Alright then.  

It's about time to wake up for today and to do that, Relic needed to get up and actually get his stuff together.

Quickly slipping on some actual clothes, the mage boy now slowly looked about the messy room for anything that belonged in his inventory.  First things first, he grabbed the carved stone placed next to his bed.

Runic Bow Collected

Ah yes, this thing was by far the most important of Relic's gear, being his main weapon in the fight against.....whatever the time called for.  This carved stone, while not necessary bow shaped, had the remarkable ability to take form once enough of his own energy was channeled through it.

This lovely bit of craftmanship was his most trusted possession, being a gift from his late father...In a way it sort of gave him a connection to him, despite the fact he never really got to meet him...

Well, that is enough sentimentalism for this morning.  Time for a bit more collecting.

Looking through the drawers and containers around the place the boy was able to find a few more items to make his inventory look a little more furnished.

Lighter collected

That's about good enough.  6 items seemed like a good start.  It's a good thing the only things that actually have any weight on Relic carrying capacity was the potion and lighter, seeing as the rest of the items are sort of quest essential.  At best, he could carry like 4 more things.

Okay, that settles equipping up.  It was now time to move on.  Perhaps now was the time to explore downstairs and uncover the source of this lovely sugary smell lofting up into this room.
