I will explain what happened recently. After almost giving Nora a heart attack and she filling me with kisses all over my cheeks, I had to invent a story so that others would not discover our identity and where we came from. Fortunately, they believed my story of an underwater city called atlantis and that we are here to recover a family relic. We agreed to travel with the group in search of the Yugo's real family, but only because I believe that Nox is in possession of the Eliacube. We convinced Alibert to stay in the village in case that maniac reappears. At this moment we all go through a portal towards another village, the portal was similar to the one we use to reach this world. I suppose the idea is to find a map that will guide us to that island where the Yugo family lived.

Ruel: It's exciting, the first time you take a Zaap portal, eh? Of course, I do it all the time.

Nora: Ours was waaaay more crazy and scary!

Me: *mumbling* Shut up.

Nora: *mumbling* Sorry

Dally: Oh, stop telling another one of your tall tales. You fell flat on you face when you arrived 'cos I saw you. You just got up quickly!

Ruel: I slipped! And you might show a little more respect for your elders, boy!

Yugo: Don't worry, Ruel. I slipped as well!

Eva: Stop behaving like kids! If we want to reach Oma, it's in our best interests to get along, and to stick together.

Amalia: You're right Eva, we didn't start on an adventure to end up bickering like some spoiled princesses.

Yugo: Right, how about we visit Kelba Market, huh?

Me: Is not like we have another choice.

Yugo ran down the hill quickly.

Yugo: *distance* Last one there's a mangy Gobball!

Me: Good thing we are the mature people of the group, right Nora?... Nora?

I looked to my side only to observe a cloud of smoke in the shape of Nora. Then I looked forward and saw Nora quickly reaching Yugo and following his speed.

Me: *chuckle* She will never change.

I was about to follow them but I felt something holding my arm. I Looked at what was holding me and I saw Amalia with a smile from cheek to cheek.

Me(mind): Oh-Oh.

Amalia: Sooooo (y/n).

Me: Yes?

Amalia: Do you want to come with me and go shopping? I want to try some dresses and I need someone to help me choose them.

Me: Then why don't you ask Eva for help?

Amalia: She is not to much into dresses.

Me(mind): Seris, please help me.

(time skip)

Outside of the fact that Amalia is dragging me everywhere while we are looking at the multiple stores of the place, this day seems to be the most normal. 

???: BWAHAHAHAHA!!!

Or at least that's what I thought.

Yugo: Hey, Amalia, you sound like a Bwork!

Nora: A what?

Dally: Not very classy for a gentle maiden!

Me: Never judge a book by its cover.

Amalia: But it wasn't me!

Enutrof: It was him!

In the sky, there was a gigantic bird made of shadows and it was flying right at us while the rider of that thing was laughing. 

Enutrof: The Black Crow!

Yugo: Black crow?

Me: But... aren't all crows are black? What kind of name is that? 

All the owners of the stores, one by one, began to hide inside their stores. Whoever the "black crow" is, surely he has already passed by here more than once. The "black crow" began to fly from a few meters from the ground, destroying everything in its path. One of the wings of that beast almost hit Yugo, but he jumped out of the way and avoided the attack. But the store that was behind Yugo didn't have the same luck and ended up demolished. 

Dally: I'm really starting to enjoy things around here!

Me: Dude, that guy almost kills Yugo!

Eva: Take cover! I'll deal with this crazy bird!

Ruel and Amalia took Yugo as they ran to find cover in some safe place.

Nora: You're not the only one with a long-range weapon!

Dally: Take cover? You're joking!

Me: There is no way for I'm gonna leave you guys fighting that weirdo by yourselves!

Dally: Hey! Black Crow! Come fight!

The black crow and his giant bird stopped flying and rested on a branch of a large tree.

Black Crow: Pathetic merchants! Fear the fire of darkness! Fear your worst nightmares! Tremble before the power of the Black Crow!

Me: But there is no fire!

The black crow aimed his weapon attached to his bracelet at me and even under his mask I could tell that he was furious with me.

Me(mind): I've pissed him off.

He started firing ... Eggs? That after they hatch, small crows came flying from them at the same speed as a bullet and did the same damage as a missile. Dally was just standing in the middle of the chaos while smiling like an idiot. Then, the black crow started firing at us with his weapon. Nora and Eva rolled on the ground, dodging the shots. I create a rune in front of me and use it as a shield to block his attacks. Seeing that his attacks could not brake my magic rune, the black crow again threw himself into the air, flying at an impressive speed while riding his bird.

