(3rd Person POV)

In the Emerald Forest, Yang had been wandering through it, looking for a partner and the temple, though she would be happy if she found Ruby or Ayato... I was very quiet in the forest, aside from Yang's voice calling out to anyone...

Yang: Hello...

She continued walking as a dark figure sped past here in the bushes. She arrived in a somewhat open area surrounded by bushes and trees but there was nothing else...

Yang: Is anyone out there? Hello... I'm getting bored here!

Her arms fell in boredom until the sound of leaves rustling behind her could be heard. She quickly turned around upon hearing the sound...

Yang: Is anyone there?

She rushed up to the bushes and slowly peeked over them.

Yang: Ruby, Ayato, is that you?

The response she got, was definitely not Ruby nor Ayato... Growling... Yang didn't even seem fazed

Yang: Nope!

She jumped away as a Grimm Ursa jumped out from the bushes. Excited, she equipped her Ember Celica and got ready for combat. Then a second Ursa charged at her, clawing at her but she rolled out of the way without any effort. Both Ursai stood next to each other. One of them charged the golden haired brawler, only to get punched in the stomach, getting flung back. The second tried to attack her but she upper cut it then kicked it away from her.

Yang: You guys wouldn't happen to have seen a girl in a red hood or a boy with wings, would you?

The Ursai only roared at her aggressively, to her disappointment

Yang: You could have just said no.

One of the Ursai lunged at her clawing at her but Yang ducked and back flipped out of the way, narrowly missing the Ursa's claws

Yang: Geez, you two couldn't hit the broad side of a ba...

Yang was confident... until she saw a strand of her hair, slowly fall to the ground... Uh oh... Her eyes suddenly swap to red... F for the Bears... The Ursai just looked at each other nervously...

Yang: You... You MONSTERS!

She exploded in fiery golden energy and aggressively rushed an Ursa, absolutely loading it with punches, kicks and bullets from her Ember Celica. Then she punched it so hard that it flew right through a couple of trees. The second one ran up to Yang before the angered golden haired girl looked at it, with seething rage.

Yang: What, you want some too!?

The Ursa stood up and roared before a stabbing sound could be heard as it whined in pain... It just fell face first into the ground, revealing a girl with long black hair and a suspicious looking bow on her head, holding a sickle that was on a ribbon; Blake Belladonna.

As she whipped her weapon out of the Ursa and back onto her back, she smirked at Yang.

Yang: I could have taken him.

CHAPTER 3: INITIATION PART 2

(3rd Person POV)

Yang and Blake made their way out of the forest and they both saw a broken down temple, with black and gold chess pieces on pedestals.

Blake: Chess pieces?

Yang looked around but noticed that some of them were missing.

Yang: Looks like we weren't the first ones here.

Blake: Well... I guess we should pick one.

Yang looked around, only to walk up to and pick up a knight.

Yang: How about a cute little pony?

Blake just rolled her eyes in amusement as she smiled at the blonde

Blake: Sure.

Yang: This wasn't so hard.

Blake: Well, it's not like this place is difficult to find.

After a short while, a loud high pitch scream could have been heard, echoing through the forest

Yang: Did you hear that? Some girl is in trouble! What should we do?

Blake just stayed quiet as she looked directly up... Yang noticed this and looked at what she was looking at only to see a familiar girl in a red cloak falling from the sky

Ruby: HEADS UUUUUUP!

Just before she made the grand landing, Jaune came flying out of nowhere and literally knocked into Ruby in mid air, sending them both into a tree and leaving a very confused Blake and Yang...

Blade: Did your sister just fall from the sky?

Yang: I...

Yang was interrupted by an Ursa crashing out of the forest before falling over and dying. Turns out, Nora was riding it as she jumped off it and Ren was behind her, very exhausted.

Nora: Aww... It's broken...

Ren: Nora... Please, don't ever do that again...

Ren looked back up only to see Nora gone. Turns out she ran up to the temple and looked at rook chess piece with sparkles in her eyes... She excitedly grabbed it and began singing as her emblem appeared behind her and music played... Wait... What...?

Nora: Ooooohhhhh... I'm Queen of the Castle! I'm Queen of the Castle!

Ren: NORA!!!

Nora: Coming Ren!

Blake: Did that girl just ride in on an Ursa?

Yang: I...

Yet AGAIN, Yang was interrupted; this time by Pyrrha running out of the forest with a giant Grimm Scorpion on her behind, A Deathstalker.

