Soldier: It's a Leviathan! It began its approach during your battle! We need you!

Our eyes widen from shock upon hearing that a Leviathan Grimm was approaching Argus... And it had to happen after we trashed the Colossus... We're so fucked...

Me: Of fucking course... It had to happen after we trashed Discount Iron Giant...

Manta 2-2: We're getting slammed by hostiles out here! Where is Cordovin!?

Cordo: This is your fault! Do you hear me!?

Me: You're one to talk! Considering you came after us with a Giant fucking mech just so your ego could grow! Dumb old hag!

???: Ruby!

We turned around to see Blake and Yang carrying an injured Tyros to us.

Celeste: Tyros! Are you okay!?

Tyros: Heh... I'll live...

Ruby: Yang! Blake! Are you okay?

Blake: *realizes the Colossus* What happened.

Before anyone could answer, the Leviathan in the distance roared.

Tyros: The hell was that!?

Yang: Was that a giant Grimm??

Weiss: Yes... and we just ruined the only thing capable of stopping it...

Everyone began to board the airship to get out of here. I was about to but... I felt a pair of eyes on me... I looked behind me and saw... an Owl? It was black and white with red eyes... Was that...

Neo: Big brother, get on!

Me: O-Oh, right!

I hopped on the ship and looked back to there the Owl was... but it was gone... strange...

Cordo: This is your fault!!! YOUR FAULT!!! This is...

Soldier: Ma'am, what's your status!? We need an answer, over!

Cordo: *dejected* ...Your fault...

Blake was apologizing for failing her part of the mission but... we couldn't blame her... Adam... he sabotaged the mission...

Blake: I'm so sorry...

Yang: Don't be. This isn't on you.

Kuraime: Yeah, no one could have predicted him to show up.

Blake: But-

Me: Listen Kitty... None of that matters anymore... We're just glad you're safe...

I smiled at her, causing her to smile back at me.

Ruby: Yeah. All that matters is that you're safe.

Ruby pulled Blake into a hug which she gladly returned. I then looked at Tyros.

Me: Glad to see you're not dead yet.

Tyros: Hmph, as if I'd died that easily. *smirks*

I just smirked back at him and held a fist out to him. He chuckled before we fist bumped.

Maria: I suppose I have to be the bad guy and say it, getting the lamp to Atlas is still our top priority, and right now we have the perfect opportunity to head straight for it. We may not get another chance like this.

Yang: No way!

Neo: Hell Nah!

Weiss: We can't leave, not like this.

Blake: It's like you said, a Huntress is supposed to protect others to the bitter end.

Me: And besides, there's no way I'm leaving my home to get destroyed. Jaune's sister and her wife and child, Pyrrha's mom and everything else dear to me is down there. There's no way I'm letting Discount Godzilla over there take it over.

Celeste: Yeah!

Kuraime: *smirks* Hmph, you read my mind.

Neo: Hehehe!

Maria looked back at Ruby who smiled and shrugged causing the elder to smile back and fly the ship towards the Leviathan.

Ruby: We need to head for the Leviathan. Jaune, can you and Ren be ready to mask our ship?

Ren: I think we can manage.

Jaune: Got a few ideas?

Ruby and I exchanged glances.

Ruby: We've got one.

Qrow: Eye's up, everybody. It's back.

After swimming for a bit, the Leviathan rose back up and roared before making its way towards Argus.

Lucifer: Are you sure it's a Godzilla rip off?

Me: Aquatic dinosaur-like animal with dorsal fins and gills? Yeah, I'm pretty sure. Next thing you see it doing is firing off a rip off Atomic Breath.

Manta 3-4: Argus Base, this is Manta 3-4! Leviathan has hit the shallows and resurfaced! We need those shields up now, over!

We saw as multiple pylons rose from the sea before projecting a Hard-light Dust wall around the entire islands. The Leviathan walked into it, stopping it but causing it to roar in annoyance.

Manta 2-1: Target stopped! Engaging, over!

Artemis: Oh my god... those things are so flawed...

Jaune: What do you mean?

Artemis: Take a close look. It's a stupid as shit idea to have the shield generators OUTSIDE the barrier. Now, the Leviathan can tear through it easily.