Dally: Come down here and fight, you coward!

The black crow began to change his direction towards us.

Eva: I think he heard you.

Yugo: He's quick, but if we attack together, we might be able to hit him!

Nora: Let's see if we can knock down a bird with a single shot!

We all pointed our weapons at the black crow. He was flying really fast towards us while laughing loudly. 

Yugo: Are you ready?

Eva/Nora/Me/Dally: Ready!

Yugo: Three...

Eva: Two...

Dally had to say one, but he started counting wiht his fingers while trying to deduce the next number.

Me: For the love- ONE!

With my magic I created a small tornado that forced the black crow to fly higher, If I had not used my magic, his giant bird would have crushed all of us. He used that opportunity to fly very high and escape the battle.

Dally: The coward! He's flying away!

Yugo: He's done what he came here to do.

Nora: You mean shopping?

Me: *sarcastic* Yeah, a bit of chaos and destruction. I heard they were on offer, as long as you have a weapon and you know how to use it.

Dally: Really?

I just facepalm myself because the delight of intelligence that my colleagues have. Although, it's a real shame what happened here. This must be a really painful blow for the merchants of this place ,and to think that this is not the first time. How is it that they still haven't left this place if they know that lunatic will come back again? I turn my attention to Yugo, who was talking to an old enutrof merchant and asking him questions about the local shops. The question we all asked was the same, is there any other store near here where we can buy a map? The answer is yes, there is. 

(time skip)

Apparently, there is a store that has not suffered the attacks of the black crow. Kabrok's shop, if I remember correctly. According to the information that enutrof gave us, Kabrok is a really rich person compared to the other merchants of this place. I only have one way to describe this... suspicious. I mean, is not it a bit suspicious that all the others sellers are assaulted by the "black crow" and Kabrok didn't even suffer any inconvenient from that bird brain? Anyway, after following multiple advertising posters we arrived at the Kabrok's store. It looks like a normal house made of stone but with posters around it with different symbols, which I can translate as the products he sells. 

Yugo: Say, have you seen this? It looks like this Kabrok is very well-known around here.

Ruel: You're right, he's everywhere.

Nora: It's a little disturbing.

We walked to the entrance of the store and I couldn't help noticing how elegant the design of the door is. This is going to be one of those cliche situations where the place looks simple on the outside but fancy on the inside, isn't it?

Eva: Finally made it!

In the blink of an eye, Yugo clung to the door with all his strength and took a deep breath.

Yugo: *yelling* IS ANYONE THERE?!

I held Yugo by his hat and I was surprised to see that it didn't come off his head while I was lifting him off the ground.

Me: You can't just go to other people-

Radio: If you have come to spend a few kamas, you are very welcome, sirs.

Me: Eh?

Then Yugo escapes my grip and literally tackles the door of the store to get inside.

Dally: If our feathered friend wanted to demolish this shop, he'd have to become the black mole.

Everyone ignores what just happened and enter the store. I guess these kind of things are normal in this world.

Amalia: Do you think they've got any Sadida bags?

Nora: I want to see what kind of hammers they have in this place!

The inside of the store had all kinds of merchandise, from weapons and shields, to food and medicine. It seems that the owner of this place is more a collector than a merchant. 

Dally: I must be dreaming, that's a Captain Amakna shield!

Nora: *muttering* Captain America reference.

Me: *muttering* Nora, only the writer has permission to break the fourth wall!

Ruel: Isn't everything very expensive?

Me: Do you ever think of anything else than money?

Nora: Maybe in food?

I walk with Nora while we see the things that are for sale inside the store. Nora remained staring at the treats that were for sale, I guess she is going to ask me to buy some of those candies for her.

Nora: (y/n), can you buy some of these candies for me? Pretty pleaaase?

Me: *chuckle* Okay, but you have to let me sleep.

Nora: YAY!

I hope that adorable side of Nora never changes... Why am I thinking that Nora is adorable? Well, it's probably nothing. I heard the sound of moving curtains and when I turned around I saw a young lady with the features of a cat, like ears and a tail, along with an adorable black nose. 

