Hunk x Reader

Y/N entered the Library, she stood amazed, the amount of books there was amazing she'd seen nothing like it. "I wonder if I'll find it here" She whispers to herself before making her way through the many isles of books. The rough texture from the books made her fingers tingle every time she would pick up a book. Dust exploding when pages are turned. A faint smile made its way onto her face. "It has to be here" She soon found the isle she'd been looking for, her eyes almost immediately finding the book she'd been searching for. Her hands reach out towards the book, out of nowhere came another, this one was much larger and much more rough. They both reach for the book, grabbing each side separately.

"Were you going to get that, sorry about that" The brown haired man chuckled awkwardly as he let go of the book. Y/N shook her head slightly and turning to the new stranger. He had his hand behind his medium length hair, she quickly noticed the orange ribbon wrapped around his head. "Well...can I ask you a question first?" The brown haired man tilted his head slightly before nodding his head in reply. "Why is it you want to read this book" She held the book out awaiting a reply. He smiled a small blush on his cheeks, "Well I really enjoy fantasy novels, and the author who wrote that book happens to be my favourite fantasy author...but I have yet to read the book, I've been looking for it for quite a while now" He scratched the back of his head, smiling to himself. "Oh really this author happens to be my favourite to, she also happens to be my grandmother who passed recently...I just wished to read it once again, this was her first book she ever wrote and the one she always used to read to me before I went to sleep" Y/N bit her lip as she thought back to times she had spent with her grandmother.

The brown haired man started to whimper quietly and Y/N looked up, shocked to find he had tears in his eyes. "Why are you crying?" He wiped his tears away with his sleeve, "I never got to meet her...the author, your grandmother...I had always wanted to tell her how much her books meant to me, how much they helped me through the years" He sniffled and his eyes soon began to water again. Y/N stood there in shock, her eyes began to fill with water, one slow painful tear fell down her cheek as her eyebrows crinkled. This person truly did love her grandmothers books, she smiled. He looked at her, worry crossing his face. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you cry miss" His hands began to flare around unsure of what to do, Y/N chuckles at his reaction before holding out the book to him. "Here I think you should read this, I'm sure my grandmother would have been very happy to hear those words personally" He took the book from her and smiled, "Thank you, My names Hunk by the way" "And mines Y/N it was a pleasure meeting you Hunk I wish to see you in the near future"

Y/n turned and started to walk away, quickly Hunk grabbed her arm pulling her back. "Wait-I...may I read this book to you?" Her eyes widen slightly before she nodded her head happily. "I'd be happy for you to read it to me" They both sat down next to each other, leaning there backs against the bookcase. Hunk slowly opens the page, brushing the dirt away that had built up over the years. He began to read. "Once upon a time there lived a young girl, who dreamed to find true love- Soon enough Y/N had fallen to sleep, just like she did many years ago with her grandmother, never finishing the book. She fell into his lap and Hunk simply looked down at her and smiled, brushing her H/C locks from her face, admiring her beauty.  Around the corner came the Librarian, Hunk turned to them and pressed his finger against his lips. The librarian walked off shaking her head and mumbling, "Kids these days have no respect" Hunk chuckled quietly before carrying on reading the book. Before soon enough falling asleep, with a happy ever after.