As the airships fired at the Leviathan, it's gills glowed a orange color before it opened its mouth, firing off... a FUCKING ATOMIC BREATH at the exposed shield generator, destroying it and the first shield layer, like Artemis said.

Qrow: It tore straight through...!

Artemis: *face palms* I told you... Fucking dumb Atlesians...

Me: *looks at Lucifer* See? I told you, Discount Godzilla!

Lucifer: *scoffs* You're really like my brother... for better or worse...

Air control: All squadrons, fall back to evacuation procedures! Disengage Leviathan! I repeat, disengage! Over!

Suddenly, Ruby ran over to the radio and picked it up.

Ruby: No, wait!

Qrow: Ruby!

Ruby: We can stop it!

Air Control: Who is this? Identify yourself!

Ruby: I'm a Huntress. My team and I are heading to the Leviathan and can weaken it for you to attack!

Jaune: We can?

Ruby: *looks at me* "We" can.

Me: Heh... you're crazier than I thought.

She just smiled at me as Maria caught on.

Maria: Ruby, when I said "trial by fire"...

Ruby: Dairoku and I did it at Beacon and at the farm.

Me: And let's not forget, you did it at Haven, so you for once, have me up by one.

Ruby just smirked at me.

Weiss: You really think you two can do it now?

Ruby: We don't have a choice.

Me: And besides, we'll never know unless we try.

Kuraime: Just be careful.

Me: Heh, no promises.

Air Control: Manta 5-1, your ship is currently flagged as hostile. You will receive no support, over.

Neo: Fucking hell...

Ruby: Fine... We'll do it our damn selves if we have to.

She then threw the radio to the side, surprising anyone from her sudden hostility...

Tyros: I didn't even know she could get angry...

Me: You think that was the worst of it...? Wait till you see she absolutely lose it... It's not a pretty sight...

My thoughts: God forbid the day Yang hears her curse...

Artemis telepathically: That will not be a pretty day...

Ruby: We can hit it while it's stopped at the next barrier.

CHAPTER 10: INDOMINABLE

(3rd Person POV)

Ruby: Ren! You're up!

Ren kneeled down and put his hand on the floor of the ship as Jaune put his hand on his shoulder. Just like on the train, his Aura Amp supercharged Ren's Aura and his Semblance, masking the entire ship from the Grimm. The ship weaved in and out of many Grimm and airships and towards the Leviathan, but unfortunately it was too late.

Qrow: We're too late! Pull Up!

Maria pulled back on the stick, rearing the ship up, just missing the Leviathan's next Atomic Breath which destroyed the second barrier. In the ship, both Jaune and Ren's Auras broke.

Jaune: Damn it...

Ren: That's all I've got!

Blake: It's on the move again!

Kuraime: We need to stop it!

Yang: What do we do?

Ruby and Dairoku exchanged looks before looking at Weiss. As the Leviathan continued its way to Argus, Nora, Yang, Tyros, Celeste and Kuraime aimed their weapons in their ranged form at them.

Nora: Eyes on us, ugly!

They all began to fire at the Leviathan, aggravating it.

Blake: Is it working?

Maria: Unfortunately, yes. Hang on!

Blake and Neo continued to support Weiss who was concentrating as Ruby and Dairoku flew out of the ship, the former riding on top of Weiss' Queen Lancer and the latter using his Barbatos Lupus wings to fly alongside her.

Ruby: Okay, okay, you can do this... You have to do this...

Dairoku: Remember Roselyn, we'll be by each other's sides. So let's do this.

Ruby: *smiles* Right!

They hovered in front of the Leviathan and took deep breaths before closing their eyes to concentrate. All the sounds of screams and gunfire became blocked out as they just focused on what was in front of them... until...

Yang: Ruby! Dairoku! Hurry, something-

Agitated, Ruby threw out her ear piece as Dairoku crushed his before they got back to concentrating...

Ruby... thought of all her happy memories in her life... the faces of her father and sister... when Zwei came to her dorm... the rally cry she and her team gave at the beginning of the food fight... when her team and Dairoku's team ate lunch after their first matches in the Tournament... She thought of Penny, Jaune, Nora, Ren...

As for Dairoku... he thought of his father and uncle training him... when she saw Neo's smiling face back then... when he, Celeste, Pyrrha, Kuraime and Lauren celebrated after Dairoku and Pyrrha finished in the top two of the Mistral Regional Tournament... when his team and Ruby's team hung out in the library, playing Remnant, the Game...

