{Dick's POV}
After a very boring lecture we were finally looking around for a new home while also avoiding Batman. It was such a relief that Tim had suggested that our (mostly Jason and my) house shouldn't be near our base. We were dressed normally. Jay was wearing his favorite shirt, a Poison Ivy shirt that had said villain with plants surrounding her. He wore his typical black jeans. I was wearing my Catwoman shirt... I guess you can already tell what our conversation was mostly about.

"I swear Dick, Poison Ivy is a better villain. She isn't scared to do what she thinks is right"

"Yeah, but she has no morals about death. Catwoman on the other hand is a thief and she is damn good at her job."

"She's only good at her job because she seduces Batman every chance she gets" Jason looked around at the houses around us. "Hey, look. There's an empty apartment up there"

"How can you tell it's empty?"

"Because it looks abounded, Dick" We walked towards the apartment. Jason went to one of the windows to see that it's boarded up. "See even the windows are boarded up"

I roll my eyes and try the door. It opened easily. I looked at the lock and see it was broken slightly. We're gonna have to fix that if we stay here. I look inside and notice it's dark and dusty. There's no proof of anyone ever being in there for a long time. "Huh, guess you were right"

"See and you doubted me" Jay pushes past me into the house. "Could definitely be cleaner"

"It's empty. What do you expect a butler that makes the best cookies?" I probably would have continued if I didn't hear a cough behind me. Both me and Jay whipped around. "Terry! Carrie! What are you guys doing here?"

Carrie smiled. "You guys need to be more aware. We have been stalking you for 15 minutes"

Terry nodded and looked around "So this is your new base"

Me and Jay shared a look "Yup" We synchronized.

Finally done with this. I wanted to add more Batfam characters, but I didn't know how to add them in while also using the plot, but I found a way so yeeee. Also I kinda had a writers block.
