Many many years ago there like a couple. But what made them different was, the man was a human and the women was a mermaid.

Now this couple was unusually as you can guess. But the two loved each other very much. While the man's family was supportive. But the women's was not. The women was banned from seeing her lover ever again.

But being a teenager inlove, she disobeyed her father. The mermaid and the human never stop seeing each other. They loved each other very much. Sadly the boy's family didn't know the girl was a mermaid. Once the boy told his parents that his lover was a mermaid, the parents captured the mermaid.

Betrayed and hurt, the mermaid turned into the creature that is most feared of the sea. She turned into a Siren. The first Siren to ever live.

With her new found powers, the Siren lured every women and men to her prison. Once they were in the water, she drowned them.

Ever since then, Sirens has been known as the killers of the sea. For the many years to come the Sirens have lured fisher men, men who cheated on their spouse, women who cheated to, and anyone close to the surface or rocks.

But the Sirens learned that some people could resist them. But the people couldn't resist all of the Sirens. Only one. Which the Sirens soon called them mates.

Present day, Sirens still love in the ocean. Villages and towns has gone into a Great Depression. Because of the lost of food. Human kind were in danger of starving to death. Until four brave souls decides to set sail to find food.

Rules. The rules we follow ever since the beginning of time.

1. Do not fall in love with a land walker. For this is punishable by death
2. Leave no survivors. For they will open their mouth
3. Do not mate or have child with land walkers. For the child will be a hybrid and a danger to all
4. Do NOT betray the clan. For this is punishable by banishment

Those rules we created by the first Siren. We live, breathe, and eat these rules. This is how we survived all this time. But what I did not know was, I would be the first Siren in many years to break these rules....