Pyrrha: Jaune!

Jaune: Pyrrha!

Ruby jumped down from the tree her and Jaune were in and landed next to the others.

Yang: Ruby!

Ruby: Yang!

The sisters were about to hug it out until... (I can't take this anymore...)

Nora: Nora!

Blake yet again with the questions...

Blake: Did she just run all the way here with a Deathstalker on her tail?

Yang seemed to have had enough as she exploded in anger... literally...

Yang: I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! CAN EVERYONE JUST CHILL OUR FOR TWO SECONDS BEFORE SOMETHING CRAZY HAPPENS AGAIN!?

Everyone calmed down as the two seconds went by before Ruby pulled on her sister's sleeve and looking and pointing upwards... Oh no...

Ruby: Umm... Yang?

Everyone looked up to see yet ANOTHER ridiculous sight... Weiss holding on for her dear life from the Giant Nevermore her and Ruby rode...

Weiss: HOW COULD YOU LEAVE ME!?

Ruby: I SAID JUMP!

Blake: She's going to fall.

Ruby: She'll be fine.

Ren: She's falling.

Jaune decided to try and do something 'heroic' by jumping into the air and catching Weiss but he forgot that this was earth and gravity exists, so the two fell nonetheless but Jaune landed face first into the ground as Weiss landed, unscathed onto his back. She then said in a mocking tone,

Weiss: 'My hero...'

Jaune: My back...

The Deathstalker then launched a strike at Pyrrha who blocked it and got pushed back to everyone

Yang: Great... Gang's all here. Now we can die together.

Ruby: Not if I can help it!

Ruby then pulled out Crescent Rose as it transformed into its scythe form and began running towards the Deathstalker all the while Yang tried calling out to her but to no avail. Ruby attempted to hit the Deathstalker but it just smacked her away from her. Ruby began firing off shots from Crescent Rose at the Deathstalker but it didn't affect it, only annoyed it. She attempted to run away but the Giant Nevermore swooped down and launched a bunch of its feathers at her, one of them, pinning her cloak, preventing her from going anywhere. She tried to pull her cloak from the feather but it wouldn't budge.

Yang: Ruby! Get out of there!

Ruby: I'm trying!

She kept trying but then she looked up, to see the Deathstalker looking down on her with its stinger ready to end her; her eyes widen in horror.

Yang: RUBY!

Ruby closed her eyes in fear as tears began falling down her eyes... She thought this was the end for her but... Out of nowhere, two daggers made of fire were sent flying towards the Deathstalker, piercing two of its eyes and exploding in a nice orange glow, then a wave of ice came out of nowhere and completely froze it as it winced in pain.

???: Heh... You know, if you really want to turn tragedies into happy endings, you can't die this soon, don't you think Little Rose?

At the mention of her nickname and the sound of the voice, Ruby instantly knew who this was. She opened her eyes only to see him, the boy with the Phoenix wings, holding his Glacial in his right hand and Blaze in his left hand, the former stabbed in the ground, creating the wave of ice.

Ruby: A... Ayato...?

Ayato looked back at Ruby and gave her a smirk before letting go of his Glacial and walking over to Ruby. He used Blaze to cut the feather holding her down and then, he took it out of her cloak, freeing her

Ayato: You alright Little Rose?

Before Ruby could respond, she saw the Deathstalker break out of the ice and prepare to send it's stinger towards Ayato, to her horror.

Ruby: *gasp* LOOK OUT!!!

Ayato simply turned his head to look at the Deathstalker with a glare before pressing down on the trigger of his Blaze, causing a 'gear' to start rotating in it very fast and the blade to start slightly glowing red before swinging the sword in the direction of the Deathstalker, sending a wave of flame at it. The wave crashed into the Deathstalker, disorienting it before another wave of ice hit it, this time trapping its stinger; the ice didn't come from him this time; it was Weiss. His sword stopped glowing as he looked back at Ruby, with a smirk.

Ayato: You were saying Little Rose?

Ruby: ...I...

Weiss: Geez Ruby, you are so childish! You could have gotten Ayato killed! Not only you are dim-witted, hyperactive and don't even get me started on your fighting style.

Ayato: *raising an eyebrow at Weiss* Don't you have anything better to do that berate the girl?

Weiss: Hush you, I'm getting there! As I was saying, I... suppose that I can be a bit... difficult, but if we're going to do this, we're going to have to do it together. So if you would quit trying to show off, I'll be... nicer...

