Pidge couldn't believe. They'd found out where Matt was, where he is at this very moment.

They couldn't stop her from going to get him, but just as she left the castle, the others finally got a visual inside the reble hideout on the planet Matt was on. There we're a few gasps, and before anyone could try to stop her, Allura ran to Red.

She had to get to Pidge before the girl found him, she knew it wouldn't be good for her. Pidge was fragile, even if she didn't like admitting it, and Allura knew Pidge would fall apart if she found her brother that way.

Pidge panted as she ran, almost to happy to breath, and close to tears.

He was, is, here. She couldn't wait to finally see him again after so long. She skidded to a halt when she saw him lying on the ground, and a sense of dread made her heart drop to the pit of her stomach.

"Matt!" She called out as she got closer, it didn't look like he was even breathing. Then again, it always seemed that way when he was sleep back home. "Matt!!" She called out again, a bit of panic setting her on edge when he didn't answer.

"Matt!!" She ran over to him, sliding on her knees as she came to a halt behind him. "Matt!!" She shook his shoulder, but no response. It was hard to breath.

She turned him over slowly, and a sharp intake of breath filled the silence. Her tears finally fell,she couldn't hold them back anymore.

No. It couldn't be. This couldn't be happening. It just couldn't. There was no way. He couldn't be. He just had to be alive. That's when she noticed the gaping hole in the boy's stomach.

Pidge felt a hand on her back and looked up. Allura held the broken girl in her arms as she began sobbing, not sure what else to do. Pidge held onto the princess like she was a lifeline, crying her heart out. Allura couldn't stand it, it broke her heart.
