This was originally my third ever fan fic and got revived into a favorite that spread onto this whole idea that I never thought was possible. 

For those that did not read Love and Swing, don't worry. But, these are one offs and about Christmas where they are already a couple. 

That said, I hope you like this one.

As someone who was raised by the church for the majority of her life, Xenovia knew the bounds of Christmas. But was she truly embracing the joy that it brings around the world to countless people? Not entirely. Maybe a small piece of the whole big picture.

Although lucky for her there was her boyfriend (FN) that brought out the better in her. The one who had her feel more intelligent, confident, beautiful and quite sexy, and in many ways made her feel better.

"My love." She called. "It's Christmas Eve and we don't work for the next few days. Are you free today? Or did Rias assign you a job?"

He chuckled. "Well, there is work to be done."

"We're not in high school Dear. Out with it." She complained.

"Ya know Nova, I've put a lot of thought into the season. And making sure your stuff is hidden." He winked.

"My future husband got me gifts?" She smiled. "You managed to hide them?"

"Well, let's just say I had help." Don't try and read my thoughts ongoing right now either. You find out Christmas morning. "Fair, right?"

"I was wondering about Christmas Eve. Simply because, I do have some plans for us. If, you know where I'm going with this." She heavily hinted the bedroom.

"Indeed I do. Bought in bulk too." Pointing out to a big box of condoms in the drawer under the lamp.

"One day we won't need them my love. One day."

"Let's wait for the right time. There isn't any rush."

She giggled. "Well Honey, we graduated high school. We are of drinking age. Money isn't an issue and Rias is very kind when it comes to us getting scheduling. So really, I'm curious as what time you are thinking. I'm well nurtured and you can't be the only one nourishing on my breasts forever." 

"Well Xenovia, come with me." He took her by the hand and started to walk towards the Christmas tree. One only a construction team or magic could be the reasoning for it being in the living room nearing close to maybe 26 feet (about 8 meters) tall. Then grabbed her waist. She smiled. 

"(FN) Honey, what's this feeling?" Xenovia pondered.

"How many times have we celebrated underneath one of these trees Love?" He winked.

"This is year five. Why?"

"You see the snow outside? Seeing you in a hot Santa dress and dancing around the Christmas tree with you? I really want to tell you something Xenovia. Let's talk about us. Because you're the most important thing to me."

She was startled by the his approach. "Us? Is everything okay?"

"Yes. But I wanted to let you know how much I cherish you. You are the only woman in my life. From high school to now I want us to have all of these moments."

Rias looked over and started to round up all of her peerage. They would want to see this. This was her cue to see how this was going to turn out. What Issei, Akeno, and the others would witness they would have to take notes. There was stories, film, and this being the reality. A golden Christmas moment. 

"What other moments?" Xenovia was curious. She liked plain speaking. Words that weren't sugar coated. Straight, blunt, and honest was her style. It always has been. And with (FN) there were countless times where he could translate her thoughts for her. 

"Honey I want more of these moments. We have places we want to be, places to eat, and maybe there's spots on a few maps we haven't checked out yet. Right?" 

"I do suppose there are some destinations and restaurants. Yes." Xenovia answered.

"Much to do. After the holidays are over we got to make a bucket list of things we want to do. Together or not. It could be a spa day,  beach spot, anything and everything we can. Because I want to see what we can do together before we settle down. Sound good?"

"Why now Dear?" Xenovia was trying to add it up. 

"Because, I have wanted to do this for the last few months now." He reached for his back pocket and held out a black box. Then grabbing her hand with his opposite arm and got down to a knee. "Xenovia do you have any idea how long you and I have thought about a life together?"

"Quite long..." She was stunned. Watching her lover open the box to see the shine come from the inside. "Diamonds? Honey, what's going on?"

"Xenovia, I do want babies with you. And more. I want us to have a fun and healthy life together. We will work everything out. I promise. There's moments for us to cherish forever. And I want us to start the next chapter now. Xenovia, will you marry me? Can I be your dream husband?" 

Xenovia had a silver tear drop from her eyes. In the back of her mind she always wanted to be whole. Mostly it meant bearing children to a strong man. Although with time she wanted to be a wife to someone who made her better. The man in front of her checked off the boxes. "Darling YES!" She pulled him up and kissed him.

Everyone clapped and cheered. One couple was getting married. He put the ring on her finger and hugged her tightly. "So, together we attack all of our goals. Deal?"

"Deal. Although you won't forget our little ones, right?"

"Like I said Nova, let's have fun and we will have plenty of time for a child."

"Good. I don't say we need to make a baseball team, but surely we can love each other like rabbits, right?"

He blushed. "Nova. Come on. We're in public."

"Sorry Dear. But I love you." She giggled. "And you've made a Christmas I'll never forget."

"I try Xenovia. I try. For now, let's enjoy Christmas and worry about the rest later. Like I said, we have plenty of time for everything." He grinned.

"Everything?" She winked

"Everything." He winked back.
