Chapter Five:Ten Years Later
Today was Braelyn's Sixteenth Birthday and everyone was in the back she only wanted a few family members and only a few friends over and all of us my mom and dad xigbar,riku,kairi,xion,sora,my mom and dad and a girl name paine braelyn and her became really close in elementary school and her friends yuna and rikku and declan says as we walk in the back yard.

Where the music equipment was set up "ok sis I heard this song and I just wanna thank you for always being there for me and I know I am older than you by one year but thanks for making me a fighter".

I smile over at my son and I wink at him and then he continues "and dad I wouldn't be the man I am today without you and mom had alot to do with that to and I love you guys" I blow a kiss at him and he smiles as tidus and gippal step on stage and tidus was on keyboard and declan was playing his electric guitar and gippal on drums and he sings the first line.

They smile at us declan nodds to gippal and tidus and they step on stage with us and declan grabs his guitar and I grab the microphone and I look back at declan and I look nervous because I usually can't hold the note and declan see's me nervous he steps up and he whispers "don't worry about the note if you believe you can hold it then do it but do it if you want to alright?".

I nodd to him he smiles and he steps back and I inhale and exhale and then I grab the microphone and I sing the first line as I hear declan's guitar

Declan attacks Braelyn in a hug and he says "I knew you could do it" she hugs him and I say as braelyn looks at me and I move a strand of hair behind her ear and I say "I am so proud of you" she smiles that grin I knew all to well and hugs me and then axel says "alright guys I got a new song wanna hear it?".

I nodd and axel kiss me forehead and he sits on a stool on the back porch with a acoustic guitar in his hand and he says "when I went on my singing career I didn't know about you braelyn but your mom there knew me all to well he knew that I would just drop everything but one plus person came out of that if your mom had told me that you existed then I wouldn't have gotten with declan's mother and declan wouldn't had been a possibility and like your moma says it was worth it".

Declan reaches for my hand and locks our fingers together I smile over at him and he says "and whats so funny is the night I was in the hospital your mom there said he was sorry for keeping you from me braelyn and then I said I forgave a long time ago and I did and I'm so proud of both of you declan when I look at you I see demyx your heart is so pure you bring joy to whoever you meet and braelyn you act just like me oh lord like we need another axel in the house" braelyn laughs and he says "but this song is called waiting".

Axel smiles at the end and I walk up to him and I hug him and then braelyn walks up and hugs him and when everyone went home I was in our room and declan he was in my old room minus all the pictures of me and axel and the kids was in there rooms and I was standing in mine and axels room we all moved into my old house.

Since it was bigger axel and declan moved in when braelyn was ten and I feel hands go around my waist I smile because I know who it is and I say "you still got it baby" he chuckles and I say "that was a good song" he kisses the back of my head and I say as we stand in front of the window "thank you".

I turn around and face him and he asks "for what babe?" I grin and I wrap my arms around his neck as he wraps his hands around my waist "just for giving me this life and giving me love and kids just for always being there" he smiles and he rubs a strand of hair behind my ear and he says "you don't have to thank me for that I do it because I love you and I made a mistake of letting you go last time and I'm not doing that again".

I smile and he kisses me on the lips and he says "and when declan was a kid and he started calling you mom I felt like he didn't need me anymore and I know thats stupid because he's always gonna need me and you but it made me feel".

I grab his cheek and I say "jealous?" he nodds and I smile and I say "I'll never replace demyx or you thats one role I will not fill because only you knows how to be you" he smiles liking that answer and he says "I love you my roxy" I smile as I start to play with his hair "and I love you always".