But then... it all went downhill from there...

Ruby thought of the night, she saw Jaune training with the recording of Pyrrha and Dairoku... Then at the Fall of Beacon when she saw Yang unconscious without her right arm and Blake wounded... When she saw Dairoku, still in his coma...

Dairoku then thought of the night Neo disappeared... When he caught Celeste trying to end her life in the past... When his mother left an never came back...when Lauren fell down the chasm and when she died in his arms at Haven... When he saw his father's body... When he saw Celeste get impaled in Haven by Cinder... When Athena perished in his arms... When his team lost against Malak...

Then... they both thought of the moment they both had their argument in Mistral... when they broke up and both became somewhat depressed... Then... when they both saw Pyrrha get killed on Beacon Tower and when Dairoku lost his ability to fly to Cinder...

They both opened their eyes with a slight gasp, only to see the Leviathan staring at them with malicious intent.

Ruby: What!?

Yang: Why'd it turn away!?

Kuraime: Wait...

Both Dairoku and Kuraime's eyes widen from realization.

Both: IT'S ATTRACTED TO THE RELIC!

Ruby: No, no, no, no!

The Leviathan was about to chomp down on them until...

Ruby: J-JINN!!!

Yang: RUBY!!!

Kuraime, Celeste and Neo: BIG BROTHER!!!

Just like at the crash site, everything slowed down to a complete stop as the sound of Jinn's chains were heard.

Ruby: I'm sorry... We don't have a question for you... We just... we just need a little more time...

They both turned around to see Jinn with her arms crossed and stern expression on her face.

Jinn: I know. And while you don't seek knowledge, just this once, I shall give it freely. I will not allow you to use me without a question again.

But then... she smirked at them.

Jinn: Even if this was clever.

Dairoku: No kidding... Smart thinking Roselyn.

Ruby: Thanks.

Dairoku then took her hand in his and held it tightly, their fingers intertwining with each other.

Dairoku: Now, let's petrify this Discount Godzilla, together.

Ruby: *giggles* Together.

Now with confident smiles, they closed their eyes and began to think of more happy memories...

Ruby thought of the day Team RWBY decorated their dorm room... when Weiss gave her coffee... when Yang and Blake were cheering on Weiss in Port's class... when her team and Dairoku's team sat on the edge of Beacon after saving Vale...

Dairoku thought of the days when he first met Pyrrha, Celeste, Kuraime and Lauren... When he reunited with Kuraime... When Team RCST was formed... when he and Kuraime performed their first duet... When his team went on their first mission together... When he reunited with Pyrrha... When he and Neo were back on good terms... When he comforted Weiss and the two became best friends...

Ruby continued to think of her friends... of Kuraime, Celeste, Neo, Tyros, Oscar, Maria... and even Penny... when she saw Qrow at Beacon... When she saw Team JNPR dancing to Shine...

Dairoku then thought of his other friends... Weiss, Blake, Yang, Jaune, Nora, Ren, Oscar, Qrow, Tai, Maria... and Penny...When he saw Lucifer at Beacon... when he got to see Lucy and Winter again... he reunion with Raiku, Crystal, Skye and Octira... When he and Kuraime went up against Crystal and Octira... When he comforted Raven at Haven... When Athena comforted him the multiple times... the final smile she gave him...

Then both lovers began to think of each other... when they first met at the Dust till Dawn shop... when Ruby stood up for Dairoku and he comforted her... when Ruby stayed by Dairoku's side at all times when he was depressed... when they both danced together... when they confessed to each other and shared their first two kisses on the night of the dance... When they both first slept in the same bed... When Ruby gave Dairoku her adorable birthday card and when the two had their make out session on that night... When Ruby and Dairoku were alone in Port's classroom and they had that special time... When the two reunited after the Fall of Beacon... When they made up after their argument... When the two had their two special nights in Mistral and the other one in Argus... When Dairoku sung to her and proposed to her... Every date they've been on... every kiss and make out session they had...

Finally, they both thought of them... their Mothers... Ruby thought of Summer Rose, who wore a white cloak... She has short black hair with red tips, just like her daughter and had a warm smile on her face...

