Flashback

You could not remember much before the time you finally woke up. In an unfamiliar room, you were alone for the time being, silent as you stared at an off-white wall. Your entire body felt achy and heavy, especially your head. When an itch made its presence on your neck, the ability to shift your arm was impossible, as your shoulder had been wrapped up. Pain surged throughout the limb and you had no memory, whatsoever. Why did it hurt so much? What even caused it?

Luckily, your left arm was spared, only sore with a few scratches, and bruises. Using it, you lifted it up from under the blanket to relieve your itchy neck. However, you felt another bandage on it. Your fingers traced the small wrap, which eventually led you to explore the side of your head, also wrapped around your forehead. Whatever happened, it seemed serious. You not only suffered trauma to your body but to your head as well. You probably had a concussion from whatever injury you sustained but you did not seem to suffer from any symptoms, as of then. You did not feel nauseous nor light-sensitive.

The moment a nurse entered the room, your confused eyes met her gentle, caring ones. The older woman fully slipped inside the recovery room and shut the door behind her before she approached your bedside. "How are you feeling, Miss (Last name)?" The light brunette smiled down at you. "Oh, just call me Y/n," You carefully shook your head, not a fan of the formality from an elder. "I'm just... a bit confused." You mumbled after, lips pursed. "Oh, yes. Your brother, I believe, brought you in after a high fall. You probably don't remember much when you first arrived." The woman answered as she adjusted the pillow behind your head.

"Not a thing." You replied, your upper body propped up a bit more. "It was yesterday night, not long after sundown. Your brother said you fell to the ground from pretty high up. That's all he was able to tell me. You were in and out of consciousness for awhile but we kept you awake for about five hours, at one point." The nurse responded. "Oh..." You mumbled, eyes down on your lap. You wished you could remember it for yourself. Not even your senses could pull memories.

"We did find this in your head, though." The woman pulled out a cloth with a piece of shrapnel. You turned your head to look at the small object and instantly recognized it as a part of your ODM Gear. It was one of the blades from an anchor, mostly cleaned of the blood. "In my head?" You repeated in disbelief, eyes on her golden-brown ones. "Yes, ma'am. It had pierced the side of your head. You also had cuts on your arm and leg, and the fall must have dislocated your shoulder but we were able to put it back in." Her words made you cringe slightly at the thought.

How hard did you fall? What even made you fall in the first place? All you knew was that your father was going to kill you when he found out. Which, he probably already knew at that point, considering Quincy could not keep any secret for too long.

"Thank you for everything." You eventually sighed out, relieved to be okay enough to have survived the accident. "Glad to see you're awake, Y/n. I'll bring your family when they visit." She smiled but before she walked away, she faced you once more. "I'll bring you some food and water, too. Can I get you anything else?" She offered, halfway to the door. You carefully shook your head, not able to think of anything. "I'm okay, thank you." You grinned slightly.

The second your father had arrived, he was livid about the situation. As he scolded you for such reckless behavior, he was also mad at Quincy, who influenced you into the bad decision: using ODM Gear. You knew it was illegal to use outside of the Military but something about it seemed so thrilling. Whether that was the gear itself or the combination of it being prohibited. Whatever it was, you loved it, and did not want to stop. You had already been using it for a few years before the accident took place, your father just never knew.

Once you were released, Quincy had given you the full story, what he knew of it, at least. He had found you on the ground, in front of a tall building. He figured you had fallen from it when he saw your wires tangled around your limbs. When you got home, you both went to work on your broken gear, which revealed a tangle within the wire itself, caught in the barrel, busted after the fall. Such a tiny malfunction almost costed you your life.

Even though you did not always get along, he was terrified in the moment, he even admitted how scared he was. Mostly for how deep of trouble he would be in, rather than your well-being. You made sure to swing him an extra hard punch for the comment once your arm had fully healed, however.

After that scary day, you realized how thankful you were for your older brother. Had he not been there, who knows what would have happened to you in the end. You also made sure to appreciate him a little more, going into the future.

Flashback End

Getting up with Armin and Mikasa, you hear two sets of wires zip nearby. Turning to look over your shoulder, two figures appear in your field of vision, landing on the other end of the roof. A slight gasp escapes your mouth, body reacting before your mind can fully process everything that's happening. Running towards the men, you skid to a stop in front of them, eyes immediately flickering to a boy in Jean's arms.

