The next morning saw all the teachers in the UA meeting too discussing the USJ incident as well as the League of Villians.

"So far we haven't gotten any new information on the perpetrators that did the USJ attack," Naomasa said to the teachers.

"We may know a little on their ringleader, Tomura Shigaraki," All Might said, "He displayed the mindset of a child."

"Interesting, since the villians swore their allegiance to Tomura," Naomasa replied, "This may have due to the childlike mindset that Tomura presented since the great amount of heroes..."

Naomasa stood up frowning looking at the pro heroes.

"I'll be assisting the police in this investigation," Naomasa then added.

"You know," Mr. Principal said thinking drinking his tea, "We could help Tomura due to his child mindset... But that would be pointless."

"Speaking of child," All Might said, "Have you found any leads about Ms. Rosè, Naomasa?"

"You mean Chelsea?" Naomasa asks as All Might nodded, "Yeah. She's alive. Why do you ask?"

"I overheard Tomura informed Young Devin that she was murdered," All Might replied as Naomasa frowns, "Do you have a location?"

"She's been living here in Musutafu for two years," Naomasa said as All Might stood up.

"Well, what are we waiting for?!" All Might yells.

"Hmm yes, if someone who knows Devin on a personal level survived the attack then we should bring them together," Mr. Principal said nodding.

"Alright, All Might and Present Mic go get Chelsea and convince her to join UA," Naomasa said as the two in question nodded, "Meeting is adjourned for now."

(Timeskip)

In Class 1-A, everyone was trying to process the events of what happened at the USJ but Mr. Aizawa coughed getting everyone's attention.

"As you know, the Sports Festival is fast approaching," Mr. Aizawa said, "I want each and every one of you to take full advantage of this special event since the country's top heroes will be watching it."

Everyone began getting pumped up as Devin shook his head slightly smiling.

"I'LL WIN THE SPORTS FESTIVAL!!!" Ochako yells in determination catching everyone off guard. The day went as normal as possible with the talk of the Sports Festival growing. Devin, Izuku, Tenya, and Ochako were walking during noonbreak as Ochako sighs.

"Sorry for my outburst guys," Ochako said, "I want to become a Hero so I can make money. I know that's selfish..."

"Actually, becoming a hero to make a living isn't selfish," Tenya pointed out as Devin and Izuku agreed. Ochako smiled then explains her family background in construction and the lack of work thus causing her family to become poor, "I'll become a hero to earn enough money to help my family!"

Devin, Izuku, and Tenya praised her as All Might then appeared requesting Midoriya to join him for lunch to which Izuku agreed.

(Timeskip and switching perspectives)

All Might and Present Mic were walking down the main street taking a left down the coastal side. Present Mic looked at a piece of paper with an address on it as he frowns. He stops turning to his left looking at a cottage house.

"This is the address," All Might said as Present Mic nodded. The pair walked up to the door knocking on it with no response. All Might then knocked on it as they waited.

"... I'll be right there!" A few voice sounded as All Might and Present Mic watched the doorknob slowly turned. The door opens revealing a fifteen year old girl standing leaning back slightly. She wore a black two piece dress as the skirt reached her knees; the most notable detail was bandages wrapped around her face specifically her eyes. She had long lilac purple hair with a small group of her hair a darker shade of purple. Her bare feet stuck out the door as she stood there.

"What can I do for you two?" The girl asks as All Might took a breath.

"Yes, are you Miss Chelsea Rosè?" All Might replied as the girl tenses up.

"...I am, who's asking?" Chelsea replied.

"My name is All Might and the other is Present Mic," All Might replied as Chelsea's stance then changed becoming more relaxed.

"So, Naomasa told you about me," Chelsea replied, "He told me two teachers of UA would come look for me. But not why..."

"Yes, well, we wanted to give you an opportunity to study at UA," Present Mic said as Chelsea frowned.

"I told Naomasa no," Chelsea said as All Might frowned slightly.

"What if you were informed of Devin Ying attending the school?" Present Mic then rebuttals as Chelsea gasped.

"Hope's alive?! I was told he was murdered along with his family," Chelsea said as All Might shook his head, "So, he lied to me."

"Who?" All Might asked.

"...Tomura Shigaraki," Chelsea replied then explained what happened to her clan as All Might and Present Mic listened.

