Long update. I couldn't stop myself from writing today. 

So many things are going to happen in this chapter. Successfully completed nine chapters. Hope you are loving the story.

Here we go.

Sanajana Pov:

"Mujhse shaadi karogi ? [Will you marry me?] " he asked looking at the decorations which are arranged in the church. The church was beautifully decorated with lights and flowers. 

"What? These arrangements are for Cami and Alex" I said and he gave me a charming smile.

"let's get married,love" he said and dragged me inside. He took me to the dais and slided the ring into my finger. He asked me to slid the ring into his finger and I did it with shaking hands.

"Now you may kiss the bride" the priest announced and I heard everyone clapping. I looked at the person standing in front of me. He gave me a smile pulling me close to him.

"Now you are Mrs. Sidharth Malhotra" he whispered in my ears and I shouted in horror.

I looked at my surrounding and then I realized what just happened. It was a DREAM. I was sweating profusely and my heart beat rate was high. My hands and legs are literally shaking. I looked at the clock and it was 5:00 Am.

What kind of dream is that? Why am I getting married to Sid? Why are you haunting me like this, Sidharth? Why? What have I done to you? Tears started rolling down my eyes. I got up from bed and went to the balcony. I stood near the window and cried my heart out. 

Why is this happening to me? Why am I dreaming about Sidharth? I collapsed on the floor and started weeping badly. 

"Sanj!! This is just a dream. Don't cry like an idiot" my inner voice mocked me.

"No!! This can't be happened. How can I marry him?"

"Yeah, how can you marry that rascal? This is a night mare, Sanjana. You are not going to shed your tears for this stupid dream" I thought and wiped my eyes. I stood up and took a deep breathe.

"This is just a dream. This is not going to happen in real so please stop worrying" I said to myself and tried to smile a little. I sat on the couch and relaxed myself. 

"Forget about it" I started saying this as a mantra and closed my eyes.

"Sanj!! Wake up, sleepy head" I heard a voice. I felt like someone shaking me. I opened my eyes slowly and I saw Edwin. He gave a smile and I rubbed my eyes.

"Good Morning, sista. Why are you sleeping here? It's so cold outside. And did you cried?" he asked looking straight into my eyes. 

"Morning, brother" I said yawning. He took my face into hands and rubbed my cheeks gently.

"What happened, Sanjana?" he asked with concern. He is not my own brother yet he cares a lot about me. Lucky to have him in my worthless life.

"Nothing. I just got a bad dream and it scared the hell out of me. I cried a little and then I slept here" I said giving him a weak smile.

"What kind of dream was it?" he asked.

"Leave about it, bro. Not in a mood to talk about the nightmare. I'll go and fresh up" I said and excused myself. I went to my room and did my morning chores. My thoughts were still revolving around the dream. I don't get, why I always think about him. I don't get, why my heart is not willing to move on. I cleared my thoughts and went down.

I saw dad and Edwin discussing something. I greeted them and sat next to my dad.

"Sanjana, I just came to know about your smart work. I got a call from our clients and they are praising you dear, what magic did you cast on them? We finally got the project" he said smiling widely. He came to know about the mission which Edwin and I took care off.

"Dad, it was all Edwin's work. He presented the information well. All the credits goes to him" I said looking at Edwin and he raised his eye brows.

"You are the one who convinced them, Sanj. You were so good at your speech and you have explained everything in a polite and humble way. That's the reason why we got this project " Edwin said smiling.

"I'm proud of you, Sanjana. You both did a great job" Dad said hugging me sideways. I'm really happy to see my dad smiling. I just want to see him like this always.

Suddenly, I heard my phone ringing. It was Cami.

"Hey Darling!!" I said picking up the call with a smile on my face. 

"You are a bitch" she shouted from the other end. God!! what the hell happened to her? Did she broke up with Alex? 

"What happened, Cami? Are you okay?" I asked slowly. I'm hell scared of her anger. She don't know what she talks when she is pissed off.

"What happened? I don't think this as a right question. And to your second question, the answer is I'm not okay because of you my dear" she said in one go. ME? What have I done?

"Do you remember when you last talked to me? huh? I'm an idiot to wait for your calls right?" well, you are an idiot cami, I thought.

"I'm sorry dear. I'll make it up for you. Now don't be angry" I said sweetly using all my charm.

"Listen, we are here in London. Me, Alex and Reyan " she said shocking me. What the hell are they doing in London? 

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Me and Alex came here for Vacation and Reyan came for you" she said stressing the word you. God!! I'm helpless. I'm making him wait for me. 

"Okay, let's catch up tonight" I said without asking about Reyan. I don't want to talk about him. 

"huh? What? Are you ignoring Reyan?" she asked me and I remained silent.

"Answer me, you idiot" she shouted.

"I don't know yaar. My heart is not willing to move on. I can't just ignore my heart and follow my mind dumbly. He is my friend and I can't think more than it. He will be my friend forever" I said feeling sorry for Reyan.

"What the hell are you talking? Why are you still thinking about that bastard? He is dead and he doesn't exist in your life" she said. He is not dead, Cami . He is still in my life. He is even coming into my dreams. I thought.

"Did I mention that I saw him in London? Did I mention that I met him here? Did I mention about his cousin saving my life? Did I mention about my dreams?" I posed a series of questions and there is no response from the other side.

"Cami, are you there?"

"What?" she almost shouted. 

"Let's catch up tonight at a restaurant and I'll explain you everything. And ask Reyan to come. I'll tell him that I'm not interested in him" I said and hung the call.   

Sidharth pov:

Everything happens for a reason. I know that quote but I just want to know the reason. What should I do now? Should I agree to marry her? But how can I? I don't want a life partner. I lost my love once and there is no chance of falling into the trap again.