The kid from Liberio...

Recognizing him as an accomplice in Sasha's death, you back up a bit, allowing space for Jean to lay him down on the shingles, arms restrained. Eventually, Mikasa and Armin run over, meeting you there. "Its over." Jean whispers, crouching behind the young blonde boy. "I never thought he'd slaughter everyone beyond the Walls. Once they die off, so will all the hate. Everyone who threatened our existence will be flattened, leaving nothing but empty plains. What the world feared more than anything has happened. All because they labeled us devils and tried to slaughter us. In other words, this is something they brought upon themselves. There was nothing we could do, right?" The sandy-brunette sits up as he finishes tying a cloth around the boy's mouth.

Looking down at the kid again, you notice Titan shifter marks next to his eyes, reaching up to his temples. How did he become a shifter? Who did he eat? Letting go of the burning questions for now, your attention goes back to the conversation as Armin replies. "But... this is... going too far. Its genocide of unprecedented scale." The blonde looks terrified as he stares at the roof. "Then... do we stop him? Stop Eren? Eren opposed Zeke, who wanted to castrate us with his euthanization plan. He opposed preserving the Founding Titan by sacrificing Historia. Basically, Eren... He's sacrificing humanity outside the Walls to protect us. 'Cuz there's only one group that benefits from mass genocide- us." Jean narrows his eyes in contemplation.

Suddenly, a small explosion bursts in the distance, damaging a building. Everyone's heads snap in that direction in curiosity and shock, wondering what caused it. "That was... The Titans are fighting soldiers?! Did they eat the whole Marleyan army?! But why?! If Eren commands the Founder, can't he control every Titan?!" Armin's words spill out of his mouth faster than a bolt of lighting. "Well, they're eating our guys! Let's help!" Jean orders, standing up with the blonde boy under his arm. "Wait, Jean! What about the kid?" Mikasa stops the sandy-brunette from leaving.

"He probably inherited the Jaw Titan. We can't just leave him here." Jean replies, glancing down at the boy. "But if we feed him to a Titan, we could save someone. For example, Commander Pixis-" Jean suggests before Conny stops him. "No. My mom. We feed him to my mom in Ragako. All right?" The short-haired male says sternly. Caught in a predicament, Armin decides to interfere. "Conny, Jean... According to Zeke, that kid's a Warrior candidate and he's like their little brother. If we kill someone close to Reiner and the Cart, it'll only cause more conflict. There's no point in continuing the bloodshed once Marley has fallen, so-" Armin tries to reason. "You're saying my mom doesn't matter?" Conny frowns at the blonde.

"That's not what I-" Armin slowly responds but Conny grips the collar of his shirt. "Do you have any idea what its been like to see my mom like that every time?! You're only here 'cuz you ate Bertholdt! So don't stop me from bringing my mom-!" He yells but a Titan emerges from the side, heading straight for you. "Conny!" Mikasa gasps just as the Titan collides with the building you stand on. Just managing to jump out of the way in time, you look up to see Conny grab the boy and take off. "Wait-!" You yell, causing the others to notice. "Hey!" "Conny!" "Not now!" They shout after him, drawing out their swords.

"Shit. We've gotta deal with these Titans. There ain't any more Walls left." Jean mutters as the Titan from before stands back up. Drawing your own swords, you take in a breath as you make eye contact with it. This is what you originally signed up for. Fighting these beasts, instead of humans. Yet, you'll still be against humans, no matter what.

"Anyone alive in there?!" Jean shouts as he flies over Titan heads with Armin. You follow Mikasa just after she slices a nape out of one almost breaching a window of the base. "Everyone, get to the top floor! We'll hit the Titans when they gather! Bring all the Thunder Spears you've got! We'll handle 'em somehow! Don't let the Titans wander off! If you care about your former comrades, let's lay them to rest!" Jean orders the cadets inside the building.

After fully supplying yourselves with Thunder Spears, you meet everyone at the highest balcony, looking down upon former comrades. Together, everyone!" Jean commands, signaling everyone to dive off the building in sync. "Fire!" He then yells, throwing a Thunder Spear into a Titan's nape. Doing the same, you roughly toss a spear into one's nape, quickly pulling your arm back to release the pin, exploding. As soon as you retreat to the top again in order to resupply with more Thunder Spears, Commandant Shadis lures more Titan's over to the fort with the help of some cadets.

