I still love her more then words can express and that says a lot coming from a writer. I can tell her anything and everything and I'll never be judged. She'll interrupt me 1,000 times in one sentence, ask a million questions I have no answers to because she's somehow convinced they'll pop into my head, is a horrible side seat driver, and eats my candy, but all of that just means she's human which we all are. I love you mommy even with all of your quirks and driving me nuts. Hope this day is a wonderful one for you; it has to be since we're spending it together!
