Gentle as the summer rain
Tracing paths through dust and ash
Refilling Nature's vital vein
Soothing souls with every splash

Just as gentle run your tears
All the way along your face
Prettily your makeup smears
Which accentuates your grace

But like raindrops you must fall
Crush on unforgiving grounds
Shatter into pieces small