Adjusting your gear, you glance over at Armin who stands in front of you with Jean, the both looking down over the edge. "Commander Pixis..." You hear the blonde mumble, eyes glued in place. Slowly approaching the taller/shorter/equal in height male, you lay a hand on his shoulder, giving him an encouraging nod when he meets your gentle gaze. "Let's go." Jean mutters, jumping over the edge. Following after them, you maneuver around the building, throwing Thunder Spears into nearby Titans. When you're out, you revert to your swords, skillfully taking out three more Titans before they're all down.

Swinging back up to the balcony, you stare down at the steaming bodies, fading into baby-blue smoke. The longer you hold your gaze, the more apparitions appear in their normal human form. Rising with the steam, your eyes trail up with them as they ascend to the sky, looking down upon you with soft faces. Relieved they no longer have to live for eternity as something they always hated. You've assisted in their release to a better life, one where they do not have to fight, anymore.

Turning to the side to see your comrades head downstairs, your eyes notice more baby-blue figures in the distance, following the previous spirits. One in particular sticks out, much darker than the rest. The higher it gets, the easier it is for you to see, although, lacking a few details. A shiver creeps up your spine, a vision of the man it once was. The man who was responsible for your brother's life, yet made the decision to end it. The man who apologized for his ruthless action, after it all. "Goodbye, Commander Nile." You whisper to the spirit as he gradually fades into the sky, joining his comrades and your brother.

You would be lying if you said you were still not upset. However, you tend to find yourself holding onto the grudge. You wondered how he slept at night, knowing he executed one of his own men, stained in his very blood. Now, he's not your problem, anymore. There's no reason to continue being mad when he has departed the physical world. Maybe now, you will finally keep your promise, and begin your healing process by moving on. Fully forgiving Commander Nile.

Eventually, you join your comrades after taking a moment to yourself, back in composure. Mikasa and Armin are discussing something when their eyes suddenly lock on yours as you descend the staircase to the lower level. "Y/n should come with us." Armin glances back towards Mikasa who stands next to him. Nodding, the ravenette meets his eyes for a moment. "Where are you going?" You ask, reaching them at the bottom of the stairs. "We have to make sure Mr. and Mrs. Braus made it to shelter with Nicolo." Armin explains, nodding his head towards the end of the hall where an exit is. "Along with your aunt." He then adds as you three stroll down the hall. "Good idea." You comply, following them out of the building.

"I'm glad you're okay, Mr. Braus." Armin grins from behind the brunette man as you all walk down a set of stairs in the building they were staying in. "I'm glad y'all are safe, too. Sorry to bother you for this." The older male replies, leading the group. "You're...! Why are you...?" Armin gasps when he realizes Gabi, the girl who shot Sasha, is in the room. "Believe me, I don't want any more trouble. All I want is to get Falco back. I promise we'll disappear for good!" The brunette girl begs to be heard.

Pursing your lips, you share a look with your comrades before their heads dip at the mention of the boy. "Falco... Where is he?!" Gabi's eyes widen in fear of the truth. Carefully approaching with the others beside you, you all explain Falco's whereabouts. "A comrade of ours took him in order to save his mother. She became a pure Titan a few years ago and has been stuck in a building, on her back, ever since. When Conny heard that Falco took one of the Nine, he became blinded by emotions in order to save her." You tell the girl, watching as her face shows fear and sadness for her friend.

"You're kidding. He took Falco to his Titan mother? Why?" She mumbles, sounding like she almost could not believe it. "Since Conny's mother was the only one there unable to move, there she stayed. For four years, Conny's been going back to visit her." Armin adds to the explanation. Dropping to her knees, Gabi stares at the stone floor in temporary defeat. "I-I'm... sorry. Even so, I can't give up on Falco. Please! Can't Eren Yeager turn Conny's mother back to normal?! Can't the Founder do anything?!" She reaches up to grip the sleeves on Armin's shirt out of desperation.

"I don't know. But if he could, I think he would've done so to the soldiers Zeke made into Titans." Armin answers sadly. "If you don't know, why don't you ask him?! Does everyone off the island really have to die?! They shouldn't have to! Ask him why he can't just destroy the Military bases! Seeing how he stripped Reiner of his armor, I don't see why not!" The girl pleads with tears in her eyes. "Where is Reiner?" Mikasa steps in, brows stitching together. "Does that even matter?! He's too injured to move!" Gabi's voice wavers as Armin kneels to her level.

