Mya's POV

"You're late again!" Naruto yelped, jumping up from his spot on the ground. Sakura looked up from where she was sitting, clearly irked at the pair of us. Sasuke just grunted, standing up too. Kakashi smiled anyway, waving in greeting. I trailed behind him awkwardly, my lips pursed. How am I going to do this without slipping up? This was the Team 7, I'm bound to say something suspicious sooner or later.

"Yo!" The Hatake greeted, giving the annoying trio a closed-eye smile. "Sorry for being late. That was Kakashi's fault," I apologised. Kakashi shrugged, walking over to his students. "Today, Mya will start her training. We'll just focus on controlling it," He said, turning to me. "Let's start with finding it first."

I nodded, determined to utilise my power. Kakashi gave me some chakra paper, already knowing that I knew what it was from what we talked about yesterday. "Alright, to use your chakra you have to reach deep inside you. Feel for the warm energy, and try to pull it out. Control it so it reaches your fingertips."

I listened to what he said, and closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. I did what Kakashi instructed me, reaching for that warm energy that felt different from everything else. I drew it to my fingertips, trying to keep it under control. I opened my eyes and saw the paper had wrinkled.

"You have lightning chakra!" Naruto exclaimed, grinning at me. "Epic!" I grinned back. Chidori, bitch. "Roses are red, violets are blue," 'something, something, something, or I'll chidori you!'

"Something, something, something? That's the best you've got?"

'Stop judging me you overgrown volcano.'

"...overgrown...volcano? What does that even-"

Kakashi told Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura to spar while he spoke to me. "We'll work on chakra control before you learn anything else. Now that you know where to draw it from, we can start." He explained. "You have a lot of chakra, so we'll need to get it under control quickly. To control it, start with climbing trees."

Okay. So I'm going to break my neck.

Kakashi went to begin explaining when I opened my mouth. "So...I draw the chakra to the soles of my feet, and try to control equal amounts as I walk up the tree trunk?" I question, and Kakashi raises an eyebrow as he nods. While we did talk about chakra yesterday, things like chakra natures and ways it can b utilised, the 'climbing trees' exercise was never mentioned. Kakashi's probably questioning how I know that. I just hope he doesn't vocalise his concerns.

"Smartass." Yami comments. 'Silence, peasent.'

"Alright then. I'll give you a kunai," He hands me a kunai as he says that, "you can use this to make markings on the tree. Make sure to concentrate equal amounts in each foot. Not too much, not too little. Go find a tree and begin; I'll be standing by the others and watching you."

"You're going to break something." The demon sighed, and I just had to agree, This is where i'll meet my end. Too bad I won't be able to watch season 4 of My Hero Academia. "You won't be able to watch it anyway, dipshit. Unless you find a way to go back and forth between these two dimensions, you won't be able to enjoy any of those things ever again."

'I know, I know! I should try to find a way to go back and forth between this world and the one I grew up in. I love being in this world, but I guess...I still miss my old world. Even if I'm happier here.' I responded, pondering. I'm happy here, but...it's not like I can just let my old world go. I think it'll always be apart of me.

Kakashi began towards the others as I sought out a tree. I stared up at one, tall and thick, just like the rest. Getting a good grip on my kunai and narrowing my eyes, I took on a running stance a small ways away from the tree. I took a deep breath and began towards hulking plant - I put one foot on the trunk and concentrated chakra, then-

"FUCK!"

"Called it."

'We both did, Yami. We both did- ah fuck, this shit really hurts-'

"Are you okay?" Sakura called over to me, and I turned my head to face them. Naruto was looking at me with concern while Sasuke just scoffed. Fucking bitch. Too bad I'm totally gonna befriend him and convince him not to kill Itachi. I should get started doing that soon. Ah, priorities, priorities.

"Yeah I'm fine, just- I think I dislocated mY FUCKING ANKLE OUCH JESUS CHRIST FUCKING BITCH-"

"Calm down, Mya-chan! We'll- uh- we'll take you to the hospital?" Naruto tried to assure, looking to Kakashi. He just sighed, seemingly done with life. I can't say I blame him. The amount of shit he's gone through and is about to go through is terrifying. "One of you can take her. I'll stay here with whoever continues training."

Naruto nodded and came closer to me. He lifted me up as carefully as he could, gently adjusting his grip before starting towards the hospital. "You have to be more careful, Mya-chan! We can't have you hurting yourself every time you try to climb the tree!" Naruto nagged. I raised my eyebrows at him. "Have you met me? I've broken so many bones, Izuku Midoriya has nothing on me." I sassed back.

"...Who?"

"A-Ah...uh..."

"lmao, you fucked up."

'I'm always fucking up, you don't have to point it out, dipshit.'

"He's just a character from a book...that I like," I coughed awkwardly, wincing. At my dumbassery or at the pain in my foot, I wouldn't know. Maybe it was both. "He breaks his bones a lot." I averted my eyes.

"Oh, ok! You like reading?" Naruto seemed excited to get to know me. I have to be careful. "Well, yeah. Not as much as other hobbies I have." I mentioned. I think he might be trying to distract me from the throbbing pain in my ankle. Bless.

"Like what? Maybe we have a hobby in common!" The blond beamed down at me. He was so bright, I almost had to squint. What the fuck? "I like to garden a lot, I guess that's my main one," I told him. I should buy some gardening stuff, start one on the balcony. There was a balcony, wasn't there? "Yes, Mya, there was a balcony."

"Wow! I can help you start one if you want! You just moved here, right?" Naruto offered, but before I could answer, I saw the hospital come into view. I nodded to him, before saying, "Let's get this shit over with."