Ayato just smiled at Weiss, earning a small blush from the Ice Queen

Ruby: I'm not trying to show off... I just want you to know I can do this...

Ayato: There's no reason for you to prove anything Little Rose, you're plentiful strong enough.

Ruby: ...Right...

Weiss began to give Ayato another funny look to his confusion

Weiss: I swear I know you from somewhere...

Ayato: ...Well you can deal with that after we get the hell out of here Snowflake.

Weiss bushed a bit at the nickname he gave her before walking away towards the temple. Ayato turned around to see Ruby still on the ground, with her head held down in shame.

Ayato: What's wrong Little Rose?

Ruby: I rushed in without thinking... And you had to come and save me again, just because of my stupid decision...

Ayato kneeled down to the sadden red hooded girl and held her head up only to see her silver eyes glistering from the tears that had managed to escape her eyes... He carefully wiped them from her eyes before gently patting her head and giving her a comforting smile

Ayato: Hey... It's alright. We all make mistakes and we learn from them, so don't you worry about that Little Rose.

Ruby couldn't help but blush and smile a little at Ayato

Ruby: R-Right... Thanks Ayato...

Ayato: Anytime. Now, let go over to the others.

Ayato held his hand out to Ruby which she took and pulled her up and back on to her feet. They began walking over to the other before Ayato went over to his Glacial which was still in the ground and took it out before holstering the swords on the insides of his wings and walking with Ruby. When they got over to the others, Yang immediately spotted the two and ran up to Ruby, hugging her tightly.

Yang: I'm so happy that you're okay!

She then looked at Ayato and pulled him into a very tight hug as well

Yang: Thank you so much for saving my little sister!

Ayato: N-No... Problem... Goldilocks...

Yang finally let go of Ayato and the others walked up to the three. Suddenly, the loud squawking of the Giant Nevermore could be heard as it circled above them.

Jaune: Not to ruin the moment, but that thing's circling back! What are we going to do!?

Weiss: Look, there's no sense in dilly dallying. Our objective is right in front of us.

Ruby: She's right, our mission is to grab an artifact and make it back to the cliffs. There's no point in fighting these things.

Ruby briefly smiled at Weiss who surprisingly returned it

Jaune: Run and live, that's an idea I can get behind.

Ruby: Wait! Ayato, you don't have a partner. Won't you fail the exam if you head back to the cliff?

Ayato: Huh... I guess so, but right now, that's the last thing we should worry about right now.

Ruby: But...-

Before Ruby could finish her sentence, a multi-segmented roar could be heard in to the left of the temple; what was strange is that each segment sounded completely different, one sounded like a lion, another sounded like a goat and another sounded like a snake... Everyone turned to look at where it came from only, to see a Grimm with the body and head of a lion, a snake head tail and a goat head a bit behind the lion head and with Grimm wings, fly towards them, before landing and unleashing its multi-segmented roar again...

Jaune: What's that thing!!??

Ayato: A Kymera... Grab the relics now! We need to book it towards the cliff because every second we stand here, that oversized chicken is circling us, that buggzy wannabe is about to break out and that literal creature from hell is slowly approaching us! I can't carry all of you at the same time while flying and we're NOT leaving anyone behind! So we're gonna make a run for it and if these Grimm get in our way, we WILL kill them!

Everyone seemed to understand. Jaune ran over to the relics and grabbed the other rook piece, leaving ONE left. Ruby was hesitant to grab it because she thought Ayato deserved it more than her...

Ayato: Go grab the last on Little Rose, you've earned it. You'll make an amazing huntress.

Ruby looked back at Ayato who was smiling as tears threatened to escape her eyes but she decided to be strong and she grabbed the last one, the knight. Ayato hummed in satisfaction before sprouting his wings and flying into the air and going ahead of the others,

Ayato: I'll lead you guys out of here!

Ruby: You heard him, follow Ayato!

(Ayato's POV)

I looked down at the others, more specifically Ruby on how she commanded the others like a true leader; I was very proud of her... Everyone began to run out of the forest while following where I was point to. Eventually we all made it out of the forest to this Ruins Valley area with a bridge and a large cliff, our safe point! But we weren't in the clear yet as the Deathstalker, Nevermore and Kymera were chasing us. When they got onto the bridge, the Deathstalker was closing in so I decided to try and buy them some time.

Me: Get over the bridge now! I'll distract it!

