LOCK DOWN STRIKES. SCHOOLS SHUT-DOWN.

MARCH 2020:

My dad passes away. And we had to travel to the rural area to lay him to rest and after that we heard the news that COVID-19 has strike South Africa and no one is allowed to travel anywhere.

My hurt is shattered, I've lost the only guy that has never broken my heart. Before he left he got me a new phone. I was very ill, but I never thought death will be a way to numb his pain. He was such a loving father.

It is now a week after his burial and I'm trying to cope with everything. I've tried all sorts of grieving remedies, I even went to as far as to ask Kate for Jayden's number.

Yes, it's absurd and I know that. I just wanted someone to talk to and I believe that Jayden I the perfect fit for it. Also it's almost a month I haven't seen him. Before the schools closed for Quarantine I hadn't seen him at school for weeks. I only last saw him when I found him laying unconsciously on the ground. I had to ask the janitor to help me take him to the nurse and that was the last time I saw him.

So today I am finally going to text him for the first time. There goes nothing.