Dairoku thought of Scarletina Yuuki, a winged Faunus who wore a red cloak... her having short silver hair with a rose-golden hue and she too had a smile on her face...

Then they both thought of each other's mother... When Summer first met Dairoku and instantly loved him... when Scarletina gave Ruby the red cloak she wore now... The two mothers stood side by side on a cliff with a sun setting and their cloaks flowing in the wind... The both turned around and moved strands of their hair behind their ears before smiling warmly at their children... their Silver eyes beaming with determination...

Ruby and Dairoku opened up their eyes, as they shined and covered the entire area in a bright ball of white light before it died down and revealed the Leviathan, being completely petrified... Everyone, from their friends, to the people of Argus to the Argus Military were all cheering in victory. Dairoku and Ruby noticed the frozen Leviathan as well.

Ruby: WE DID IT!!!

Dairoku: HELL YEAH WE DID!!!

The two lovers decided to celebrate by pulling each other into a tight embrace and locking their lips into a beautiful and passionate kiss. After they separated, they nuzzled their foreheads into each other's while laughing before looking back at Argus. Unfortunately, their celebration was short lived as when they turned around, they saw the Leviathan breaking out of the prettification...

Ruby: No...

Dairoku: You've got to be kidding me...

Dairoku got ready to attack, before...

???: I'll take it from here!

Surprised, they looked over to their left to see Cordovin's Colossus, missing it's cannon arm.

Dairoku: Damn... she pulled a fucking Aquaman with that thing...

The Colossus sprinted towards the Leviathan as it's left arm turned into a drill.

Dairoku: And now Gurren Lagann...

The Colossus then thrust its drill forward and into the gills of the Leviathan, causing it to roar in pain before it disintegrated... Afterwards, the Colossus walked over to Ruby and Dairoku before its cockpit opened to reveal Cordovin looking at them, sternly.

Ruby: Thank you. And... we're sorry.

Dairoku just crossed his arms and looked away.

Cordo: The Atlas military can handle the stragglers.

Ruby: What, uh... what are you saying?

Cordo: I'm saying I don't think anyone would notice if one more ship went missing in my lengthy report.

Ruby smiled at her before looking at her lover, who still had a disapproving look... He clearly was still holding his grudge against her...

Cordo: You're the son of Kai Rein, am I right?

Dairoku: Yeah, so?

Cordo: I... apologize for what I said about you and your kind...

Dairoku looked shocked for a moment, before he scoffed and smirked.

Dairoku: The only way you'll make it up to me, is if you make sure my home is safe.

Cordo: *smiling* You have my word, Mr. Rein.

Soldier: Ma'am! There's another Grimm approaching! It's bigger than the Leviathan!

Cordo: What!?

Everyone turned to see something terrifying... A giant humanoid Grimm holding a stone sword with Dust Crystals on the back, it had a bird-like head and a mono-eye... It shrieked before its eye glowed and it fired off a deadly beam that took off the top of a building in Argus.

Artemis telepathically: That's a Balor Grimm!!!

Dairoku: Great... First we had Discount Godzilla, now we have Discount Gigan...

Dairoku huffed in frustration before picking up Ruby, bridal style and flying her back to the ship.

Dairoku: Get the ship out of range! I'll handle Discount Gigan.

Everyone: What!?

Weiss: No way!

Blake: That thing's bigger than the Leviathan!

Yang: And you want to fight it by yourself!? That's suicide!

Dairoku: There's no other way! Our Silver eyes are exhausted and Cordo's mech would get absolutely wrecked by that thing! I'm our best bet and there's no way I'm leaving Argus to die!

Everyone seemed hesitant to let him go but then Lucifer spoke up.

Lucifer: Then go protect our home.

Dairoku just smirked and began to fly way until Ruby grabbed his arm. He turned around, only to see her beyond worried expression.

Ruby: Please... Come back safely...

He just smiled and cupped her cheeks before giving her quick, yet passionate kiss on her lips.

Dairoku: Usually I'd say no promises, but just for you, I'll make it back, to you.

She smiled sweetly at him before Artemis walked up to him.

Artemis: You ready partner?

Dairoku: Yeah.

Artemis: Then let's get going.