"When did Reiner's hardening come undone? When? At what point?" Armin asks, placing his hands on Gabi's shoulders. "As soon as the Walls collapsed." The brunette mumbles, staring into the blonde's eyes. "Armin?" Mikasa whispers, watching him curiously. "If Eren meant he would undo all the hardening..." His voice trails off.

You feel yourself get a vision. A blonde girl collapses to the stone floor, drenched in water as she gasps for air. Utterly dazed and confused, her eyes seem to be unable to focus on one particular thing, only trying to piece together the present. This girl, you've seen her before, only very briefly. Recognizing her as the Female Titan, Annie, you shake your head back to reality, eyes scanning the room, afterward. Your eyes immediately land on your aunt's, a similar look on her face that paints your own.

Why does she look so surprised?

"Annie..." You mouth, eyes being dragged away when Armin says her name at the same time. Looking down at the younger, blonde male, you already know what's on his mind. "I have to see her for myself." His mind says, audible in your own. Gently shaking your head, Armin pushes himself back up, realizing you heard his thoughts. "Go find Conny first." You whisper to the boy. Even though he wants to resist, he knows better, deciding to listen to you in the end. "Okay. I trust you." He quietly replies, resisting every urge to run off and find Annie.

Sitting in an armory, you watch as Armin adjusts his straps, and gear, getting ready to go after Conny who left for his village earlier. "Y/n, can you see anything? Anything at all?" Armin asks, looking directly at you. On the bench parallel to his, you take a deep breath before shutting your eyes, focusing on anything. You hear voices, one belonging to Conny. However, you see a glimpse of the future, flinching when you get the vision. "I found you collapsed all by yourself- its true." His voice fills your mind.

"He should go." You mumble, slowly peeling your (color) eyes open again. Pursing her lips, Mikasa still objects. "Armin, wait. Even if you head for Ragako, you won't catch Conny. Besides, what would you even say if you did? Will you ask him to give up on saving his mother?" Mikasa asks, trying to stop him from going.

"Y/n gave me the go and I will. Even if its pointless, I've gotta do everything in my power. Otherwise, we won't gain Gabi's trust. She's key. Any chance at keeping Reiner and the Cart in line depends on her. The problem of inheriting the Nine Titans hasn't gone away. We might repeat another 2,000 years of war over Titans and their powers... On this tiny island." Armin responds, keeping his gaze low.

"Honestly, I'm so tired that I could sleep like a log for two days. But right now, I've gotta do what I can. It may have a huge impact on humanity's future. I'll tell Conny that maybe his mom should stay as an upside-down Titan." Armin adds sternly, standing up from the bench across from you. "See you." He mutters as he heads towards the door.

"Armin... What should we do?" Mikasa turns to face the blonde. "Go help Jean. Think of how yourselves." Armin responds, not facing either of you. "And Eren? What about him?" Mikasa's voice is gentle as she thinks of the other male. Abruptly turning around, Armin jumps in front of Mikasa, causing you to shoot up from the bench. "I don't know! What can we do anyway?! Hange and the Captain might be dead! Floch might put a barrel at our heads! What's more, Annie might be awake now! The Military has fallen apart! Its chaos!" The blonde raises his voice, eyes as big as saucers.

"Oh, yeah. Historia might be in danger. The Volunteers, the Azumabito, Nicolo, and Lux are at risk, too. I don't have time to think about the bleak Eren situation! Can't you see that?!" Armin continues to yell in Mikasa's face, out of anxiousness. Before you have the chance to scold him for getting in Mikasa's face, the ravenette speaks up. "Sorry." She mumbles, just barely audible.

"If Commander Erwin was here, he wouldn't have snapped at you like that." Armin looks down at his feet, much calmer now. "Huh?" Mikasa raises her head to look at him. "I know the answer now. I was the wrong person to bring back to life." The blonde male walks out of the room immediately after, leaving you and Mikasa to process his statement.

Debating on going after Armin to prove him wrong, Mikasa's voice steals your attention. "My scarf is gone..." She whispers to herself. Now, you hear distant gunshots go off, sounding from upstairs. Exchanging a look with Mikasa, you both rush out of the armory door, in direction of the shooting.