The cannon from Dreadful Sins' right gauntlet popped out and I began to fire off explosive shots at the Deathstalker, slowing it down a bit... At least half of the guys got half way through the bridge before the Nevermore swooped down and put a large gap in the bridge, leaving Pyrrha, Ren and Blake on the side of the Deathstalker while I hovered above them. While the four of us were fending it off, I was thinking I could probably get all three over the gap but before I could put my plan into action, I heard screaming behind me, both of enjoyment and fear... I turned around to see Nora and Jaune flying across the gap, the former slamming her hammer into the Deathstalker, disorienting it but causing Blake to get pushed off the side. I saw this and immediately dived down to her and caught her bridal style, to her surprise.

Me: You alright Kitty?

Blake: Y-Yeah... Wait, how did you...

Me: C'mon, that bow's suspiciously shaped like cat ears, but don't worry, I won't tell anyone; Faunus to Faunus.

She gave me a slight smile before we heard the squawking of the Nevermore and the multi-segmented roar of the Kymera.

Me: Here's the plan, you'll catch us a giant chicken while I'll send the hell beast back to the underworld. Got that?

Blake: Understood.

I smiled at her before flying towards the Nevermore. Once we were close enough, I threw Blake towards it, to which she used her blade in sickle mode and threw it, causing it to pierce into the Nevermore's back and her used her Semblance to push herself onto the Nevermore and then she jumped off it and landed on the other side of the bridge, where Ruby, Weiss and Yang were. As for me, I was about to fly head first into the Kymera in front of me. The Goat head started breathing fire while the Snake head spit out poison. I retracted the cannon of Dreadful Sins and equipped Glacial Blaze. I began flying towards the Kymera, rolling out of the way of its attacks before I thrust my Glacial Blaze forward and stabbed the Kymera's wings before cutting them off, causing it to start falling and roaring in pain. Then I began glowing a bright fiery orange before an orb of aura appeared in front of me. I aimed it at the falling Kymera before I shouted,

Me: DAWN!

A large fiery beam fired from the orb at the Kymera in the shape of a blazing Phoenix before colliding and evaporating the Kymera completely... When I was finished, my Aura flickered before breaking and I started breathing heavily... That took too much out of me... I looked over to the Deathstalker team only to see them finished. I quickly flew to them and landed next to Pyrrha as I put away Glacial Blaze. We then looked up at the Nevermore team, to see Ruby fully decapitate the bird's head in a crazy yet badass fashion.

Me: Told you we'd make it out.

Pyrrha next to me just began to slightly chuckle before I looked at her, raising an eyebrow.

Me: What's so funny?

Pyrrha: Oh nothing.

I just rolled my eyes while smiling before we all made our way to the cliff.

(Time skip to the ceremony)

After we had gotten back to Beacon, we were sent into the Auditorium to have the teams announced. I stood along the side, leaning on the wall and crossing my arms as I saw the teams being formed

Oz: Russel Thrush. Cardin Winchester. Dove Bronzewing. Sky Lark. The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team CRDL, led by... Cardin Winchester!

The crowd began to cheer for the newly form team while I just looked at them with a 'look' before thinking

Me: I already don't like them...

Right after the team stepped down, Oz began speaking; I heard some familiar names...

Oz: Jaune Arc. Lie Ren. Pyrrha Nikos. Nora Valkyrie. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as, Team JNPR, led by... Jaune Arc!

Jaune: Huh!? Me!?

Now that was something but I was proud of him nonetheless. I could see him becoming an amazing leader in the future

Oz: Congratulations young man.

Me: Good job Jaune.

I saw Pyrrha gave Jaune a playful punch on his shoulder which had a little bit more force in it, so much that he fell over. I just smiled at this as the audience laughed at the display.

Oz: And finally, Blake Belladonna. Ruby Rose. Weiss Schnee. Yang Xiao Long. The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as, Team RWBY. Led by... Ruby Rose!

When I heard Blake's surname, I was interested... But I decided to let it go for now and I went to cheer along with the audience

Me: Way to go Little Rose!

She turned to look at me and smiled but that quickly changed to a frown but I just continued smiling at her. As Team RWBY left the stage, Oz began speaking again

Oz: Now... Would Ayato Jade please come to the stage?

The audience went silent as they started speculating on what was going to happen to me. I leaned off the wall and began to walk to the stage before I felt something grab me. I looked down to see Ruby, hugging me tightly. I just patted her head while smiling

Ruby: I don't want to see you to go...