(Timeskip to the Sports Festival.)

The day had finally arrived as the students came to school ready for the Sports Festival. Security was beefed up and the entirety of the event was being broadcast live. In the Class 1-A waiting room, everyone had changed into their UA PE Uniforms; however, Devin had special permission to wear a gray shirt and the jacket wrapped around his waist. He also wore his mother's fingerless gloves and father's scarf to show respect to his fallen parents which the others understood.

"This is it..." Devin said smiling as he looks at the necklace he got from Chelsea then puts it on, "This one is for you, my Ghost..."

Chelsea walked into the room where Present Mic and Mr. Aizawa were located at smiling slightly. She wore a blue two piece dress as the skirt had a thigh high slit on the left side. She wore flats taking a seat next to Mr. Aizawa.

"The Shadow Girl lives," Mr. Aizawa said mumbling as Chelsea nodded.

"Waiting till noon break before I'm make my decision," Chelsea replied as the two teachers nodded. Chelsea watched the Freshmen representative speak as the entire freshman class booed him, "He's serious. I like that."

Chelsea snickered slightly thinking of Devin when they were kids and he could make threats easily but never did. Speaking of Devin, the Avainian looks at Bakugo frowning slightly listening to Midnight announce the first event, the Daring 4km Obstacle Race around the stadium.

The freshmen class took off as soon as Midnight gave the ok. Todoroki; however, froze the beginning part of the race getting most of the freshman year frozen in place. But, everyone in Class 1-A avoided the trap. Devin used the Yang Quirk and skated across the ice maneuvering through Mineta's sticky balls. After a bit, he then reaches the first obstacle which were the robots from the entrance exam.

Devin smirked as he jumped dodging a robot arm.

"50% Release!" Devin yells landing on the robot's arm as his body tensed up. Half of his hair turned a bright lilac gray color as well as longer on that half of his hair.

"What's this folks!" Present Mic yells staring at a screen seeing Devin's transformation, "Already the first event and we have a fusion quirk making it's first live debut!!!"

"Fist of Fury!" Devin yells as his right fist radiated a solid gray color. He smashes it against the robot's head ripping through it as he launches into the air from the explosion. He looks over at camera pole smirking as he maneuvered to where he was laying on his side. He slowly reached the camera as he held up a peace sign before falling with the crowd roaring in excitement.

Chelsea still had the bandages on but trembled slightly as she felt Devin's presence in the arena. Her hands slowly went to the bandages as she slowly unravelled them. Her hands then lowered as the bandages fell to the ground.

"He's alive... I-I can't believe it..." Chelsea said opening her eyes as she had tears in them. She had black out eyes with white four point stars for pupils. She wipes them smiling.

The race went smoothly as Devin placed fourth. Panting, he walked over to Midoriya high fiving him.

"Nice usage of the metal," Devin said causing Izuku to laugh a bit.

"Didn't think it would work but..." Midoriya said shrugging. Devin laughs a bit nodding understanding how Midoriya felt, "But what about you in the air!"

"Oh you saw that?" Devin asks as he and Midoriya walked over to the next area for the next event, "Honestly, wasn't planning on it."

"I think everyone was laughing at the fact that someone did it," Ochako said standing next to Devin and Izuku.

(Timeskip... I've read on the Calvary Battle and... No.)

Everyone panted as the Calvary Battle ended with Devin just placing high enough. Midoriya kneeled to Devin smiling.

"Thanks for being apart of my team," Midoriya said as Devin stood up, "Let's go join the rest of our friends in the stands."

"Yeah, remind me to get Mineta back for using his quirk on my mouth," Devin said walking back as Midoriya snickered to himself.

"Alright, we'll be giving the students our noonbreak..." Present Mic said as Chelsea ran out the door quickly, "So, that our students can rest before the final event."

"She ran out of here faster than the eye can see," Mr. Aizawa said as Present Mic nodded.

Devin and the rest of Class 1-A were in the stands in their section talking when Chelsea walked out onto the backway. All the guys were leaning on the railing while the girls were gossiping. Mineta's eyes spot Chelsea as he sighed extremely loudly.

"Hot babe!" Mineta yelled as the guys turned to look at Chelsea. Devin was the last to look since he was next to Midoriya and Tenya. His right eye widen staring at Chelsea as she stared back at him.