(Mecha: This is for my dear public ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )

???: In my shop, you will find riches that you will not see anywhere else.

This young lady seems to be the kind of person who prioritizes business a lot everything else. But, I think I know the weakness of this kind of business people. Let's see if what Uncle Sinbad taught me bears fruit, although I have a feeling that this will bring me problems in the future. I walk until I'm in front of the Ecaflip Lady and then I gently hold her hand between my hands while I use my "natural gifts" to soften her heart a little.

Me: The greatest wealth an adventurer can find in his travels is the charming beauty of a lady. Can I ask your name, Miss?

The lady's face took the same color as a tomato while she tried to hide it by covering her face with her free hand. Behind me, I could feel the murderous aura of Nora and Amalia. I think I made a bad decision?

Miranda: Well, my name is Miranda handso- I mean... Kabrok!

Miranda let out a scream that would make any dragon in the abyss feel ashamed of himself. A few seconds later, through the same curtain that she came, a man came out who I belive is the owner of the store, since his name is Kabrok. 

Kabrok: *monotonous tone* Welcome to Kabrok's, we have the world's biggest treasures for an adventurer's greatest pleasures. Everything is for sale here, as long as you can afford it, of course.

Nora: *blinking a few times* What?

Miranda: And to avoid kama-less customers wasting our time, we put all of our clients thorugh a little test.

Miranda clapped two times and a strange creature, which could be the perfect mix between a rat and an elephant, appeared at her side. 

Yugo: What is that thing?

Miranda: We call this charming creature a "Snoofle".

Me(mind): Charming?

Miranda: They can sniff out kamas like nothing else.

Me(mind): *letting go Miranda's hand* Oh-Oh.

The Snoofle moved at a high speed around me and his eyes took the shape of hearts. Then, it went to Nora and after a few seconds of running around her body, the Snoofle began to growl at her and did the samy with Dally. 

Me: Doesn't that count as harassment to the client? 

Kabrok: Technically... yes.

Miranda: Ladies and gentleman, we are at your service. 

Miranda approached me and whispered in my ear.

Miranda: *Whispering* Especially you, handsome~

Me: *awkward laugh* hehehe.

Amalia: *with stars on her eyes* Any bags? Have you got any sadida bags?! Mine is so last year.

Nora: *pfff* Girls.

Me: You're a girl.

Nora: And you are a boy.

Me: Nora, where is this going?

Nora: Well... You know what I mean~

Before I finished understanding what Nora was trying to insinuate (you are dense reader-kun), I got distracted when listening to Eva talking to Miranda.

Eva: Unfortunately, we haven't come here for bags. We're after a map of the world.

Miranda: A map? Maps are very rare. Kabrok, we have a map, don't we? Very, very, very rare.

Eva: These merchants are milking it for all it's worth.

Me: To be fair, it is the job of a merchant to attract the attention of the client. What I don't understand, is why a map here is so rare?

Eva: The maps that show the whole world are enchanted, those enchantments prevent the maps from being ruined by the wear of time or their ink being erased with water, that makes them unique.

Me: I see.

With Nora, we started looking at the things that were inside the store, While there were many weapons and huntingtrophies, there was nothing that really caught my attention. After a few minutes, Miranda came back together with Kabrok, she had a strange map on her hands, I could feel an energy coming from it, like if it was alive.

Miranda: Here is the map of the world that you asked for. It should appeal to one who appreciates beauty, like you. It's exceptional!

Kabrok: No, Miranda, no the Grav' Mar' Av map! It's priceless!

Miranda: Dear husband, everything has a price! And let it never be said a traveller could not find what they needed in our shop!

Me: If your husband has so much affection for that map, maybe you should-

Miranda interrupted me by putting a finger on my lips, and once again, I can feel the murderous auras of Amalia and Nora.

Miranda: Wait until you see its powers.

Everyone: *gasp* Its power!

Miranda: Come on, have a look!

Miranda opened the map and suddenly... nothing.

Yugo: But it's blank!

Nora: All I see is toilet paper!

???: Toilet paper?! How dare you stupid ginger?!

(no ones POV)(to change things a little) 

Suddenly, what seemed to be a simple piece of paper spoke, in its paper appeared a face and the map had a very discourteous attitude. 

Miranda: Oh my sweet, my all-seeing, all-knowing magnificent map of marvels, show me the beautiful land of Kelba, please.