Artemis retreated back into Dairoku's necklace before his Barbatos wings glows. He then turned around and sped off towards the Balor Grimm.

Dairoku: So I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that the Barbatos Blaster won't be enough to take this thing down right?

Artemis: That's about the gist of it, yes.

Dairoku: So, you have a plan?

Artemis: I have something, but it's really risky

Dairoku: How risky are we talking?

Artemis: Oh, it ranges from the armor deactivating, sending you plummeting to the ground, to Barbatos and Bale killing you.

Dairoku: Hehehe... I guess I don't have a choice huh?

Artemis: I mean, unless you wanna let your home town get destroyed-

Dairoku: Not happening. Let's do it!

Artemis: Heh, alight!!

Dairoku: BARBATOS!!!

As he flew towards the Balor, he began glowing brightly to the point, you couldn't make out his body at all; he was just an enlarging blue orb. The Balor was about to fire off another laser, until a specific roar that wasn't heard in many years sounded before an orange beam collided with its chest, sending it skidding back quite a ways.

From the ship, everyone stared in shock.

Tyros: What the hell...???

Nora: Is that...

Ruby and Kuraime: Dairoku...???

As the light died down, the entity was revealed... It was the Barbatos Lupus Armor... only thing is... its glowing blue bits were a fiery orange... and it was the size of the Balor... It stood in the water, across from the Balor, with steam sizzling out of its right hand... From the glowing orb on its chest, Dairoku was... The Barbatos Armor had become a sort of mech with Dairoku the one piloting it... Dairoku smirked before the Mega Barbatos put its fist to its hand.

Dairoku: BOO YAH!

The Balor recovered and saw the Mega Barbatos and snarled before shrieking, From the ship, everyone watched in amazement at the sight...

Qrow: *to Lucifer* That's your Nephew and my future Nephew-in-law...

Lucifer: Yup...

Yang: That's so amazing...

Weiss: How is he doing that???

Lucifer: I think... No... I know... Barbatos and Bale has joined forces... now as The Dragon of All, Zeus...

Ren: Zeus...

Ruby: Dairoku...

Then... something grabbed everyone's attention... an elegant female voice singing an empowering song as the battle raged on outside... Everyone turned to see it was her... Kuraime...

The Balor shrieked before charging the Mega Barbatos. With a confident smirk on his face, Dairoku made the Mega Barbatos charge the Balor as well, before its wings unfolded and it flew up into the air, before slamming it's fist down on the Balor's head.

♫So I would watch and listen and try to learn,
As the pieces and bits became whole,
But there was more going on than the work at hand,
What I learned had to do with the strength of the soul...♫

The Balor swung it sword in a horizontal arc, aiming for the Mega Barbatos' head but it just ducked underneath it and upper cut the Balor in its jaw.

Dairoku: Zeus Guardian!!!

The giant pile driver of the Guardian formation formed on its left hand and using the rocket propelled mechanism, it punched the Balor straight in its chest, sending it flying back quite a ways.

As the Balor recovered, its eye began glowing an intense orange before it fired off its beam at the Mega Barbatos.

Dairoku: Zeus Blaster!!!

Giant cannons formed on the back of the Mega Barbatos before it fired off a destructive orange beam at the Balor, colliding with its own beam, causing an explosion that created high waves.

A world created, its map fashion from a stain,
Just dream big, then work 'till it grows...
I learned this lesson, we can evolve,
Achieving anything as long as our heart's resolved,
Believing, will make it so♫

The Balor began to charge at the Mega Barbatos again but it held its left hand out as a giant version of Andromeda formed within its palm. It gripped its handle tightly before swinging, colliding with the Balor's face, making a nice wound, then again.

But then, the Balor began to parry the Mega Barbatos' strikes, trading blows with the gigantic set of armor before it managed to swing down, and slash off one of the energy wings.

♫Though our lives are limited by years on earth,
Our dream won't be bound inside
The goal's not to live forever,
Cuz eternity loves the creatures of time♫

The Balor jabbed the Mega Barbatos with its spiked arm, causing the armor around the abdomen area to crack before it knocked it back, causing it to skid back just before hitting Argus.