"N-no way," Devin said as tears began forming in his eye. Chelsea smiled at Devin laughing as she walked towards the stairs. Devin; unfortunately, began walking in the same direction as her. The entire class watched Devin very curious about the girl.

"Oh screw it!" Devin yells as he vaults over the railing jumping up and over the seats causing Chelsea to stop in her tracks. Devin lands in front of her staring at her.

"...Is it... You?" Devin asks walking towards Chelsea as Chelsea smiled holding up her right arm wearing a bracelet. Devin sniffs a bit crying staring at the bracelet.

"I've never took it off," Chelsea said before being grabbed and hugged tightly by Devin as Chelsea hugged him back.

"I was told you died with your family," Devin said as Chelsea pulled back smiling. She was slightly shorter than Devin as she brushes his hair back gasping at the scar and noticing the missing arm.

"Devin... I'm so sorry," Chelsea said shaking her head crying, "I should've came to you after the incident. I should've came to find you... I was afraid."

"It's fine," Devin replied, "I'm just glad you're alive, Chelsea."

"Good... Cause we got an audience," Chelsea said as they looked at Class 1-A who were watching them. The guys had smirks on their faces while the girls were giggling. This caused Devin to blush severely hard causing Chelsea to laugh slamming a fist against the wall.

"Out of the fifteen years we've known each other," Chelsea said getting a breath of air, "Is this the first time you got embarrassed around others?"

"...No comment," Devin replied as Chelsea shook her head.

"Well, how about you introduce me to your classmates?" Chelsea suggested as Devin nodded intertwining his fingers with Chelsea's leading her to Class 1-A.

"So... Who is this hot babe?" Denki asks smirking at Devin, "Since, you're so... Acquainted."

Chelsea and Devin both blushed causing the girls to giggle hard.

"T-this is Chelsea Deliàh Rosè," Devin stuttered causing Chelsea to laugh hard.

"Honestly, this is the first time he's ever embarrassed around others," Chelsea said as everyone laughed a bit.

"So, are you like Devin?" Midoriya asks as Chelsea shook her head.

"No, i don't have the two quirks that Hope has," Chelsea replied.

"Hope?" Momo questioned as Chelsea slowly looked at Devin.

"You didn't tell them?" Chelsea asked as Devin shook his head, "Yeah, that was my nickname for him as children."

"So, you two grew up together?" Mina questions.

"Well, you can say that..." Chelsea said as everyone realized they hadn't introduced themselves. They quickly introduce themselves causing Chelsea to laugh.

"Nice to meet you all," Chelsea said as Mr. Principal came out, "I assume you want my response?"

"Yes," Mr. Principal said smiling.

"You got your yes," Chelsea said as Mr. Principal smiled.

"Good, then we can proceed with your entrance exam," Mr. Principal said, "Choose any one of Class 1-A students and you'll face them in an exhibition match."

"Simple enough," Chelsea said nodding as Devin whispers into her ear, "Oh really?"

"Mhmm," Devin nodded as Chelsea looks at Tokoyami.

"Hey Tokoyami..." Chelsea said smirking causing the Raven-headed male to frown slightly.

"Alright, it will be Chelsea Rosè Vs. Fumikage Tokoyami," Mr. Principal said walking back.

"Why did you choose Tokoyami?" Tenya asks as Chelsea giggled a bit.

"You'll see," Chelsea said as she reaches for her skirt as it was tied. Mineta and Denki stared at her smiling lewdly.

"They don't bother me," Chelsea said to the girls who were growling at the two boys in question.

"How do they not bother you?" Jirou asks slightly impressed as Chelsea eyes Devin who was blushing hard.

"Well, I've already seen the male anatomy of a certain someone as he has with the female anatomy," Chelsea said removing the skirt wearing black and pink sportswear shorts that went to her thighs but covered her backside snuggly.

"Oh my God..." Mineta said as Chelsea sighed to herself walking over to Devin placing her lips onto his lips. The guys went wide eyed as the girls gawked at the couple.

"That's the other reason why," Chelsea said after pulling back smirking then headed for the waiting room as does Tokoyami who gave Devin a thumbs up laughing a bit.

"TELL ME YOUR SECRETS!!!" Mineta and Denki yelled launching at Devin causing everyone to laugh.

