- We, the three admins and one mystery judge will read the book and each of us will judge it, ranking the book from 1 to (number of entries) -

- With rank 1 having 25 points, rank 2 - 22 points, rank 3 - 20 points, and so on. Might change - depends on the number of entries -

- We will base it on the creativity of the author; title, subtitles/quotes, the grammar, plot, the pacing, the flow of story, the characters - however they are written, out of character if not. We will judge it. The cover of the book might also be an additional point, for there are also the people who worked their arse off for that cover ;) -

- The founder of this GFWattys is emoshun, as well as the main admin. The other two chosen admins are thefabulousbri and Jay-spell. The mystery judge, is, well... a secret.

- I am really sorry about those who will change their story titles/usernames. I can't edit it without having that book lose all the votes -

- The main awards like Dipper Pines, Bill Cipher, Love Stories, will receive the sticker. The special awards such as Best Cover, Best Storyline, and Best Title will just receive 15 extra votes. Yes, there will be three winners of each special awards.

But isn't it nice to put those on your book description? The winner of (insert category) and Best Title/Cover/Storyline in the 2016 Gravity Falls Watty? -

- The best cover and best title participants will be hand-picked by a multiple of people, but please don't be sad or angry at us if yours aren't chosen -

- The best storylines, however, will be mostly based on the public's votes. But we'd still judge if that book deserve it or not. This time, you should comment the title and the author's name, for there are way too many entries to fit in a chapter -
