Chapter 1

Victoria Stevenson couldn't remember, but the next thing she had known she was watching her parents being murdered by a man she didn't know. The man had looked at her and said, "hey, go see what you guys have. We are gonna need a lot of food and water." And so she did. But, if Victoria hadn't said something about the banging on the door, they might have died. "H-hey! Mister, there's some weird banging on the door!"

He rushed out a lot faster than someone usually would, which made her suspicious as to what was happening. "Do not move" we're his words exactly. "M-Mister... What's going on out there...?" she asked hesitantly, not sure how he would react. "Just.... Stay there."

....

Currently, Victoria was shoving cans of peaches, pears, pineapples, beans, etc. Into her bag. She had found her Mother and Fathers secret food stash and shoved all those into her bag to, along with a bunch of juices and other liquids.

"Grab whatever else you want. But not to much shit." He said, as he barricaded the door. Victoria only nodded and walked to her room, grabbing another bag and shoving in her tablet, and bunches of books. She grabbed her phone too, not really sure if it would work or not.

All these were shoved into the bag, but the heaviest was the one with the food and water. She had an idea, she ran to the kitchen and grabbed two Hydroflasks, And the remaining Aquafina bottles. She poured the water into the flasks, and put them in the side pockets of the backpack.

"Ok, everything's done" she stated. "Great, grab the car keys. We are getting out of here" The male stated, making his voice a little higher to show victory in these actions. Victoria has grabbed some hair spray so it wouldn't get gross, then ran to the car keys. "Got 'em" she said as she tossed than to the man. He caught them flawlessly.

"Let's go." He said. They both ran out the back, blocking the door when they got out, just in time to. The walkers had just broken down the door and ran for the back. The man had made his way to the roof already. "Shit shit shit shit" Victoria repeated.

"Seeing as you don't know what the hell you're doing, climb up there and grab my hand." He said. He had pointed to a few boxes. Victoria climbed up and grabbed his hand, and accidentally pushed the boxes over when she got on the roof. He took the backpack.

They were able to get into the truck no problem, and he started the car. Soon enough, they were on the road in the country.

"What's your name?" Victoria asked, not sure what to do. "It.... Find one." was his answer. "Find one?" "Yes" "how?" "Well, I mean, find names you know." "that doesn't explain how- nevermind. Just, tell me what I can call you. Ticci?" "hell no" and with that, Victoria was looking through her books. "Hmm... Ciel?" "No." "Bakugo?" "No." "what? Bakugo is totally badass!" "no." "Deku" "sounds gay af." "Kaneki" "naw." "Sebastian" "to long" "uggggfhhh.... Gray." "that's good." "great! Gray it is!"

for 2/5 of the long car ride, Victoria read. "Heyo, Gray, would you read this?" She asked, holding up a book titled , "Lights at Their Finest" he took one glance and said, "no" Victoria had read it but it was totally boring. She decided to keep it though.

Gray had put gas in the back of the car when he got to Victoria's home, so they were pretty good. He noticed Victoria had fallen asleep, she was calm and relaxed even in the middle of a life crisis. "Cute." He whispered to himself. He found a place not to far from the road. A country house with a barn.

He pulled up in front, then decided it was best of he hid Victoria. He picked her up a bit, then put her on the floor of the truck. Uncomfortable, but safe. He got out, grabbed his axe, and walked into the house. Of course, he cut off a few Walkers heads, but that's to be expected. He checked the whole house. Decided it was safe, and went back to the truck. He knew there was a garage, he had checked it, no walkers.

He opened it and pulled the truck in. Closed it, and grabbed the stuff they got. He pulled it inside, putting it on the floor. "She'll scream" and he started moving bodies and heads. He threw them outside, and once done, walked into the garage and picked up Victoria bridal style. She woke up while he was carrying her.

"Are we wherever we were going?" She asked in a quiet, sleepy voice. "Yes, we are. I hope you don't mind cleaning up a bit" he replied. "No I don't, so let the cleaning games begin" she exclaimed, tired-ly, mind you.

First, they picked rooms. And.... They ended up in the same room. Master bedroom, top floor, 2 beds. Of course, that left room in the others for... Whatever. In total the house had 4 bedrooms 2 baths garage, kitchen, closets, nice hiding spaces, all kinds of things.

"I'm going to look for things like clothes and secret food stashes. People always have that kind of stuff" Victoria said as she walked into a nearby room. "Great. I'm going to start looking at the backup generator, I might be able to get the fridge to work" they both nodded and walked away.

Victoria was able to find a bunch of girls clothes that would fit her, dresses, tops, jeans, shorts, etc. And a bunch of guy clothes. Gray was able to get some things working. He didn't turn on everything, some would attract to many walkers.

"Victoria! I'm done with the generator!" He shouted. She came running. "Great! I'll start cleaning, but there's a walker in the attic, I can hear it. It even smells like a rotting body" she walked and grabbed some water bottles. Gray rushed upstairs, grabbing his axe on the way.

Victoria found a sponge and opened the water bottle she was holding, pouring it onto the floor. She removed her jacket and her top, leaving her in her boots, tights, shorts, and a black bra. She got on her knees and started scrubbing the floor, where the huge pool of somewhat dried blood was. She decided to pour little bottles of water into a bucket, she had found it in one of the rooms. She grabbed it, poured in water, added dish soap she found, soaked the sponge, and scrubbed again. Soon enough she had scrubbed the whole kitchen floor, and it basically sparkled.

"Must have been dirty as shit" she stated, getting up and looking at her hard work. Sadly, the nearest door to the outdoors was through the kitchen, and Gray came through holding a walkers head, dripping blood onto the floor. "God Damnit Gray! That was hard to clean!" She yelled at him. "I'm coming through with a body in a sec, so don't start cleaning again." was all he said, and it took all her self control for Victoria not to kill him. She waited, and when he finally came through with the body, she scurried across the kitchen to the trash and vomited. when Gray came back in, he found Victoria sitting next to the trash can on the floor, holding a hand over her mouth.

"Well damn, never seen a dead body before?" He asked, he obviously knew she had, just... Not in as bad condition. She glared at him. "Just go clean something" she spat at Gray, getting up and starting to scrub at the new pool of blood. Gray watched as she would get up, grab a new sponge, soak up the blood, and do it again. Soon enough, she had blood on her skin and tights, boots, and shorts, some even got on to her stomach.

She got up and grabbed a mop, not before thoroughly cleaning the handle, refilled the bucket with new water, and mopped the floor. Gray watched in amusement, she had been on the floor, scrubbing, of course, the floor was thankfully abrasion resistant, but now she was mopping it. The water was completely clear, with some small marks of dirt, she dipped the mop in, and started to mop the wall.

"What in the hell?" Gray asked, utterly confused.