Me: I know Little Rose but... What would you do if I told you I had a surprise for you?

She looked up at me confused. I just laughed and said,

Me: Go to your team and watch. Just a slight warning though, you might be happy and angry with me after this.

She reluctantly broke the hug and walked over to her team and JNPR while I walked up on the stage, trying to keep a straight face.

Oz: As you should know Mr. Jade, those who finish the exam without a partner are expelled. So I'm sorry to inform you. But you are expelled from Beacon Academy.

I looked over to RWBY and JNPR who all had sadden expression on their faces, especially Ruby but Oz continued to speak

Oz: Is what I would say... if you didn't show an abnormal amount of skill in the test...

He activated showing everyone my battle in the Emerald Forest; when I saved Ruby, when I held off the Deathstalker, when I saved Blake, when I fought against the Kymera, and when I used my Dawn. I looked at everyone, to see them all shocked at how strong I was then Oz began to speak again.

Oz: ...And if weren't the leader of the number one ranking team of Beacon Academy, Team RCST (Russet) Mr. Jade... or should I call you, Dairoku Rein.

I saw Oz begin to chuckle as I smirked at him as my wings sprouted and I began hovering slightly over the crowd. They all looked very surprised at my identity, especially Ruby but Pyrrha just smiled.

I landed next to RWBY and JNPR with a confident smirk as I said,

Me: Surprise!

Jaune: Leader...?

Yang: of the Number one ranked team...?

Blake: of Beacon...?

Weiss: I knew I recognized you from somewhere!

Everyone turned to look at Weiss confused

Yang: What do you mean?

Weiss: I ran into him at Atlas during an event. I didn't think that someone like him would be Dairoku Rein.

Jaune: Like him? Is he that special?

Weiss: You dolt! How could you have not heard of him!? He graduated top of his class at Sanctum, sparred with many skilled and famous Huntsmen and Huntresses, INCLUDING Professor Goodwitch herself and General Ironwood and won most of the time or got a draw, he's a Phoenix Faunus and not to mention, his father Kai Rein, is a living legend!

Everyone aside from Pyrrha just starred between Weiss and I speechless

Jaune: Wow...

Yang: I knew he was good, but not THAT good...

Nora: I mean, didn't you see that GIGANTIC BEAM OF AWESOMENESS he used against the Kymera!?

Blake: I bet he could have taken on the Kymera, Deathstalker and Nevermore we encountered by himself with ease...

Weiss: I just can't wrap my head around HIM being Dairoku Rein...

Pyrrha decided to join the conversation and enlighten me

Pyrrha: Well, Dairoku does has a habit of giving off that impression when people first meet him.

Jaune: Wait, Pyrrha, you knew already who Aya- I mean, Dairoku was?

Pyrrha and I shared a brief look before we both chuckled.

Pyrrha: Well, we DID grow up together and became best friends.

The amount of shock that everyone was showing was amazing! Just as I expected.

Yang: Hold on...! You grew up with him, you guys are best friends and you KNEW he was using a fake name???

Pyrrha: In a manner of speaking. Isn't that right, Daiku?

Me: You're damn right, Angel.

WBY/JN: Daiku!??? Angel!???

(Flashback)

Me: Heh... I was wondering when I was going to run into you... Seems like you kept your promise, ain't that right Angel?

There she was... with her bright green eyes and red hair... Pyrrha Nikos... She was standing there, with a smile on her face

Pyrrha: I knew I'd find you here. Hello there Daiku, or should I call you Ayato?

Me: Oh Ha. Ha.

She just smiled at me and walked up to me. She pulled me into a tight and warm hug which I gladly returned; my wings even wrapped around her as well. I was like an inch taller than her so she head was resting against my shoulder

Me: I'm so glad to see you here. I wasn't sure if you were going to pull it off.

Pyrrha: What do you mean? I was determined and you know I'd never back down from a fight.

Me: Heh, yeah...

Pyrrha: Do you remember the Promise I made to you?

We pulled away from the hug but we were still within reach of each other's arms

Me: Of course. When I announced that I was going to attend Beacon, you promised me that you'd reunite with me at Beacon. We also promised that when we got our Huntsman Licenses, we'd work together as the ultimate Huntsman and Huntress duo until our time came

Pyrrha: Ehehehe... Hearing it now, we sounded really childish.

Me: Yeah, but it was that childishness that brought us together.

Pyrrha: Yes... So, why are you participating in the initiation for first years when you're a second year?