Though our body's weak and breakable,
The Spirit is Indomitable!♫

The Balor shrieked as it swung its sword around before charging at the Mega Barbatos which responded by doing the same. As they got close to each other, the Balor swung its blade at the Mega Barbatos' head, only for the giant set of armor to slide underneath the attack and slash at the Balor's abdomen, damaging it significantly and causing it to shriek in pain.

When we strive we transcend even death cannot end our climb!♫

When the Balor turned around, it was immediately poked in the eye by the blunt end of Andromeda, blinding it. It began to swing its sword and spiked arm around blindly but the Mega Barbatos dodged each swing before slicing off the arm that held the sword.

♫I wasn't ready, you can't prepare,
For the unthinkable for something that's so unfair,
It's cruel but that's how life goes...
But through this sadness, thousands of tears,
We see his message sparkling and crystal clear,
Our work is larger than we know!♫

Once again, the pile driver formed on the Mega Barbatos' left arm as it uppercut the Balor, sending it flying quite a bit into the air. The Mega Barbatos' remaining wing glowed brightly as it flew up into the air.

♫There's a light that shines,
And its power is mine!
Though our body's weak and breakable,
The Spirit is Indomitable!♫

The blade of Andromeda grew to a gigantic size before the Mega Barbatos rushed down towards the blinded Balor.

Dairoku: FALL!!!

With one final swing, the Mega Barbatos slashed the Balor directly in half, before landing back in the water, the Balor Grimm disintegrating into many particles behind it...

Dairoku could hear everyone cheering for him... the city of Argus, the Argus Military... his friends... his Fiancé... But... that all quickly faded away as he blacked out, his Mega Barbatos disappearing, causing him to fall out of the cockpit and plummet to the waters below... No matter how loud Ruby called out for him, he couldn't hear her... He could feel his heart rate slowing down every second... He silently chuckled to himself...

Dairoku: So... this is how I die...? How... Fitting... I'm sorry... Ruby...

He was just willing to accept his fate and go towards the light until he felt a sudden comforting warmth... and a voice, he never thought he'd hear again... Hers... He slightly opened his eyes to see the feminine figure with silver eyes, three pairs of angelic wings on her back... it was her... The Spirit of Wisdom... Athena...

Athena: From the ashes, a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring... Believe in your ability to rise from your own fallen ashes to become brighter and more beautiful than ever before. You can do that. You were born for that... So Rise my son... Rise from your ashes, and become reborn... Become, The Phoenix...

Athena's figure dispersed into particles before becoming one with Dairoku... After that, a few sparks surged on his wings... until they were a lit again... they were covered in the everlasting flames of hope... As he slowly rolled over so that his stomach was pointing downwards, he opened his eyes, revealing them to be in a flaming color before returning back to silver. At the same time, his wings spread open as feathers fell and he did it... he flapped them... and he... was airborne... yet again...

The Phoenix... as risen again...

(Dairoku's POV)

I groaned as I awoke from my peaceful slumber... My head was rested on something really soft and smooth...

???: You're awake!!!

My face was suddenly pulled into two moderately large watermelons as I was tightly hugged... I then realized that I was next to Ruby and we were still in the ship... I guess my comfortable pillow was her lap.

Kuraime: Dairoku!

Weiss, Celeste and Neo: Are you okay!?

Nora: That was so awesome!!!

Ruby finally let go of my head for me to sit up to see everyone there while Maria, Qrow and Lucifer were in the cockpit.

Me: What...the hell happened...?

Ruby: You took on that giant Grimm with a giant armor, like those giant robot and monster movies!!! It was so cool!!!

Me: Heh... Did I now?

Nora: Yeah you did!

Yang: But how the hell did you fly back into the ship?? I thought you couldn't fly anymore from your injury.

I suddenly remembered what happened and just smiled calmly...

Me: Athena... she saved me... She reawaked the Phoenix in me... and gave me my ability back again... I'm a free bird yet again.

Blake: Wait, so you can fly again??

Me: Yup.

Celeste: Oh yes!!!

The all began to cheer for my recovery as I smiled back at them.

Artemis telepathically: You did good, partner.

My thoughts: I couldn't have done it without you and Athena... Thanks Artemis.

Artemis telepathically: Heh, any time.

(3rd Person POV)

As everyone was resting up, Ruby went up to the cockpit, where the grown-ups were.

Maria: We should have just enough fuel to make it.

