You looked out of your window, sighing. It was raining, and you had planned to go out and do errands. Your plans at a pause, you had been staring out of your window for at least a half an hour.

It wasn't strange for you that you stared out of a window. It was as if you were waiting for something. It was as if your [Eye Color] eyes would find that something. Or someone.

Who were you waiting for? He was your best friend, your lover. You waited for his black, weirdly styled hair and matching onyx eyes. You waited for his gentle touch and soft lips.

You twirled your [Hair Color] strands anxiously.

It had been a few months since you last saw him. It was raining.

"When it rains, look out for me."

You were about to give up and take a nap when you heard a familiar, monotone voice.

"[Name]."

Surprised, you turned around. There he was, drenched. However, he held a small smile that only you were allowed to see.

"Sasuke."

He walked to you and enveloped you into an embrace. You wrapped your arms around him, not caring that your clothes were starting to get soaked.

"I thought you weren't going to come."

It came out as a sad whisper. Tears had started to streak your face.

Sasuke clicked his tongue as you cried into his chest. "There were a lot of guards at the gate," he replied, "Konoha is starting to get better security. If it wasn't for the rain, I wouldn't have been able to sneak in. Now stop crying."

You let out a shaky laugh, forcing the tears to stop. "I'm just glad you're here."

He chuckled. "You worry too much, [Name]."

You looked up at him, smiling. "Sasuke, I love you."

"I love you, too, you idiot."

Hello~ This is for AbbieVanityCakes. In a recent update for her reader inserts story (or whatever you want to call it), Kuroko no Basket (Various x Reader), she asked for a fanfic. This is just a reader insert, but if you want a fanfic, I'll gladly make one.

I know Sasuke is a little (or a lot) OOC. I thought it would be cuter if a character, who is normally cold and arrogant, is soft and caring towards the one they love.
