Sorry while making the cover I forget to take screenshots of the steps.

Used Picsart for making vector

1- crop the background

2- Go to draw option and give an outline to the image

3- when outline is done then color all the parts 

4- after making the vector, I created the background for which I colored the whole background with navy blue color.

5- then add circle behind vector with different colors

6- then added font and watermark
