(Vox's POV)

Vox was having an overall good day considering the fact that he lives down in hell.

Work had and is going great, living with his two best friends samt fellow overlords Velveet and Valentino was still going amazingly well but then again they had met one another shortly after each of them ended up in hell, so I knew them both almost as well as the back of My very own hand..

However one thing that might have a slight chance of making problems between Me and Valentino might be the very fact that I seem to have feelings for his number one porn star!
and on top of that I still haven't even told Angel about My feelings not even Velvet or Valentino knew about those jet.

I sighed before pulling out My phone and I could just get it out of the way by sending a message to each of them? I bite into My lip hard why did just living here in hell have to be so very damm hard!
I also really didn't want to destroy the friendship that I have with both Valentino and Velveet.
But then again the signs that Angel had been giving out those last two weeks was a bit too much of a possible sign that he might even have feelings for Me in return and if not then
I don't know how to read people anymore....
I placed My phone back into My pocket and walked over to the window maybe some air or a cold bath would do Me good clear My head of the things and of all of those thoughts running though My head.

I was just about to open the window when I had noticed something a new soul was coming from earth normally it happens every day however a normally soul that we get is the color of red or white but this one however is a light purple?
There's got to be an important reason for that
and I watched as it hit the ground behind an old abandoned appointment, and I better get there to check it out fast before someone else finds out whatever there's so special with this new soul?

Especially since I'm sure that I'm not the only person down here to have seen that new light!
My eyes quickly moved to the carmar near My desk and I teleported Myself going through the carmars in the studio and out to the streets.
before quickly crossing the road next to nobody seems to be out today but then again it was early in the morning.

Stepping back onto the road I looked both ways, no one perfect. so I quickly went behind the building it should be somewhere around here that the purple light had landed,

I kept quiet, slowly walking around suddenly My phone started to ring and I took it with a sigh.
It was Valentino!

Wonder what he wants?

I picked up and Valentino's voice began from the phone.

"Vox where are you...." I heard him say and now I'm confused about what he meant, did we have something to attend to tonight?

I couldn't remember if we did!

"Val what's up? What's the matter?" I asked him

"Did you really forget about Velveet's all new fashion show?" Valentino explained.

Wait her show.....

Fuck that was tonight!

Shit!

I was about to open My mouth to tell Valentino to stool for time enough so that I could make it back when a small sound cut My full attention.
"5 minutes and I'll be there Val," I mumbled into the phone before I quickly hung it up.

I slowly walked closer to where the sound that I had just heard was clearly coming from and after moving some stuff out of the way I froze as My eyes landed on a sense of where a small human girl was but she was crying and shaking, while three other demons were moving closer to her with each of them holding what semse to be a knife.

They were probably gonna kill her?
Should I even jump in?
I'm an overlord after all so to take them all out whoud be of a no sweat concern at all.
I decided to keep still and just watch unless they really does touch her!

I watched as her eyes wide and saw as she literally speaking turned into a monster!
A long tail had appeared, horns and even her eyes had changed color she didn't look like a human at all anymore... Hold on a second, She looks just like Lucifer's daughter Charlie in that form? but just with pink hair and younger!

I began looking though My database for any kind of an explanation of why she looked just like Lucifer's daughter? with the only difference here being age, hair color and eye color but also if you take it the fact that she's actually human.
But no explanation came to Me that whoud even come a little bit close to explain any of it...
I snapped back to reality when she turned back to normal however there were still one of them left, I noticed as he took a swing at her with the knife while she was changing and I saw as he sliced her access her stomach before sticking the knife deep into her right shoulder, making the girl scream out in pain as the guy pulled the knife out of her shoulder before he pushed the girl away from him making the girl land on the ground just laying there bleeding while she was breathing in and out deeply trying to accomplish staying awake.

"I'm going to enjoy this child," said the guy just before he slowly began taking off his pants..
It only took Me a single second to actually realize just what in the hell the guy wanted to do with her, he was going to fuck her! then probably going to kill her afterwards!..

Just hurting a small child is bed enough!
but to even think about fucking her afterwards
I know that this is hell and all of that but still!
I stood there frozen as I hesitated for a moment, wondering about what a human child was doing in Hell. But then, I noticed as the little girl moved some of her hair away from the left side of her neck that she actually had a very familiar demon mark on the left side of her neck and not just because of that did I decide to actually step in and quickly stop the guy. "Hey!" I called out loudly getting their full attention onto Me.

The guy apparently knowing who I am uttered a surprised "Vox?" At seeing Me out of all people being here.

"Leave!" I spoke up while taking a step closer.

He began reaching for the girl but My voice stopped him just inches away from touching her, "Leave by yourself, I'll take care of the girl?" I snapped at him making him sigh before he left us there. I waited until he was out of My line of sight before slowly moving over to the little girl.

"S... stay away d! don't touch Me!" The little girl mumbled while her big green eyes started to close themselves despise her fighting to stay awake.

"Shhhh I'll take care of you, I'm Vox what's your name?" I said in a quiet and calm voice because knowingly of the thought that she was scared and still frightened by what had not only just happened but also about what was even going on at this point.

"I... I'm N-" she didn't get to finish as she passed out going limp on the ground laying on her side still bleeding because of her injuries.

I only knew one single thing at this point and that was actually that this was not just some little ordinary human girl.

So without a second thought, I picked up the small girl holding her against My chest while being careful with all of the injuries on her body and I watched as she opened her eyes a little bit before they closed once again.

I couldn't help but smile at the sight and at the thought of Me holding a small girl, A human girl to say the least..

Suddenly there was a soft sound from My pocket and taking My phone with My free hand I looked at the message to see that it was from Velveet..

To Vox:
Vox I need you and Valentino here now?
My show is starting soon!

I grinned it was just like her, putting to much onto her hands of different things at the same time and not being able to pick between them..
I looked at the girl again before I began making My way back to the V-tower.
They are sure gonna be superised when I get back! especially Valentino who I know just love children!