Ruby: Thank you, Ms. Calavera.

Ruby began to walk away when Qrow called out to her.

Qrow: Hey Ruby, you did great out there today, kid. Just don't go giving me heart attacks like that again.

He looked at his flask but just sighed and put it away, causing Ruby to smile and hug him. Lucifer, seeing this, smiled a genuine smile.

Ruby: I love you too.

She walked back over to Dairoku was Maria addressed the two Huntsmen.

Maria: You weren't half bad yourself today, Qrow and Lucifer.

Lucifer: Hmph, really now?

Qrow: I feel like they did all the heavy lifting.

Lucifer: Maybe so, but we were there to support them when they needed it.

Maria: He's right. You were there to help when they asked for it, and you were there to catch them when they fell, literally if I recall.

Lucifer: Heh, yeah...

Qrow: Thanks. You know, it was pretty incredible getting to see the Grimm Reaper in action.

Maria: Ha! You should have seen me when I was your age!

Back at the rear of the ship, Weiss, Blake and Yang were sitting next to each other while Dairoku, Tyros, Celeste and Neo sat next to them. JNR and Oscar sat across them and Kuraime stood next to Ruby.

Weiss: I'm sorry you went though that nightmare. But... I'm glad Yang and Tyros were there for you in time.

Yang smiled and held Blake's hand while Tyros looked at Wilt and Blush which he held onto.

Yang: We were there for each other.

Nora: Took the words right out of my mouth.

Tyros smirked, seeing Blake and Yang and winked at them, causing them both to blush and look away. Then, everyone turned their attention to Ruby and Kuraime.

Kuraime: Huh?

Ruby: Hey stop it!

Ren: *at Ruby* You petrified a Leviathan, *at both* After diving down the barrel of a Cannon!

Neo: *points at Dairoku* And let's not forget you petrified a Leviathan as well, and took on a fucking Balor with a giant Mech armor!

Dairoku and Kuraime just chuckled sheepishly as Ruby began freaking out.

Ruby: Don't act like you all haven't done crazy stuff before! I mean, Oscar made a successful crash landing!!! *points at Oscar* HE'S A 14 YEAR OLD FARM HAND!

Jaune: That was seriously impressive.

Blake: We'd have been stranded without you.

Oscar: I... thanks, but... I've been meaning to tell you guys... I didn't land the ship on my own...

(Flashback)

Oscar: We're gonna crash! WE'RE GONNA CRASH!!!

Ozpin telepathically: Stay calm, it's gonna be okay.

(End of Flashback)

Nora: Ozpin took control!?

Oscar: No, he guided me... And then he was gone again...

Yang: Does that mean he's been watching us this whole time?

Artemis telepathically: Hmmm...

Oscar: I don't know, but... it at least means he was looking out for us...

Kuraime: We... may not be ready to hear him out yet... but... at least he shows that he cares for our well being...

Dairoku: Yeah... now I feel bad for what I said...

Celeste: Well, we can apologize to him when he's ready to speak to us again.

Everyone nodded in agreement before Qrow spoke up.

Qrow: Hey, if you've never seen Atlas in person before, you don't wanna miss this.

Everyone got up and looked out of the windows.

Ruby: Is it weird that I'm sorta nervous?

Yang: No, I'll believe we've made it to Atlas when I see it.

Me: When I first came here, I was hella nervous, so it isn't weird Roselyn.

Weiss and Kuraime: Here it is.

The airship emerged from the clouds, revealing the Kingdom of Atlas, floating in the sky with the shattered moon shining beautifully behind it, while the City of Mantle shined from below it.

Dairoku and Celeste: This...

Weiss and Kuraime: ...Is Atlas.

Nora: Wow!

Maria: You know, you make the trip up to Atlas over and over but you never get used to that view. *goggles act up* Oh, come on!

Suddenly, Dairoku, Kuraime and Weiss exchanged glances before squinting their eyes.

Ruby: Weiss, Daiku, Kiki, what is it?

Everyone looked at what they were staring at... the Atlas Air fleet in the air, set up like they're expecting war...

Weiss: The Atlas air fleet... I knew all of our ships were called back, but...

Qrow: They're set up like they're expecting an attack...

Then, a female voice came from the radio.

Atlas Air Control: Manta 5-1, welcome home...