"Alright, we got a special treat for you folks!" Present Mic said, "You've heard rumors about the last Avainian attending UA which were proven but we got someone that knows the Avainian."

The audience cheered wildly ready for the action.

"We have our very own Fumikage Tokoyami to our right!" Present Mic yells as Tokoyami walked onto the battlefield and everyone cheered, "and to our left, we have the last citizen of Lason! Chelsea Rosè!"

Chelsea walked up wearing black and pink fingerless gloves flexing her fists. The guys were whistling as Midnight laughs a bit.

"That's how a lady should dress," Midnight commented as she looked at Cementoss.

"Fighters!" Cementoss yells as Tokoyami frowns with his quirk/companion Dark Shadow appears.

"So, an exhibition match?!" Dark Shadow yells as Tokoyami nodded, "And a hot looking babe as our opponent."

"Shut it Dark Shadow and get serious," Tokoyami said as Dark Shadow nodded. Tokoyami gets into a stance as Dark Shadow encircled him.

"Do you know what her quirk is, Devin?" Tenya asks as Devin nods smiling.

"You'll see," Devin replied as everyone in Class 1-A watched Chelsea and Tokoyami.

"Devin was right," Chelsea mumbled to herself as her hair levitated slightly, "Hehe. This will be a very dark match."

Chelsea screams as a tornado of shadow energy launches into the sky. Tokoyami and Dark Shadow as well as everyone went wide eyed in awe.

"She's another Shadow User?!" Tokoyami said with worry as Dark Shadow could sense it and it showed.

The tornado quickly disappears as Chelsea now had dark purple hair with one strand of it covering her right eye and the rest laid gently behind her. Her arms and legs were darker due to having shadow like streams tattooed on her extremities that made whip like motions going up her body. Chelsea leans back slightly brushing the hair out of her face staring at Tokoyami.

"Begin!" Cementoss yells as Dark Shadow flies towards Chelsea yelling angrily.

"Big Mistake," Chelsea said ducking underneath Dark Shadow's punch striking him with a shadow energy kick sending Dark Shadow back.

"Damn, she hits hard," Dark Shadow said recovering from the attack. Chelsea began sprinting towards Tokoyami as Dark Shadow flew towards her.

Chelsea slides on the ground raising her legs slightly to get a  better sliding motion dodging Dark Shadow again as she leaps striking Tokoyami with a hard right hand sending the male back.

"She doesn't mess around," Tokoyami said sliding backwards almost falling out of bounds, "Dark Shadow!"

Dark Shadow flies towards Chelsea and began throwing rights and lefts trying to strike Chelsea angrily. Chelsea simply smirked and began dodging left and right in incredible time. Midoriya; however, noticed Chelsea's body when dodging as he eyes Devin.

"She moves like you when she dodges," Midoriya said as Devin chuckles.

"Very good," Devin as everyone watches Chelsea, "When we were kids we usually spar with each other to gauge ourselves to the styles of our clans."

Chelsea stops catching Dark Shadow's punch shocking the spirit.

"She likes my style of dodging so I taught her the style," Devin said as everyone went wide eyed, "In return, she taught me her fighting style."

Chelsea tossed Dark Shadow back towards Tokoyami quickly getting a familiar stance.

"Eight Trigrams 64 Shadow Strike!" Chelsea yelled disappearing causing Tokoyami to trembled. He then felt a shockwave of shadow energy as he grunted. Then another, then four more as Tokoyami was thrown all over the ring.

"Incredible!" Present Mic yelled as the audience clapped slightly. Mr. Aizawa stared sensing the energy from Chelsea as he nodded.

Chelsea then slams her palm into Tokoyami's chest releasing a pinpointed stream of shadow energy launching Tokoyami towards the edge of the field. Tokoyami slowly gets up as Chelsea approached the teen.

"Normally, this is where you would freak out due to the difference in our control of our quirks," Chelsea said as Tokoyami panted, "Yet, you remain calm. I like that."

Dark Shadow floated next to Tokoyami growling slightly. Chelsea kneels placing her hand on the ground. A small roar began resonating from Chelsea as a circle of shadow energy began forming.

"What's she doing?" Mineta asks watching with curiosity as Devin smiles.

"The final attack," Devin said watching the shadows.

