Sanjana Pov:

I just want to make him bleed. How can he talk like that? I started counting numbers so that I can control my anger. I rushed to the parking lot and got into my car.

"Calm down, Sanj" I started saying this. I closed my eyes to forget what happened today. I feel like an idiot, fool. How can I expect him to behave properly?

It was my fault to meet him, It was my fault for expecting him to apologize. After all he don't feel anything for his behaviour.

"Forget him.. Forget meeting him" I said holding my head. Suddenly, I heard my phone ringing. It was Cami.

"Hey!!" I said trying to sound calm and strong but I failedmiserably.

"What happened to you, Sanj?" she asked sensing my voice. Best friend right? She can even notice a small change in me. I'm miles away from her yet she can sense me completely.

"I'm fine, cami. Where are you now?" I asked as I have an appointment with her and Reyan.

"We just reached the location. I'm going in. Where are you? Between why are you sounding low? Am I missing something?" she asked without taking a break.

"I'll tell you when I meet you. Now bye. Will be there soon" I said and hung the call. I took a deep breathe and started to drive to the restaurant. I reached the place and went inside.

Where are these idiots? I thought and looked around. Suddenly, I heard Reyan's voice from my back. I turned towards the owner of the voice. He gave me a smile and crashed me with a hug. Woah!! This is not at all expected. I tried to release myself but he tightened the grip.

"Whoa!! Mr. Romeo , are you kill her or what?" Cami shouted loudly and he realized what he was actually doing.

"Oh!! I'm sorry" he said lowering his eyes giving me his cute dimple smile. He is looking different. What happened to him?

"I missed you a lot, Sanj" he said sliding his hand around my waist. I looked at Cami and literally begged her to rescue me. She walked towards me and pulled me towards her.

"We will be back in a minute" she said and dragged me out of the place. I'm really thankful to you, Cami.

"You are making him an idiot. See, how much he loves you. Why don't you move on, Sanj?" she asked holding my shoulders tightly. What? I already explained her everything then why is she asking me again. I don't feel anything for Reyan.

"Don't start again. I'm fed up with this" I said in a low voice. I really don't have any strength to argue with her.

"Why? Tell me the reason" she asked raising her eyebrows. She folded her hands and stood like an interrogator in front of me.

"My heart is not willing to move on and moreover, I don't feel anything for Reyan. My heart is not willing to imagine him as my partner" I said slowly so that she will understand the seriousness in my words.

"This happened because you saw him right? You were fine in Hamburg and everything changed here. Sidharth right? I'm gonna kill that bastard. He did something to you again" she shouted out of her lungs. Her face turned red stating that her insides are burning like volcano. She will burst soon. I thought.

"Shh.. Shh.. calm down Cami. I'll explain you everything but before that I should deal with Reyan. Now come on" I said and dragged her inside. I saw Reyan laughing at Alex's stupid jokes.

"Have you ordered?" I asked taking my seat which was unfortunately next to Reyan.

"I ordered your favorite dishes, Sanj" Reyan said again smiling. Sanj, do it. Spit it out. I thought. Soon, the food was served and I decided to start the conversation.

"Reyan, I need to talk to you" I said and he raised his head.

"Go on" he gestured with his hand and looked back into his plate. Come on.. do it. Sanj.

"I'm not interested in you" I said in one go and waited for him to react. He gave me a glance and again started eating. God!! Is he deaf?

"Reyan, are you okay?" I asked and he lifted his head.

"What? I know you are kidding so stop this right now. And let me finish this food" he said smiling. What the hell?

"I'm serious, Reyan. I'm seriously not interested in you so please don't waste your time around me. You deserve someone who is much better than me" I said and he left the spoon from his hand.

"What are you talking?.. " he asked slowly.

"Yeah, you never said you liked me but we have a lot of time right? I'm ready to wait for you, Sanjana. You are the best for me" he tried to explain me.

"No Reyan.. Please don't force me into this. I'm sorry" I said and turned to the other side as I can't face him again. I hurted him. He don't deserve this.

"Okay, bye" he said and got up from the place. He looked at me for one last time and left the place. I'm sorry Reyan. I really am.

"You broke him,Sanj" I heard Cami's voice. She told Alex to babysit Reyan. He went out and Cami jumped next to me.

"Are you happy now? You hurt him. Did you saw his last look? You broke him completely" Cami said. What should I do? I can't fake this right. I can't give up on my heart.

"What are you thinking?" Cami asked shacking me a little. I let out a deep breathe and held my head. What the hell is happening in my life? Why am I not ready to move on? Why am I hurting people? Why can't I die? Thinking about everything brought tears in my eyes.

"Hey!! what happened to you?" Cami asked feeling anxious.

"Sidharth" I said in merely audible tone. Why did I met him in the first place?

"Sidharth? Okay, what is he doing with you again? From where did he came out, Sanj?" she asked and I narrated the incidents which she was not aware off.

"Jerk!! Bastard!! How can he say like that? Sanj, tell me his address. I will go and murder him" she said gritting her teeth which brought a smile on my face.

"Listen, London is not a good placed for you. Let's go back to Hamburg. You can't stay here where that idiot stays" she said wiping my freely falling salty water.

"I'm not coming" I said and she raised her eyebrows.

"I need to take care of my father. He is the only one left for me on this planet and I'm not going to leave him alone. Moreover, he needs some one to take care of him. I know Edwin is there but I can't leave my father alone" I said and she gave me defeated look.