Map: Ho ho ho! Impossible to refuse such a polite request! Not like that impolite girl!

(y/n): If you keep insulting Nora-

The palm of your hand lit up in black flames in an instant.

(y/n): -I will turn you into ashes after buying you.

Nora(mind): Kya! My hero!

Amalia(mind): *tch* Lucky girl!

Map: A-And here is the land of Kelba!

The map shines with a small light and began to show every possible route and way of the land of Kelba. Everyone was impressed by the incredible ability of the map

Eva: Facinating!

Dally: It speaks.

Nora: Is mean!

Yugo: We've gotta have it.

Kabrok: Impossible!

Kabrok was standing idly by, refusing to sell such an important possession that he got on one of his adventures.

Miranda: Oh, please, come on, Kabrok! Kicking up so much fuss for a pitful map is beneath you! Sir (y/n), I have a proposition for you and your friends.  

(y/n)(mind): Please don't ask me for a snu-snu! Please don't ask me for a snu-snu! Please don't ask me for a snu-snu!

Miranda: You may have the map for free if you rid us of the black crow. 

Kabrok: Oh, not the black crow again. What is it you really want? Oh he has never attacked us! In fact, he has gotten rid of the competition.

(y/n): That sounds suspicious, why attack all the other merchants with the exception of you two? Is he very selective or something?

Miranda: He's bad for business, he scares the adventurers and makes our sales go down. 

Miranda approached you and hugged your arm, hiding her head on your shoulder.

Miranda: Not to mention his horrible laugh which rings out for hours after each of his wicked deeds! 

She looked directly into your eyes, giving you the puppy eyes.

Miranda: Could you get rid of him? *snif*Please.

(y/n): Emmm...

You turned around for a second to see the others, just to see Nora and Amalia throwing daggers with her eyes at you, you turned back to Miranda and took a deep breath.

(y/n): Y-Yeah, I will take care of your problem.

Miranda jumped on top of you and caught you in a strong hug.

Miranda: Many thanks, brave adventurer!

Kabrok: ...get out of my store.

Kabrok literally dragged you out of your store and I throw you out once he reach the entrance. You fell on your back and rubbed your waist in pain.

(y/n): *groan* I deeply apologize.

Kabrok: And only come back when you've gotten rid of the black crow!

(time skip)

The plan is simple, make Ruel act as a merchant to attract the black crow. Eva used her light arrows that acted as fireworks to draw the attention of the group's prey. 

Yugo: I didn't know eva was so good at making fireworks.

Dally: Well, she won't get the black crow's attention like that.

???: HAHAHAHA

The black crow's laughter could be heard in the distance, but for some reason, he wasn't in anyone's sight.

Nora: Where is he?

The black crow's laughter suddenly stopped and only the sound of the wind was heard.

(y/n): Hey, do you think is clear for us to- AAAAAAHHH!!!

Amalia: (y/n)?!

The black crow managed to catch you even when you were behind the false store. His mount held you with his claws by the shoulders and everyone could only see how you and the black crow were flying away really fast.

Nora(mind): Sometimes, your boyfriend is kidnaped by a bird.

Dally: That wasn't in the plan. How are gonna get (y/n) back?

Ruel: Do we want him back?

Ruel was hit on the head by Nora and her hammer.

(your POV)

After a few minutes of flying, the black crow took me to a mountain where we landed. Once he leave me on the ground, I quickly take distance between us and pull out my sword.

Me: What do you want from me?

BC(black crow): I challenge you to a duel.

Me: A duel? *chuckle* Who would have said that a bandit like you would have a bit of honor?

BC: We are going to have an epic battle here, the kind that legends sill speak of.

Me: It's a bit difficult to make a legend of this battle when there is nobody to see it, don't you think?

BC: Well... yeah... but once I defeat you, I will tell the story to everyone.

Me: Why are you doing this? Do you destroy everything just because of the value of the battle? If so, you have no honor in choosing merchants as opponents!

BC: Now I know how a guy like you had the nerve to flirt with my wife.

Me: Wait... Kabrok?!

Kabrok: I know it's hard to believe-

Me: Actually, it makes sense. Eliminate the competition to increase your profits. 