"My quirk is beauty in itself," Chelsea said as her leg was coated in thick shadow energy, "I bid thee farewell! Never-ending Shadow Clash!"

Chelsea began spinning around as she launches a single shadow energy slicer. Tokoyami smirks slightly as Dark Shadow yelled grabbing the slicer having a clash with it.

"Incredible!" The entire class 1-A class yelled as Devin chuckled.

"Impressive... But not smart enough," Devin said as the entire class eyed Devin with wide eyes.

Chelsea leapt up onto the slicer smirking front flipping over Dark Shadow as both her legs were radiating with shadow energy. Dark Shadow stared at Chelsea's eyes noticing the lack of pupils in them as she went over him.

"Gotcha," Chelsea said a smirk landing on Dark Shadow running towards Tokoyami who was gawking in awe slightly. Chelsea jumps striking Tokoyami with both of her feet releasing a concentrated blast of shadow energy causing the pair to fly out of the ring. Chelsea flips landing on her feet as the shadow energy radiates off her leaving her before the match smiling

"And the winner is Chelsea!!" Present Mic yells as the audience cheers. Chelsea walks over to Tokoyami helping him up.

"...thanks," Tokoyami said, "Incredible quirk and adaptation."

Chelsea giggles a bit nodding as the pair head back to the stands.

"That was an incredible match!" Mina yells as Tokoyami and Chelsea reentered the stands smiling, "And an incredible quirk too!"

"Thanks," Chelsea said smiling, "My Quirk is called Shadow Synergy. I can control the energy within my own shadow to attack close range or summon tendrils or other projectiles for long range combat."

"Amazing!" The entire class said, except Bakugo who scoffed.

"So what? It's a little stronger than Raven head's Dark Shadow," Bakugo said with a smirk.

"Actually, it's a bit more complicated than that," Chelsea said leaning against the wall, "Yes, it's stronger than Dark Shadow but more complex to control. My quirk is tied to my clans life force. The more users pass on the bigger the energy surge in the next user."

"How many previous users were there?" Midoriya asks curiously.

"Before me, twenty," Chelsea said, "So, my power is twenty times greater than the first Shadow Synergy user and harder to control."

"Seriously?!" Tenya replies in awe, "You must be training vigorously to keep up with your heritage."

"Actually, you're not wrong about that," Chelsea said smiling as Mr. Principal walks into the stands.

"Since Chelsea passed her test with flying colors," Mr. Principal said, "We're changing up the finals of the Sports Festival. It will be two on two."

"Tag team?" Devin questioned smiling, "Cool."

"And you and Chelsea will be on a team, Devin," Mr. Principal said with a smile, "Since rumors spread that you two are well acquainted."

Devin and Chelsea blushed slightly nodded at each other. Mr. Principal began teaming up the other finalists as Ochako and Midoriya were teamed up. The finals began as Ochako and Midoriya went against a student from the General Department of UA as well as one of Class 1-B's students.

Devin and Chelsea watched Midoriya and Ochako closely smirking slightly. After a few minutes, Midoriya and Ochako were high fiving each other after their victory.

"Next up we have team Ghostly Hope," Mr. Principal said as Devin looks at Chelsea with a raised eyebrow.

"What?" Chelsea said smirking, "He asked if we wanted to do a team name. I said yes."

"Fair enough," Devin said.

"Going against team Copy Cutters!" Mr. Principal said as Devin frowns a bit.

"Neito and Togaru," Devin said cracking his knuckles, "Those two are finally going to get the ass kicking they deserve."

"Sounds like they anger you," Chelsea said.

"Oh they pick on Class 1-A entirely," Devin said as he and Chelsea ran into Neito Monoma and Togaru on route to the field.

"Devin Ying," Neito said smirking, "What an pathetic waste of quirk power."

"Up yours Copycat," Devin retorted causing Chelsea to snicker slightly. Togaru steps up to Devin creating a blade as its razor sharp point gently presses against Devin's neck.

"I suggest you show respect to your superiors..." Togaru said as a shadowy monster energy claw pressed against Togaru's body.

"And i suggest you get your attitude checked before it lands you in deeper trouble," Chelsea said smiling as Togaru gasps slightly, "See you two on the battlefield and be prepared to be embarrassed."