Following Mikasa up a set of stairs, you find a man on the floor, a pool of blood spilling from underneath him, his spirit already departed. Lifting your head back up, your eyes land on a distraught-looking Jean, kneeling in front of a broken window. "What the...? Jean, what happened here?" Mikasa asks as she approaches his left side. Following behind her, you stop a foot away, watching as his eyes trail over to meet her gaze, staying silent.

"To answer your question, I act on Eren's behalf." Floch crouches in front of the sandy-brunette. "If Eren is solving the problems outside the island, I'll wipe out the resentment within it. Anyway, after surging through that hell four years ago, its finally in our grasp. Do you know what it is? Freedom. You don't have to fight anymore. You can live as you please. Jean, didn't you want a comfy life in the interior as an MP? Go live it. You're one of our heroes." The redhead beams, laying a hand on Jean's shoulder.

"Is it... over?" Jean mutters, staring at Floch. "Its over, so go back to being the old Jean: reckless, annoying, and cheeky." Floch grins. "What'd you call me?" Jean furrows his brows at the male in front of him. "Floch, what happened to Captain Levi, and Commander Hange?" Mikasa asks, keeping her eyes on the redhead. "Ah... Unfortunately, they were killed by Zeke." Floch almost shrugs at the statement.

They can't be... I would have seen them.

Refusing to ever believe him, you glance at Mikasa, giving her a look that says not to believe him. Her lips twitch slightly, understanding what you're trying to silently communicate, going along with whatever Floch says to please him. The last thing any of you need is to piss him off by fighting his claims.

Glaring at Floch from the corner of your eyes, you still feel uncomfortable around him. Now, the vision of a gun barrel against your temple makes more sense. He's willing and ready to take out whoever he needs. However, the room does not fit the description of your previous vision.

Who else is he going to try to kill?

"Our Eldian Empire has endured the world's persecution for 100 years! That ends now! Now, we are free! Our liberator, Eren, and we Yeagerists have triumphed over the world!" Floch announces from a balcony, overlooking dozens of fellow, converted, Yeagerists. Watching the speech from the back of the large room with Mikasa, you look at Jean who stands to Floch's left.

"Say, Mikasa, and... your friend... Will you join the Yeagerists and rule as one of 'em?" A man beside Mikasa quietly asks with a smirk plastered on his smug face. "Not interested." Mikasa is quick to deflect, not giving him the time of day. "Looks like Jean made up his mind." The same guy points up to your comrade, smirk not leaving. With folded arms over your chest, neither of you break eye contact with Jean from the balcony. "Give your hearts!" Floch shouts from in front of him, saluting to the Yeagerists below him as they chant back.

Later that night, Commander Hange finds you, and Mikasa, explaining what has been happening during their absence. As relieved as you are that they're okay, you push the feelings aside while you await Jean's presence. Hearing a few crunches of debris in the distance, you glance over and spot the male approaching. "Thanks for coming, Jean. Mikasa and Y/n filled me in on the situation. Sorry I wasn't around. You've done well given the circumstances, you three." They explain to the sandy-brunette, staying behind the corner of a building, out of sight in the dark night.

"Levi's in bad shape, but alive. He won't be fighting anytime soon. We've joined forces with some stragglers from Marley, including the Cart Titan. All to stop Eren. Genocide is wrong." The mention of your Captain brings a wave of relief over you. Although you had an inkling he was going to be all right, it feels better hearing the words to actually confirm it.

"How will you stop him?" Mikasa asks. "First, we need more allies. Our options depend on who we can get. But we can't do anything without you guys and more of the Nine. The old Military has fallen apart, so I'm no longer your superior. But I'm asking-" Commander Hange is stopped short by Mikasa. "I'll do it. I won't let Eren kill any more than he has already. I have to stop him, even if he's doing it to protect us and the island." The ravenette says sternly.

"Mikasa..." The Commander's voice goes quiet. "Supposing that we make Eren stop, what then? He only has the Founding Titan for four more years. What will happen after that? If we continue to be the target of the world's hatred for years to come, stopping Eren means our island will be destroyed." Jean steps in. "The way I see it, Marley thinks we'll use the rumbling as soon as we're attacked. I think they'll leave us alone, at least for the time being." Commander Hange responds.