Kabrok: Nothing to di with it. When life is full of adventures, like mine, it's hard to settle down. Even though I have the finest and most delicate woman there is, I need to feel the wind in my hair. You must understand that. I saw how you looked at your friend Nora, you are lucky to have her to accompany you in your life of adventures.

Me: Heh, she really puts my world upside down... I'm sorry if I flirt with your wife, it's the last time I follow the teachings of my uncle Sinbad.

We stood for a few seconds in silence, just looking at the sky and listening to the wind blowing against the mountain. Kabrok really had to turn his back on the passion of his life. I'm going to regret this so much.

Me: Welp, I think it's time for the black crow to have his last duel against the abyss knight.

Kabrok: You are right.

Kabrok got on his bird and went flying to the sky.

Kabrok: Prepare yourself to fight against the black crow! If you defeat me, I'll give you the map you need. But if you lose, you will give me your equipment and your adventure will end here!

Me: I'm ready for you! But the question is, are you ready for me?

Kabrok took advantage of his aerial advantage to hide in the clouds. The first thing I must do to win this battle is to eliminate Kabrok from the sky, otherwise this will end badly for me. Everything was quiet. But suddenly, Kabrok went flying behind me and tried to run me down with his giant bird, but I managed to dodge it.

Kabrok: HAHAHAHA!!!

I created a red rune in front of me and I started shooting fireballs towards Kabrok, but he easily managed to dodge all my shots by doing pirouettes in the air. Then, Kabrok shot bullets towards me to counterattack. But I create a giant rune above me and use it as an umbrella to protect me from his attacks. Kabrok changed the direction of his flight and now he was heading towards me, he prepared his sword to go for a clean stab. 

Me: Absolute zero! 

I dragged my hand across the floor and in the direction where my hand was moving, everything began to cover with ice.

Kabrok jumped out of his bird to avoid being frozen by my attack. Then, he ran towards me and we both started clashing swords. Our ability with the sword was the same, every attack that one tried to connect, the other blocked it easily. We both ended up crashing our swordsonce more, only this time, we were trying to push the other to make him lose his balance.

Kabrok: This is the battle I so desperately wanted! 

Yugo: (y/n)! We are here to save you!

Kabrok and I turned to see the others who had arrived.

Me: Don't interfere! This is our battle!

Amalia: What?! But if we-

Nora: let them fight.

Yugo: Are you sure?

Nora: (y/n) knows what he is doing.

Kabrok and I took distance between the two of us. I covered my sword with lightning and prepared myself to give the final blow, I could see how Kabrok was also doing the same. We ran towards each other and clash swords one last time, Kabrok's sword broke when it make contact with mine, but I stopped my attack before my sword could cut him.

Kabrok: You win. 

Me: Nice fight, Kabrok.

Yugo: Wait! Kabrok is the black crow?!

Me: Long story.

Kabrok: The map is yours.

Kabrok removed his helmet and gave the map to Yugo.

Kabrok: (y/n), I would like to thank you. Not only did you help me feel the joy of adventure in my veins again, but you also gave me the best battle of my life.

Me: You fought with honor, if you were a couple of years younger, the result of the combat would have been different.

Kabrok: Modest even in the victory?

Me: I'm realist.

Miranda: *scream* KABROK!!!

Miranda's voice was heard in the distance and she didn't sound happy.

Kabrok: Oops! There's a battle I lost before I started.

Nora: (Y/N)!!!

Nora came running towards me and knocked me to the ground, she wason top of me and hugging me.

Me: This is the battle that I didn't even have a chance to defend myself.

I got up from the ground while carrying Nora in my arms. Then, I walked to the others and leave Kabrok alone with Miranda. I turned around for a second to see Miranda resting her head on Kabrok's shoulder. I guess that adventurers like him have happy endings. 

Me: Do you plan to get off at some point?

Nora: Nope!

Me: That's what I thought.

After a difficult climb downhill off the mountain, we get to the road and continue with our trip.

Dally: Map, show us Oma island and  make it snappy!

Map: In you dreams, you numbskull.

Dally: Hey! What?!

Me: Allow me.

I held the map with one hand and my other hand was covered with flames.

Me: Hiiii~

Map: ...H-Hi.

AAANNNDDD DONE!!!

YAS! MOTHER OF GOD! FINALLY! I'M SO SORRY FOR TAKING SO LONG! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