Chelsea and Devin walked pass Neito and Togaru who looked at them with wide eyes then smirked.

"This battle will be interesting," Togaru said as the two Class 1-B students head for their entrance way to the battlefield. Devin and Chelsea waited patiently as they watched Neito and Togaru walked onto the battlefield as a few members of Class 1-A clapped for them while Class 1-B cheered wildly for their own.

"And now for the last two survivors of their respected clans, Devin and Chelsea!" Mr. Principal announces as Class 1-A was in an uproar of cheering as was the crowd.

"Fighters!" Cementoss yells as Devin and Chelsea immediately got into their signature battle stances with their eyes shimmering slightly in sync. Neito and Togaru smirked slightly getting into a similar battle stance, "Beg--"

Devin and Chelsea couldn't wait as they rushed towards the Class 1-B students with incredible speed striking both Neito and Togaru with punches against their jaws launching them towards the edge of the battlefield. This in turn shocked Class 1-A as well as 1-B at Devin's and Chelsea's speed.

"Holy..." Midoriya said trembling slightly, "You know some of us will have to face them in battle."

"I know," Iida said impressed as Bakugo and Todoroki frowned slightly.

"Their skills are not that impressive," Bakugo said smirking slightly.

Neito and Devin began fighting fist against fist after Devin "allowed" Neito to copy his Yin quirk. Togaru began attempting to slash Chelsea who moved very quickly dodging every attempt causing the Mantis humanoid to get angry quickly.

"Come on!" Chelsea mocks Togaru smirking before stopping his arm blades with her hands. Togaru growls slightly at Chelsea's smirk then smirks himself as another blade shoots out from his gut region stabbing Chelsea in the side.

"Son of a...!!!" Chelsea screams slightly before driving her feet into Togaru's head launching him into Neito as both boys flew across the battlefield.

"You good Ghost?" Devin asks running over to Chelsea who nodded.

"I'm fine Hope," Chelsea said panting a bit smiling at him, "You haven't changed."

"What do you mean?" Devin asks.

"You still care about me even in the midst of battle," Chelsea said as Devin blushes a bit rubbing his temple.

"Guess so," Devin said as Chelsea places her hand on his left shoulder causing Devin to smile slightly grabbing her hand, "I miss your touch..."

"Likewise," Chelsea said smirking eyeing Neito and Togaru who were slowly getting up, "Let's end this quickly... I want to get back to reconnecting."

Devin smiles slightly shaking his head. With a motion of his hand, Devin eyes Chelsea smiling.

"After you milady," Devin said as Chelsea crosses her legs dipping slightly.

"Why thank you good sir," Chelsea said before taking off and striking Neito and Togaru from all directions using her own shadow as a means of attack.

"Incredible!" Present Mic yells as Class 1-A were wide eyed watching Chelsea. Tokoyami gasped slightly as he frowns a bit.

"I must learn from her," Tokoyami says watching Chelsea walk passed Neito and Togaru as her shadow appears striking both boys launching them towards Devin.

"Eight Trigrams 64 Yin Clash!" Devin yells launching tiny lasers striking both Neito and Togaru equally. Devin spun adding more power and increased the number of lasers striking as Devin ends the attack striking both boys into the air. Devin and Chelsea measured the precise location where the boys would fall to as they both shuffled back getting closer to each other.

"You ready, Hope?!" Chelsea yells as her left arm ignites with shadowy energy.

"Let's do it!" Devin yells as he unleashes fifty percent of his fused quirk power channeling it into his right arm and hand. Chelsea and Devin growled slightly as their eyes widen in sync.

"Final Revelation Strike!" Devin and Chelsea screamed rushing towards Neito and Togaru. Gray and shadowy black energies blended together as Chelsea and Devin drove their fists into Neito's and Togaru's chests launching the boys out of the arena harshly.

"And team Ghostly Hope move on!" Mr. Principal announces as the crowd cheers with Present Mic standing up.

"What an amazing show of teamwork folks!" Present Mic yells, "Give it up for Class 1-A's Devin and Chelsea!"

The audience cheers louder as Class 1-A cheered clapping for Devin and Chelsea.

"Finally..." Devin said walking off the battlefield looking at Chelsea who smiled.

"That was fun we now have to be on our guard cause the next few rounds," Chelsea said, "they will be gunning for us."
