The siren's song

You held me tight
but the sea
held me tighter
you lost the grip
and I lost my breath
don't say you're alright
but I know
you're a fighter
I still feel your lip
you kissed sweater than death

The sea is my grave
and the moon
is my brother
you sit at the beach
and you sing for the stars
I am every wave
and we sing
for each other
come in and I'll reach
all your hideous scars

The sea will combine us
and pass on
its beauty
we'll rule it as queens
and punish the wrong
the drifts will divine us
our claim
and our duty
we'll reign by all means
and sing our song