"If we don't destroy the island for good, who knows when they'll destroy us." Jean quotes Willy Tybur. "It'll stir up the world more than Willy Tybur's speech!" His face contorts, expressing more worry. "You're probably right but it should buy the island at least a few more years." Commander Hange ponders. "We've already wasted years looking for answers, and it got us nowhere! That's why Eren decided to-!" Jean's voice raises but Commander Hange slams their fist on the table.

"Genocide is wrong! I'll be damned before we justify it somehow!" They grit their teeth. "Sorry for raising my voice. Jean's right. My dumb, wishful thinking forced Eren to do this. And despite all my yapping, I ran away from the problem. Wanting to forget everything... Just wanting to live... But I'm still Commander of the Scouts. It feels like those who gave their hearts for humanity's freedom are watching me. Most of them died without even knowing humanity existed outside the Walls. Yet, I'm sure none of them would be so self-centered as to say: "As long as the island has freedom, that's all that matters." Our only chance to stop the slaughter... is now." Commander Hange closes their eyes in concentration.

Looking up from the Commander, hundreds of previous Scouts litter the horizon. In the front, the most recently departed stand before you, including the most recent Commander, Erwin Smith. "Commander Hange... they are watching, right now." You whisper, gaining their attention. Briefly pinching his eyes shut as well, Jean bites his cheek before opening them again. You notice him staring to the left for a few moments, in a bit of shock. Turning the same direction, you spot his former friend, Marco, giving a gentle smile. "Hange... I'm... forever a Scout." The sandy-brunette mumbles, fully accepting his duty of devotion.

"You saw him, too?" You quietly ask Jean. Hazel eyes meeting yours, he carefully nods. "Yeah... I did, actually." He mumbles, still in surprise. Although, Jean did not see him the way that you do. To him, Marco was simply a memory, completely made up by his mind. To you, Marco's appearance was one you could not control, physical to you, instead of being imaginary.

Thank you for visiting him, Marco.

One, two, three... four.

You count the shots as they ring through your ears. To this day, its hard to hear that deafening noise without being reminded of your brother. Seeing it happen in your dream was no better, either. When your pinched-shut eyes creep open again, you let out a small sigh once the ringing echo dies out. Sitting in a horse-drawn cart with Conny, and Lux, you finish loading it up with barrels, ready to escape Shiganshina. In another cart beside you, Armin sits on the box seat while Falco, Annie, and Gabi sit in the back.

Thankfully, Armin was able to, somehow, convince Conny to spare Falco's life, and bring him back. This ultimately led to Gabi's trust in you, as well. Along with that, they ran into Annie on their way back to Shiganshina. Hardly knowing her at all, you keep your respective distance, for she does not know you either. Whatever the start of this new journey is, you only hope it ends in peace, even if you've sided with the original enemies, now.

"Hear that?" Conny asks as he picks up a barrel. "Four gunshots in a row- Jean's signal to continue the plan." Mikasa replies, sitting on the box seat in your cart. "We've got weapons and food!" Conny announces, sitting down at the back of her cart. "All their eyes will be on the other side of the fort. Let's go!" Armin replies, whipping the reins on his horses.

Before you completely leave the city limits, Gabi guides you to a house where Reiner was resting. Hopping out of the carts, she then leads you all inside, spotting the bulky blonde asleep on the floor. "Get up." Annie kicks the man's forehead, voice cold. Groaning in pain, Reiner sits up a bit, eyes narrowed as he looks up at Annie in disbelief. "Annie!" He gasps, eyes widening as he scans the room to spot the rest of you. You have to admit, its strange to be in his presence without fighting. As long as you've known him, he's been an enemy. Now, you'll be joining forces.

"Calm down, Reiner!" Gabi quickly says, crouching in front of him. "Don't worry! They're our allies!" Falco holds out his hands as he kneels beside Gabi. "There's not much time. Let's go." Conny keeps it brief, eyes sharp. "Where to?" Reiner asks, almost nervous to know the answer. "To save the world." Conny explains, peering down at the blonde.

Without saying anything, I can't wait for the next chapter. Again, NOT REVEALING ANYTHING!!! You'll just have to wait and see 🧍‍♀️

Also, I know I was going to slow down so this book doesn't end so quickly but I also can't help updating, I miss it so much oops-

Not sure when the next chapter will be up but I usually spend anywhere from 4 days to a few weeks just writing them. I always start the next chapter whenever I finish one, so it could be anywhere from a week to a couple. Hopefully, its the first option, though!