"What will you do now? What about your family? What about your dream? Don't tell me you are leaving your dreams behind" mocked my brain. 

"What have I left to do? Do I have any other option?" I asked myself clenching my fist.

"Well, you have an option. Marrying her" I got the reply. See, even my brain in working wrong. How can I marry Sanjana? I closed my eyes and her face flashed in front of me. Then something got struck in my head. 

"Why will she agree to marry me? That day, I saw her phone wallpaper, she was with her boy friend. Yeah, you are a Genius, Sid. She is in a relation. She will reject you for sure" I thought and it confronted me. I stood near the window and suddenly some one opened the door without knocking. Who the hell? I turned back and was surprised to see Nihaar. What the hell is he doing here?

He was looking serious. What happened to him now? Then, he broke the ice by asking me about the scrapbook. I cursed myself for not keeping it back in its place. I shouted on him for taking what's mine. 

Then I realized what I did. How could I shout on my cousin? God!! I'm messed up. My brain is not even functioning properly. I'm hurting my loved ones. Morning, I shouted on my dad and now, on Nihaar. What am I doing? This is all because of this marriage thing. I don't know why but I felt weak, tears started rolling down from my eyes. Immediately, Nihaar engulfed me with a hug and consoled me. I revealed everything about Sanjana and this marriage thing.

"What are you going to do now?" he asked and I decided to speak my thoughts out.

"Will you marry her, Sid?" he asked with some curiosity in his voice. 

"Nihaar, what do you think of marriage?huh?" I posed him a question. 

"What do you mean?" he asked in return and I smiled.

"Listen, this is a two side thing. Even if I agreed to this, she will not agree to marry me because she is in a relationship with another guy" I said smiling and he gave me a confused look. What the hell? I got the solution for this fucking problem.

"Are you crazy? How did you know she is in a relationship? huh? Can you prove that?" he asked. What's there to prove? LHS will be equal to RHS for sure. 

"I saw her phone wallpaper" I said and he gave me a what-the-hell-look.

"You are dumb, Sid. I don't know how you are ruling this business world. Listen, he might be her friend too. So stop your silly plans and ready to marry her" he said in one go. God!! I'm not going to marry her. 

Immediately, I took my intercom and asked my PA to come into my cabin.

"Sir, what can I do for you?" Miss. Sarah asked firmly.

"I want the details of Miss. Sanjana Joshi. Daughter of Mr. Arvind Joshi. I want everything from where she studied to what is she doing now. I also want her personal details. I need them in two hours. I hope I made my point clear" I asked and she nodded.

"And take the help of our P.I, David" I said and she left the cabin leaving me and Nihaar.

"What are you doing,Sid?" he asked walking towards me.

"Trying to prove that she is in a relationship" I said looking into my files. 

"Well, what if you are wrong? Will you marry her?" he asked. Why the hell is everyone so curious about my marriage? 

"I'll go with my plan B and don't ask me what it is. Because I'm not going to reveal to you" I said and he rolled his eyes. He left my cabin banging the door.

I was thinking about my future and suddenly, I heard a door knock. I asked them to come in.

"Sir, I got the details of Ms. Sanjana Joshi" Sarah said handling me a file. 

"What did you find out?" I asked.

"She is an interior designer sir. She is working for Rosewood Hotels. Currently, she is living in Hamburg with her friend Cami Willams" Sarah said and I released a deep breathe. Who wants to know all these details? I'm not writing a biography on her. I thought.

"What about her relationship status?" I asked waiting for a positive answer. 

"She is Single, sir. She is not dating or in relationship with anyone" Sarah said shocking me. This is impossible. My instincts are always right but what happened this time. She should have a boy friend.

"Are you sure, Sarah?" I asked again.

 "This file was given by David, Sir. He is always right" I asked her to leave and I got up from my seat. What the hell is happening? I clenched my fist and hit the wall. David is always right, I trust his words. She is single for sure. I ragged my hair in frustration.

Why the hell is she not in a relationship?Why will she say no? She will not say no to this marriage after all I was the guy she loved once. She will be happy for this. What am I going to do? 

Suddenly, I heard my phone ringing. It was Nihaar. What now? I picked up the call and heard him laughing.

"What?" I shouted hitting the wall which is in front of me.

"See, you are wrong" he said chuckling.

"Who revealed the matter to you? My assistant right? I'm gonna fire her. She is not the right person for this job" I shouted my lungs out.

"Hey!! why are you getting angry? I have my own agents to get the information, man and don't shout like an Godzilla. Your lungs will get hurt" he snapped at me. How dare is he? He is going to die in my hands for sure. His death will be so horrible. 

"Stop cursing me, my dear cousin. I have a long life time so you can't kill me" he said smiling and my blood started to boil.

"Now listen, I have something important to tell. It will make you angry but trust me it's for your good" he started. What is he saying? What the hell did he do now? He is scaring me.

"I met your girl" he said. MY GIRL? Who? Then it struck me. He is talking about Sanjana. Fuck!! When did she became my girl? Why did he met her?

"Why?" I asked controlling my anger on him.

"Hey, did you forget, she promised me that she will give me a treat. I texted her the address and we met" he clarified. 

"Why are you telling me all this? Why?" I asked.

"Because, I revealed something important to her" he started. What's that?

"I told that you were the one who saved her that day" he bluttered out giving me shock. Why the hell did he revealed it? What is he thinking of me? He is seriously becoming my foe. I hate him. I will make him regret for sure.

"Now, she is coming to your place to meet you. I did it because of you. You wanted to apologize her right? Do it now. You should be thanking for what I did okay. And one more thing, she doesn't know about this marriage thing. So handle carefully. Bye and take care Sid" he said and hung the call.