"Sanjana, you are destroying yourself. Your past is ruining your future. Are you getting it? Why are you so stubborn? Why can't you leave your past behind and give a fresh start?" she asked.

"I'm trying, but every time I try , it remembers me of him. It so easy to say but try it once, you will find how difficult it is. The memories will squeeze your heart, will make you cry and leaves you in pain"

"I know, I sound like a fool but it's true. Some people take few days to move on. Some may take few years but my memory is too good and I can't find a way to eliminate those things from my mind. I can't let my past go. But don't worry I will be fine because I have some people who really care for me " I said and she hugged me side ways.

"I need to go home, Cami . Dad will be waiting for me" I said and she broke the hug.

"Thanks for everything and take care of Reyan" I said and bid her. I got into my car and drove to my place. Today is a horrible day. I broke someone's heart. I really feel bad and guilty for my act. I know the pain yet I broke Reyan's heart. I just want to crash my bed and cry. I took a deep breath to control my emotions.

I reached my place. I got down from the car and went inside. I saw Edwin and Dad seriously discussing something.

"Edwin, she is here. We are waiting for you, Sanj" Dad said and I walked towards him. I sat next to him and my eyes fell on the desk. My heart stopped to beat for few seconds. I looked at my dad and he gave me a smile. Why the hell is he smiling now?

"Look, we got someone for you" Edwin said taking the photo copies from the desk. What now?

"How is he?" Dad asked and handled me the photo copies. What are you planing dad? What are Sidharth's photos doing here? My hands and legs started to tremble. God!! I'm gonna collapse.

"I want you to get married to this guy. He is Sidharth Malhotra, the son of one of the great business man Vikram Malhotra" Dad said and my head started spinning. What happened now? What did he just say? I can't even raise my voice.

"Sanj? Are you okay? Do you remember him? He is Nihaar's cousin" Edwin said with excitement.

"What happened? Why are you not talking anything?" Dad asked and I gave him an emotionless look.

"You might be in a shock, Sanj. I thought you would choose someone for yourself but you didn't so I took the charge and brought this match for you. He is a very good hardworking person, Sanjana. He is the best for you. I want you to get married soon because I don't want to die without completing my responsibility" Dad said with tears in his eyes.

"Do you want to know another good news? Mr. Sidharth agreed to marry you" Edwin said shocking me. Wait!! What??? How can he? He hates me for god sake then why the hell did he agreed? Sanj, this might be a wrong information. I thought.

"Are you sure?" I asked getting some strength and he nodded his head in yes. Why? Why is he doing this?

"I need rest" I said and excused myself. I went to my room and crashed my bed. Why is my destiny walking towards his? Why? What am I going to do now? Tears started rolling down my cheeks.

Sidharth pov:

I was working on my laptop and I heard a door knock. It must be Nihaar. I thought and got up from my bed. I walked towards the door and opened it.

"Congratulations!!" he said giving me a million dollar smile. For what? I gave him way and he entered with beer cans in his hands.

"What do you want now?" I asked folding my hands.

"Ahh.. I hate you, bhai" he said and jumped onto my bed. Tarki!! I too hate you. I thought. I took my laptop and walked towards the couch. I opened it and started working again.

"Hello!! don't you think you are doing some over action? " he asked and I looked at him from the laptop screen.

"Here, I'm waiting for you to speak and you are doing your own business. Come, let's drink and celebrate" he said and I gave him a what the hell look.

"What's there to celebrate? huh? What did you achieved? What did I achieved?" I asked shutting my laptop.

"Celebration is for you. You got your sole mate and it's time to celebrate" he said opening his beer tin. What the hell?

"She is not my soulmate, Nihaar. I want to my business to grow. That's the reason why I agreed to marry her" I said getting up from the couch.

"Okay, for you it's business. I understand. Then let's celebrate for your business" he said handling me the tin. I gave him a smirk and took a sip. Suddenly, I heard my phone ringing it was an unknown number. Who is calling me at this hour? I picked up the call.

"Hello!!" I heard a womanish voice. It just raised my heartbeat. I can recognize the voice. I know who is talking from the other end. I looked at Nihaar and he was busy with his phone. I went out and closed the door behind me.

"Hello!! Could I ask who is talking from the other end?" I asked though I know who it was.

"Sanjana" I got the reply. Her voice is merely audible stating her tiredness. I don't know why but it increased my heart rate.

"Why are you doing this,Sidharth?" she asked me. What is she talking about?

"I didn't get you, Miss" I said and she remained silent.

"Why did you agreed to the proposal?We both have some issues right then why?" she asked.

"So you came to know about the proposal. What's your decision? huh? I think you might be flying in air after hearing it" I said and I heard her sobbing.

"What do you think of me? I'm not happy with this, Sidharth. I just hate you for everything" she said. She hates me. What to feel?

"Then go and say no to this. We both can be free from this stupid thing" I said.

"I can't hurt my father, Sidharth. He is not well these days. I don't want to be a stress burden to him" I heard her voice. She is be crying badly.

"So your answer is yes right?" I asked and I didn't get any reply from her side. I can only hear her hiccups. Nothing else.

"Don't cry, Sanj. Don't cry. Go and say yes to this thing,Sanj. Let's deal with this, okay. And I'm sorry for everything. I know it's too late but I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have reacted like that. I should have explained you softly and nicely. I know you hate me but we have to do this together. Now good night. Go and sleep well" I said. My words even surprised me. I even apologized her. Surprise!!

"Good night, Sidharth" she said and I hung the call.