Me: Well, I wanted to see what you first year students could do, though I already know what you're capable of

Pyrrha: And the fake name?

Me: Well... Unlike a certain red haired Spartan, my face isn't plastered on the front of a well known cereal box. I guess what could give me away are the wings but I'll to take my chances.

Pyrrha rolled her eyes at me when I took that jab at her while I chuckled

Pyrrha: And your team? Where are they?

Me: On an Extermination Mission.

Pyrrha: And you didn't go with them why? You are their leader after all

Me: C'mon Angel, you make it sound like I carry them on my back. I know their more than capable enough to take care of themselves, they know it themselves, but if something does happen, I'll be there quicker than you'll expect.

Pyrrha: I suppose you're right. Well, this has been a 'warm' reunion. I'm going to bed now so I'll see you tomorrow. Goodnight Daiku.

Me: Alright. Goodnight Angel.

We gave each other one last hug before Pyrrah went back inside. It was good to see her again...

(End of Flashback)

I was brought out of my thoughts when I noticed that a certain Little Rose was missing... I looked around for her but, I couldn't see her... I was about to give up until I was suddenly tackled to the ground by a red blur and rose petals. I looked down to see Ruby, lying on top of me, hugging me very tightly, not wanting to let go.

Me: Hey there Little Rose.

She didn't respond... in fact, she just hugged me tighter

Me: Little Rose?

Ruby: ...Why... Why did you lie...?

Me: Huh...?

Ruby: Why did you lie about who you really were...? Why did you have to scare me like that...? I thought I was going to lose you... I don't know what I would have done...

Me: Ruby...

I began to feel my shirt getting slightly wet and there were quiet sniffles coming from her... She was crying... God Damnit... now I feel bad... I just hugged her back and began to rub her head gently

Me: *sigh* I'm sorry I lied... If I knew it would make you sad like this, I wouldn't have done it Little Rose...

I waited for a response but got nothing... Not even her quiet sniffles... I looked down at her in confusion before I felt her breathing slow down and heard quiet snoring... She was asleep, wasn't she...? Well I guess she did get tired after fighting that Nevermore and her breakdown just then probably emotionally exhausted her... Yang walked up to me

Yang: Do you need me to take her off of your hands?

Me: Nah... I got her, Goldilocks.

I got up with Ruby in my arms, bridal style as Yang led me to the dorm that they would be and Weiss, Blake and JNPR followed; I guess Pyrrha and her team's dorm is next door to Ruby's. I swore I could see Ruby smile a little in her sleep which made me slightly chuckle a bit. Yang saw this and smirked.

Me: What are you smirking about?

Yang: Oh nothing.

Weiss: Um, may I ask you Dairoku, how old are you? You should be 18, correct?

Me: Yeah but, just like little red here, Ozpin let me in the school early. I'm actually 17 right now so technically, I should be a first year like you guys.

They had shocked expressions, except for Pyrrha who was smiling

Me: But I wasn't the only one who he did that to. Two of my teammates got the same treatment as me; one of them is 16 while the other is 17 like me.

Jaune: And you guys are the number one ranking team here... correct...?

Me: Yup, that's us Team RCST, though we don't really like all the attention we get... Especially a certain purple eyed glutton I know...

After a while, we had arrived at Team RWBY and Team JNPR's rooms which were literally right across from each and actually a few doors away from my team's room. We bid Team JNPR a goodnight before they entered their dorm. When Yang opened her dorm, I walked in and set Ruby down on a bed. I was about to leave before Yang stopped me.

Yang: Thanks again for saving her out there.

Me: Heh, I'd do it one hundred times over again for all of you. So I'll see you guys in the morning. Goodnight, Team RWBY.

WBY: Goodnight.

Yang closed the door as I began walking to my dorm. When I got inside, my scroll made a noise. I opened it up to see it was a message from my team in our group chat... Apparently, they were going to be gone a while longer as they're investigating some White Fang activity. I just texted them back to be careful to which they agreed. I closed my scroll and began to think...

Me: The White Fang... What are those guys up to...?

I decided to leave it for now and began changing into my nighttime clothes... When finished, I put my scroll and Dreadful Sins on the bedside table and lied down, looking up at the ceiling...

Me: Stay safe guys... I miss you all... But... I can't wait for you guys to meet RWBY and JNPR...

Finally, I fell into a nice and peaceful slumber... This year was definitely going to be interesting...
